Very poor quality , half of eyelashes fell out during first 5 days . Hundred dollars spent for nothing !!

Sujie's was the only threading place open on a Monday at 4PM so I am glad to have tried it out! The salon is located in a shared space with a braiding business, but the signage is pretty clear so you can't miss it. The service was friendly, professional, and quick. Probably the least painful threading I've had and she checking in multiple times to make sure I was happy. The overall shape was good, although I wish the inner corners was a bit cleaner. Otherwise, it's decently affordable and conveniently located. I wouldn't choose here over my normal threading place due to pricing, but still a good option! read more

Quick service but for eyelash extensions, it wasn't the cleanest job done. My eyes burned and itched a bit when glue dripped in. The lashes weren't brushed during the process, so some are pointing in slightly different directions. When I close my eyes I can feel the sticky part of the extension tips pushing my eyelid. I was told not to brush them for 2 days, so they won't fall out... at other eyelash places I've been told to brush them often so they stay looking nice and are clean. I also have a bit of glue visible on some of the eyelashes. I was really appreciative of a last minute appointment and the affordable price, but I wish the job had been done a bit cleaner. This place is close to my work and I decided to swing by to get threaded (eyebrows, lip and face). I've been getting threaded for almost 10 years (about 9 years), and this is the most painful place to get threaded ever. The first time I went I told them to go easy on my brows because I like thick brows. When they were done, I had the thinnest brows I've had since high school. Additionally I teared up during my threading. Ladies and gentleman, threading, when done right, is not painful. You should not tear up in pain. After my first session I came home and the next day I had broken out along my entire face where they had threaded. I have never broken out in my life after threading. I've gone back about 3-4 more times. Every time it's painful, and every time I have broken out. I have learned my lesson. I am not coming back. There are too many places in SF for threading to keep coming back to one that is painful, makes me break out and over threads my brows. Would not recommend. 2 stars bc they're nice and always open. read more

The first time I went here the owner did my eyebrows and they were great. Unfortunately, I went here again two days ago and I haven't stopped crying since. The lady (not the owner) who did my brows this time has ruined them so badly that I don't know how to fix it. I told her to keep my brows thick and only do some basic cleaning. She has given me pencil thin, over arched circles. Not only that, one of my brows is so uneven that it looks like I had an accident. She took off so much hair that my skin looks two shades lighter right under the arch because that part of my skin was never exposed to light because it used to be covered in eyebrow hair. I will never go back to this place. Consider yourself warned to not trust this salon unless you want to look like you penciled in your eyes brows read more

This is actually my second experience coming here and both times were really good. I came here on a weeknight really needing my brows to be cleaned up, somewhat shaped and tinted. Sujie did my brows, and I explained and made clear that I was trying to grow my brows and showed her where to wax and what hairs to leave. She was not only very sweet and friendly, but she also LISTENED and UNDERSTOOD, and took great care and precision to preserve my new growth, and my brows look great and there was no irritation or redness.
