I took my track tires to the shop for a mount and balance, and the staff were amazing. They worked together as a team and got everything done efficiently. They didn't give me a hard time about using track tires, which I really appreciated. The pricing is very reasonable much better than Les Schwab and American Tire. In my experience, those places tend to upcharge or even deny service for tires intended for off-road or track use, which is unfortunate. I came in requesting a simple tire patch and was immediately met with aggressive upselling for additional services I did not ask for or need. After clearly and respectfully declining those offers multiple times, I was denied service for the basic patch I originally requested. I bought FOUR BRAND NEW TIRES from them approx 4 months ago (and paid for an oil change which they never actually did). They made me pay in cash, I got no receipt or service record of any kind... And 4 months later one of those brand new tires went flat overnight because it starting separating from the rim and couldn't hold air. I figured "that's weird, but at least the manufacturer warranty will cover it because I just bought these new tires 4 months ago, and I know it's nothing I did." So I stopped by the shop asking if they could give me a service record so I could claim the manufacturer warranty. The man said "No, can't do it. I'll fix it for $25." Then came back and said "Can't fix it, you need to buy a new one, you hit something." (Again, I know I didn't hit anything.) When I asked again about how to go forth with the manufacturer warranty, he just ignored me and walked away. Do not go to this place. Even a brand new tire will only last 4 months. Bad quality, bad service. And if they can't get money from you, they'll just throw their hands up and ignore you. They also tried to tell me "we need $900 to fix your car too, everything down there is loose." I called my dad, who owned and ran a chain of successful mechanic shops for 30 years in Florida where he lives, and he said "let me talk to this guy." When I got the phone back, my dad said "Yep, they're trying to rip you off because you're a woman by herself. I asked him what exactly is 'loose' on the car and he couldn't tell me. *Be Aware* I went in at 8am to have a tire repaired and a headlight put in before a road trip. I was told to come back at 9am for the mechanic to put the light in. Once I returned, the mechanic told me it would be $30 to put the light in which was fair. He then proceeded to access it and was having trouble. I went online and showed him exactly how to access it. He then started to have trouble removing it. He was unable to pull the bulb out so I ended up doing it. He asked me to take it to autozone and ask them to put the bulb in because he was unable to claiming it was too difficult. They put the light in but couldn't put bolts back in as that is their policy. I returned to have to bolts back and told the gentleman I would still give him something for putting the 4 bolts back in which took all of 2 minutes with his power tool. He then began screaming at me and saying I owe him the full $30. I told him autozone and I did what I was paying him to do. He then said he's putting a curse on me and that something bad will happen to me that day. This went on for about 5 minutes. He then started taking pictures of the car while yelling and screaming. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone. During my visit, the staff were yelling and arguing in front of customers, and I felt completely disrespected. In my experience, they seemed more focused on getting paid than actually fixing the problem with my car, and I left feeling misled and frustrated. I went to them due to my TPS light being on. They checked my tires, put Aaron all of them, found one with a nail in it. So I have them patch it . The very next afternoon the light came on again. I took it back to them so they could double check what they had done. . They checked all my tires said they were all good and that apparently that the tire sensor on the back left tire had to be the problem . So next afternoon the light came back on. So I went to Jiffy down the street because I wanted them to check and I don't really trust EZ Tire in the first place because they just didn't seem like a very clean place to go to and the guys were kind of a holes . yes I do know it's a tire shop so there's going to be a big mess around and I understand that part. But you can tell this was just a place that threw everything together just to do it and get some money. Sooo anyway, Jiffy looked at it, said the problem with my light coming on was because of the fact that all four tires were completely over inflated. I picked up my boat from storage and noticed my spare was flat. Tried to put air in and noticed it had a leak so I called around for a tire. The only place that could put a new tire on that day was EZ Tire Shop. Everyone else it was going to be a day to get a tire or it would be close to closing to get it done. EZ Tire said they could do it right now and have me out the door in 10-15 minutes. I couldn't pass that up. Swung by with the boat, they took the wheel. I moved the boat around so I wasn't blocking traffic and a minute or two later they were done! I brought the boat back around after paying and 2 minutes later I was on the road! I came to this place after discovering my right driver side tire was completely flat. I had my car towed to them and the owner was pleasant enough, but was very pushy about up selling and recommending tires that you don't need. He charged me over 150 bucks for two used tires. I drove away and there was this weird clicking sound that wasn't there before. Unfortunately, the next day the tire was flat on my right side again. When I try to fill it with air, the seal isn't even good on the rim enough to fill it. I was so upset. I definitely recommend going across the street to get all of your tire needs done. Got some used tires out on my car about a year ago. Service was okay and the price was right. About 2 month ago I had a flat and they took off my rim and tire and fixed the leak everything was fine. I went back yesterday as I have done business with them before, they told me that the lugs on the wheel were too tight and they could not remove the wheel. I explained that they were the last ones to work on that wheel and they had installed it. They told me that they would have never put my lugs on too tight and they are professionals. The three rims they took off they put back on and I was on my way. The next day while driving home from work my car started shaking really bad, when I pulled over on the freeway the rim that they said was on too tight had almost completely fallen off!! Mind you I had been driving my vehicle for months and had zero issues until this afternoon when driving home. One of my studs was completely sheared off and two lug nuts were loose. They never went back and tightened the lugs they had taken off. This place is an absolutely joke, ran by an incompetent owner and their employees are no better. They refused to take responsibility for what happened and a simple tire replacement will now cost me a lot more to get the studs replaced on that rim and I need now two new lug nuts as two of them were missing or had fallen off on the freeway one had the rest of the stud in it. Long story short do not take your car here. Buyer beware!!!!! Take your vehicle to a reputable tire place that will actually take responsibility for there negligence.
