Genuinely so disappointed. I keep seeing their stuff on tiktok and every time it looks so good. So today I really wanted to try it and we drove 30 minutes for our pickup order of the crispy chicken and crispy beef shawarma wrap. When we finally got to try it, it was so hard and chewing it was difficult. Even worse the chicken was probably the driest chicken I've had. I was choking on every bite, not juicy at all! We asked the employees for the sauces but they said it was in the wrap already but I honestly don't taste it. Overall pretty disappointed in the food. A solid 7.5/10 Overall, this place is pretty good. Not my favorite in Orange County or LA area, but since it's conveniently close to my work I get it every now and then. Flavors are there, though the chicken is always a little too dry for my preference. Definitely have to load it up with sauce, of which they have many options, but their garlic is by far the best. The prices are decent, but that's because the wrap is a little wanting on the fillings. I noticed that many people were ordering to go, so we managed to snag a table after ordering. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and asked for it to be "crispy." I didn't see that option listed, so I made sure they pressed it. Wow, that was AMAZING! Having it crispy on the outside was a nice touch, which contrasted from the soft texture inside. The chicken was very tender and full of flavor. It's has garlic sauce, but not a lot, so it may be worth asking for some on the side if you prefer it more saucy. Also, the wrap is on the smaller side, so maybe not the best option if you're hungry. We also ordered the loaded fries with beef to share among our group of 4. It was really filling! The beef was very tender, and the fries held up well under the toppings without getting soggy. I also liked the added crunch from the onions and cabbage. I stopped in recently and tried their chicken shawarma plate. It was just okay for me. I didn't really love the flavor of it, but I do understand that every place flavors their chicken shawarma a little differently. This just wasn't for me. The hummus was okay though. I will say that the service was decent. Not overly helpful but not rude or anything like that. The biggest issue I had here was they played EDM or club music incredibly loud in here. Not just that but it was actually the same song over and over on repeat. My girlfriend and I were there for about a half hour or so and it was literally the same song over and over and over. I've never experienced anything like that anywhere. I actually tried to figure out what the song was with the help of my phone and it could not figure out what it was. She apologized and did her best to resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the cook was completely different. When the cashier asked if my order could be remade correctly, he seemed very reluctant and insisted on simply adding fries and crisping the edges of the original wrap. I explained that I wanted the item I had actually ordered and paid for, and even showed my receipt. Instead of taking the concern seriously, he laughed, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. A replacement was eventually made, but it still wasn't prepared correctly. By the time I realized it, I had already driven back to my office. The food itself can be great, which is why I ordered it again, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service and handling order mistakes. Mistakes happen, but customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience when asking for the correct order.
