Very helpful and professional locksmith service. I had recently rented a room in a new house and the movers accidentally locked me out of the room! I was so embarrassed because it was my first day and my roommates were at work and unable to answer my calls. I just moved into a new condo and apparently one of the "not so amazing" features is that my doors automatically lock behind me. Long story short I was locked out of my home on my 2nd story balcony with nothing but my cell phone and my dog. I had called 3 companies that had told me "we'll get to you when we can, someone will call you with an ETA." I sat out there for over an hour before I found this company. The technician was extremely polite, friendly, comforting and helpful. He told me that he could be to me in 5 minutes and then kept me informed as to his status the entire time. I was rescued within 15-20 minutes after calling him. The service was also extremely affordable (especially considering this is all taking place after 9:00 PM). If only I had started with this company! I would highly recommend using them and if I ever need the services of a locksmith again I will definitely be hiring this company. read more

Terrible situation, Really terrible. Someone stole my wallet and car keys from my basket in a GROCERY STORE. Like...how low can you get, I wasn't concerned about my wallet but my actual car keys. Excellent experience today with Mo. He installed two new locks in our home, and re-keyed six. Very professional, polite, and hard-working.

Used yelp to get quotes from a few places regarding making some a new key for my parent's car. They responded quickly with a quote that was a couple bucks less than the others. It was probably a little bit more than if I would have gone to a non-traveling locksmth to just replace the keys, but for the convienence of them coming to the location on Sunday night (when most shops were closed), it was worth it. Mo arrived on schedule and helped me out. He gave me a complimentary copy of the first keys I purchased from them. So I got a two for one deal. He was also able to make a copy of keys for my other car on the spot for a good deal. All was done in a very timely manner. This does well and responded quickly. I found myself locked out of my house at 10:30 PM! EZ Key responded at that awful hour, and within half an hour had begun working on my broken lock. Mr. Mahfouz was totally professional and drilled the lock and replaced it by 11:45. He suggested additional measures to keep my house secure, and I had him come back and install a deadbolt the next day. I am entirely thrilled with the availability, and professionalism of EZ Key. Even though my broken lock was very challenging, he did a wonderful job getting it replaced.
