I didn't see that option listed, so I made sure they pressed it. Wow, that was AMAZING! Having it crispy on the outside was a nice touch, which contrasted from the soft texture inside. The chicken was very tender and full of flavor. It's has garlic sauce, but not a lot, so it may be worth asking for some on the side if you prefer it more saucy. Also, the wrap is on the smaller side, so maybe not the best option if you're hungry. We also ordered the loaded fries with beef to share among our group of 4. It was really filling! The beef was very tender, and the fries held up well under the toppings without getting soggy. I also liked the added crunch from the onions and cabbage. She apologized and did her best to resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the cook was completely different. When the cashier asked if my order could be remade correctly, he seemed very reluctant and insisted on simply adding fries and crisping the edges of the original wrap. I explained that I wanted the item I had actually ordered and paid for, and even showed my receipt. Instead of taking the concern seriously, he laughed, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. A replacement was eventually made, but it still wasn't prepared correctly. By the time I realized it, I had already driven back to my office. The food itself can be great, which is why I ordered it again, but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service and handling order mistakes. Came here during my work break and am glad I did! I ordered 1 chicken shawarma plate and it came out within a minute. The plate comes with lots of protein on top of a hot bed of rice, with a refreshing side salad that left me craving more. Everything tasted delicious but more importantly very clean. The food wasn't drenched in oil and the hummus tasted very nice as well. Their garlic sauce on the side is delicious and I finished the serving they gave me very quickly. I wanted some more spice and saw their selection of sauces that are only $0.35...much better than some spots that think it's acceptable to charge an extra $1 or $2 just for sauce. Despite the low cost, the owner slid over their spicy habibi sauce and green sauce for free, which really goes to show that these people care about their customers, not costs.
