Being a boarding facility they agreed to take her in and help us try and get reunited with her original owners. We have already been having a nightmare of a trip with car problems and other issues. Took my girl on Saturday afternoon at 5pm, receptionist was sweet. Picked my girl up on Wednesday afternoon at 415 pm. Was told my balance was $115. Apparently after 4 pm, you get charged for late drop off or late pickup, was never informed of this. 4 nights for $195?! Basically paid for 5 nights. She did get a "complementary" bath. Too steep of a board for just a place for my dog to sleep and she requires very little play time because she is 16 years old. Won't be going back there.

My Roxy died from a heart attack while we were on our way for a camping trip away from home. We…read moretook her to the animal ER in Amarillo and had to put her to sleep. It was a Friday night and we had driven from Houston. We left Roxy at the hospital, and we didn't want her body in our car with our other dog all the way back to Houston. The hospital told us about Critter Camp. We called and talked with Cody. He picked Roxy up from the hospital, cremated her, and shipped her ashes and her collar (we had forgotten to take it) to us. The ashes were in a very sweet bag. Cody was so kind when my heart was breaking. I really appreciated his compassion and his care for our little foxy Roxy and for our loss.
