Never hire this person!!!! We lost our key June 15,2020 and had no copy at all so he came and of course to get information about the car in order to get a exact copy of the key he open the door for since since the towing will take more hours to get there. He said it takes 24-48 hours to get a key made. So I ask if he can give it to us the next day that would be awesome. Next day comes since I know it would be impossible to get it 7am we just have him the whole day to get our key made. Wednesday came I followed up. He don't have our key yet and GET THIS ask for the VIN of our car??? So I was like wait you wasted those time doing nothing cuz you didn't have all the information you needed? But I still try talk and see what's going on. Then again he said it will take 24-48 hours???? So we waited till next and just decided to cancel his service because we were just not happy cuz he just kept arguing with us and we are tired with what's going on and within the transactions he kept offering another set of keys when we made it clear that we can't afford another key.we called Toyota June 19, 2020 Friday and scheduled and opening was only Monday but we requested to bring the car in Saturday. We realized this person gives bad business cuz Toyota gone our keys done Saturday afternoon as we requested if they can and paid only $403 this guy charging us $430 and offer another set of key for another $170? Wow DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON! Worst at first he don't want to give us full refund and then after we went to the address he gave us to get our money back! And wanting to get the receipt first?!? Seriously after I got my money back he specifically said my husband is my witness "I'LL COME FIND YOU!" and text that he will call the cops on me for harassment cuz I was raising my voice as an upset customer. DO NOT hire this company. My first experience (George) very professional and courteous. Realized I had another exterior door that needed re-keying. George had a printed receipt book, the person that came to re-key an additional exterior door, was aggressive and confrontational. His receipt book was blank, something you would get at an office supply store. I asked for a receipt 4 times (I have video due to his behavior) left without giving me a receipt. Mo was great and very friendly! Our truck and key was recently stolen so we had to get a new ignition and door lock keyed. Mo came out to our house a few times and gave us a new ignition and reprogrammed our keys so that no one can get back into our truck again. His dog Max is super cute and even played with our dogs. Mohannad came to our office in May of 2020 to re-key several new doors we had after some interior remodeling. We had to re-key the new doors to work with our existing master key. He told us it couldn't be done with the existing handle hardware, and the whole unit (8 of them) would need to be replaced. We were in a hurry to get it done, so we believed him. But that wasn't true. Instead of nearly $2000 in replacements for brand new door hardware (lockets and handles), all they needed was new lock cylinders, at $20 each. These were "typical" Schlage cylinders. Our more recent locksmith said he may just have been inexperienced, but it wasn't his money that was wasted. Now we are working with J&J Locksmith and I do not recommend EZ Key. read more

Locksmith came out on short notice to make me a new transponder key for my car. My key was stolen and I didn't have a spare. The technician arrived on time and was able to make me a replacement key and a spare. He was also very friendly. The next day I tried starting my car and it wasn't working. I thought it was an issue with the transponder keys. I called Mo and he scheduled an appointment to come see me. He arrived and got my car going in about 10 seconds, apparently it was a user error. Smh. Anyhow, Mo was super professional and kind and even showed me how to tell my key was transmitting properly in my vehicle. I was grateful for his patience, understanding, and assistance. This is a reputable and reliable company. I locked myself out of my apartment around 9:00 pm on a Sunday night. I called several locksmiths who would not give me an estimate and were evasive about when they would be there. I realized I was in a position where I could be easily charged anything and wait for someone who may never show. I called EZ Key Locksmith and they gave me a quote and said they could be there in 10 minutes - they arrived in five minutes in a company truck. They had to break the knob, then replaced it with a high quality knob for a reasonable price. They wrote a receipt, took payment by credit card and emailed a paid receipt. Thank you Mo and Roy.
