If a negative 10 was an option I'd take it. Today is 01/16/26 the time was 3pm. the sales person was so making faces behind my back as I picked through jewelry. The manager yelled at me for asking for a 20% match that was offered on other junk jewelry as the piece I picked was .3 in Karat not even a karat and very little gold on the earrings. The day before I came in a rude man with picked at warts all over his hands was rude as well. He intentionally spoke so fast It was a joke to get the piece info. Choose your business wisely!!! These people are Scammers, I called to get a quote on my Nintendo switch. I previously came in to get a quote to pawn not sell. When I was there I was asked if I had the receipt which I didn't have with me at the time I was quoted for $150 dollars. i didn't go through with pawning because I knew I had it (the receipt) at home. Fast forwarding to today I called since I was already in their system and spoke with AMBER asked how much I could pawn my NS for if I had the receipt bc I came in about two days ago. She placed me on hold, came back and she said they go from $80-$120. I told her thats odd bc I was quoted $150 when I was there in person without a receipt now it's even lower? I have purchased a 65 in flat screen, a laptop, and several pieces of jewelry. I have NOT had ANY PROBLEMS with the merchandise. The service is AWESOME. Always polite, considerate, patient, respectful, and understanding. I HIGHLY Recommend this location. I came looking for a ring, something under a budget, first a female showed me a few prices! Then I thank her, and say I would keep looking. She then goes to take care of 2 ladies. A male comes and offers if I need any help let him know. I mentioned what I was looking for, he begins telling me what's on sale. I asked about the price of a ring and say. Let me see your id! So I open my wallet show the id and he proceeds to grab the id out of the wallet so I interrupt and I've proceed it to get it out my self. I then asked why is he asking to see my id when I didn't see them asking the other people? I felt so awkward! I asked the other lady in there, she didn't seemed to give me a caring sense about how I was feeling. I come here often, all the other people are nice how they handle business, today I just felt treated differently by other people I never seen before. If there was a minus star that's what this place would get. My son pawned a Taylor guitar worth over 1200. $ He had pawned it 3 other times at the same pawn shop. When he went to pick it up,they said it was reported stolen 3 days after he pawned it? Doesn't make sense. They threatened to call the cops. We told them go ahead. I would think they would want to arrest me? They never showed up. We now will be going to file our own police report. This place is a rip off. They wouldn't even let us see the guitar. !!! Took my Atari VCS 800 all in bundle to get a $40.00 loan. The clerk that took my item apparently didn't check value of item $399. She asked manager how much it was worth and she said $8.00, it seems they don't know what there doing. Been doing business there a long time, this was the first bad experience I had there. read more

This is no longer Pawn Plus, it's an EZ Pawn. Ultimately terrible customer service. After 15 minutes without any acknowledgement whatsoever, I decided to observe what may be the reason for such delay. Upon observation, I notice 3 cashiers, and only two customers other than myself. I couldn't quite get why I wasn't so much as greeted or even placed at ease with a simple, "we'll be right with you". I decided to take my money elsewhere. Shameful. read more

I can in here to pawn something one day. Dont really remember what it was. Anyways, I open carry. The manager asked that when I come in, I remove my magazine. Older white guy with glasses. He wanted me to remove it right then. Being a person who carried responsibly, I don't like to touch my firearm unnecessarily but I wasn't in the mood to argue so I did it. Then this moron proceeds to tell me how he doesn't really care but it's a federal law that since it's a pawn shop, they can't have a loaded weapon in the store. I this point I realized this guy is a total idiot and must think I am too. Even tho I removed my magazine there is still a round in the chamber and if I needed to use my firearm, inserting my magazine wouldn't add much time to my draw. Long story short, this shop is not 2A friendly and the manager is either a complete bozo or a liar. Either way of steer clear of the place. read more

Zero zero zero stars!! This pawn is horrible!!! Completely disappointed with the store manager - Shawn - and incompetent demeanor to solve a sensitive matter. His employees are just as cocky. Nightcrew is a whole other crew. They are true pawn shop reps who know customer service and hv the experience to be running that establishment. Here's the stiff- The day manager, Shawn, of this eatablishment is completely un_ professional and obviosvery incompetent - Period!! He did not listen to my situation regarding my contract - I signed for it and rec'd all monies for it... my contract was special. That's all I want to add regarding my contract.
