I have never in the last 10 years of being regularly waxed ended a session early, but this was the most painful wax of my entire life. I left in tears and unable to finish with wax all over my skin still. I'm not sure if it's the type of wax used, but it was taking 4-6 rips with each application to remove the wax, whereas everywhere else I've been it's only ever taken 1-2 tries to remove all of the soft wax applied to one area. Technician was very apologetic and kind but I would definitely not recommend this place for a wax. read more
