Quick, affordable and definitely easy. While treading is not painless, this place takes extra care to minimize the pain as much as possible. I was a walk-in and they were able to take me immediately. The woman who took care of me was detailed and gentle, and there is not more you can ask for when getting threaded. I have sensitive skin but I had zero irritation after coming here. I've been coming to EZ Threads on and off for 3 years. I saw a Yelp Ad for the business and it was close to work so I gave it a try. An eyebrow threading costs $15 which is reasonable for the area (though it's gone up a few dollars since I started coming here) and the ladies working are quick and friendly. I love that they apply aloe vera gel at the end-it is very soothing and they do this kind of massage technique that relaxes me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because Yelp doesn't allow half stars. I'd give EZ Threads 4 1/2 stars because 1 time one of the threaders took too much from the bottom of the left eyebrow and I've been struggling to fix it since then (it's been 4 months). I also prefer Dolly & Shyama Threading in Menlo Park, but it's too far from my new place. Overall, if you need eyebrow threading that's reasonably priced and you are in the area, you can't go wrong with EZ Threads. read more

I went to EZ threads yesterday morning and was threaded by a girl I had never seen before (I am a regular at this location). I asked her if she was new, and she said that she had just been transferred from another location, so I let her continue and now am full of regret! The shape of my brows is really good but this evening I realized I have a bunch of hairs poking through. She just broke the hair rather than actually threading it. I am super disappointed I paid $15 and literally a day later I have to tweeze. EZ threads: Don't hire people that don't know what they are doing, and everyone else avoid the new girl!! read more

This place has compelled me to write my very first review. I've finally found my go to place here in san francisco! I moved from India few months ago and have been looking for a threading place ever since! I've tried almost everything from expensive brow bars to a few indian threading places. They either overcharge or use the thread very painfully! Maya at EZ threads gave my eyebrows with the perfect arch and with least pain possible! She has done such a fabulous job that I'm still obsessed with my brows a week since. I even got my arms waxed at this place and it was so quick and painless! Highly recommended place! read more

What a DISHONEST company, they wouldn't honor my last eyebrow thread less than a month expired on groupon so I only got to use 2/3 of what I paid for. Eyebrow waxes are not fruit, they should not expire. The worker also called her manager speaking a different language in front of me which is very rude and ALSO wouldn't let me talk to the manager. I hope you go out of business. Way to lose a customer that works in the neighborhood and has many friends that do as well, over one eyebrow thread. haha. This is how you go from a 5 star to a 1 star. I am new to SF so trying out a new eyebrow place is hard! I found this place on yelp and now I am here to let everyone know that they are great! I already like the shape I have and simply needed a clean up. I also explicitly said that I did not want them to make my eyebrows thin. I was super anxious, but I am so happy with the result and I will definitely be coming back! They listened to everything I said and I was happy. The ladies here are sweet and very professional. I called at around noon and made a an appointment at 3 pm on Saturday. There was a line but I'm glad I called and reserved a spot ahead of time. I went to EZ threads about 2 weeks back and my eyebrows still look awesome. First off, I want to say that I've gotten my eyebrows done for the past 6 years or so and I've got to say that this place did an amazing job with fairly no pain! Moumata did my eyebrows and she was very kind and understanding of what I wanted. Luckily, there was no line to wait on but that was probably because I went on a weekday. I only give it four stars because being a native New Yorker, I've gotten my eyebrows done at a much lower price and also the location of the place was kinda tricky to find (the elevator was brand new in the building but the clattering made me feel like I'd fall to my death at any moment!) but overall, I'd definitely go back! read more

I've been using Mamta for threading services for a couple years now, followed her from a couple salons, and I wouldn't use anyone else. Not only is she a very sweet person, but more importantly her threading skills are impeccable. She takes her time, she's thorough, gentle, and she has a good eye for shaping. I usually text her to schedule an appointment, since I don't work nearby and I can often work something that day or the next that fits my schedule (she always promptly replies). If you want perfect eyebrows, come here. Went to this place for my first eyebrow threading experience and came out feeling good about my eyebrows! This location is prime and not too far and deep into San Francisco. In addition, the salon is very clean and neat. They are highly efficient as I went straight in for my appointment without waiting. FYI: I have a low tolerance for pain and I used to cry when I tweezed my eyebrows ( I know LOL) but for some reason, they made this threading bearable. They ended the threading with rubbing aloe on my eyebrows so it was quite soothing in the end. Go get your eyebrows done now; its important and they do a great job. read more

We just love this place all the team members are very professional and pleasant. They are extremely detailed oriented.

I paid a lot to still have a lot of hair on my face. They were more concerned about leaving to go home then to provide the service I asked for. Even when I asked them to try to remove the hair I had remaining on my face, they quickly threaded the side of my face and rushed me out. I've been here twice already, and am happy with the result. The first time, I didn't give much guidance/preference, which resulted in brows that were probably a little thicker than I would have liked. Don't blame Mamata though, as I should have been more clear! The second time I went, I gave more clear direction and I'm happy with the brows!
