Jamie, from EZ, was wonderful and went over and beyond. I contacted EZ Storage letting them know that in a week I would need a unit. They had several options that they were running specials on and even called me a few days later when they had units pop up on the first floor in a prime location. When I went to EZ to sign my lease, Jamie was super thorough, explaining my different options, mapping out where the different available units were located and then showed me my specific unit. With the stress of moving this was one part of the move that was seamless. I had an issue with my movers and their size truck, but Jamie came out and met me on a Sunday (when they are normally closed) and helped solve the issue. The facility is very clean and I can not say enough about the A+ customer service!

Management repeatedly promised to repair the door but never fixed it, despite multiple complaints. The issue remained unresolved even after a rent increase. I eventually had to purchase hardware myself to keep the door secure. Pest Infestation Rats infested the storage unit. The infestation destroyed nearly all of my furniture, clothing, and personal belongings. Management Response After an em Shannon informed me that my unit door had been found open, I explained the damage caused by the infestation and ongoing security issues, I was promised a follow-up regarding the situation, but no one ever contacted me again. Damages The combination of the broken door, severe rat infestation, and lack of management response resulted in the loss of almost everything I owned. This experience was the worse Ive ever experienced! I'm left with all my furniture and clothing being destroyed by Rats!!

I was never informed until after I noticed I didn't have 24 access anymore. They had to quit giving this cause too many things happening.
