Being a boarding facility they agreed to take her in and help us try and get reunited with her original owners. We have already been having a nightmare of a trip with car problems and other issues. Saw a few clients of theirs pick up their pets after grooming and they looked beautifully groomed too. I would highly recommend supporting this great facility. Apparently after 4 pm, you get charged for late drop off or late pickup, was never informed of this. 4 nights for $195?! Basically paid for 5 nights. She did get a "complementary" bath. Too steep of a board for just a place for my dog to sleep and she requires very little play time because she is 16 years old. Won't be going back there.

I know my dogs are afraid of storms so I wondered how the managed it without anybody there. We forgot our dog bed so my husband went back inside to get it (they didn't even say anything about it when they brought out the dogs). Well my guess is that they didn't want to address what happened. It was completely soiled with urine. I guess my dogs did get scared it the storm ... or were not let out enough. I wish that when we picked them up that soiled dog bed was brought up, otherwise it looks like they were trying to hide something.
