To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an unresolved issue with a leak in my storage unit ceiling, which I previously reported via email. Following my report, I was informed that I would need to move all of my belongings into another unit. Today, I was asked to leave my key behind so maintenance could assess the damage. Unfortunately, I am currently working and do not have the manpower to relocate my items into another unit on such short notice. .At no point was I offered an apology or any supportive solution. Instead, I was met with cold and dismissive behavior. This is not the first time I've had to deal with this particular staff member, whose unprofessional attitude has become a recurring issue. She frequently over-talks me, making matters worse rather than helping to resolve them. I was told she would enter my unit without my consent, citing a contract clause. I explicitly told her not to enter my storage or touch my personal belongings without my presence, and that request was disregarded.Given the current leak and the lack of available larger units when I first rented, I believe I should be transferred without additional cost or inconvenience.
