Be careful who you sell to. I sold a used gen 3 Glock and m&p shield here before for a fair enough price. To an asain gentleman he was knowledgeable and fair with the pricing. I buy and sell a lot of firearms so I come back, this time to sell a gen 5 Glock 19 mos with a 508t red dot this time I was helped buy a blond guy. Who offered me way below market on even the gun itself without the red dot and he proceeded to tell me that it was because gen 5 Glock mos were selling for 350 on gunbroker. We'll they definitely are not that's the price for a gen 3 19 in poor condition. I will not be returning here to buy or sell. Train your people better this is very basic stuff Glocks are the most popular firearms around if you can't price them right you shouldn't be working behind the counter at a gun shop. I go to this shop for the guns and ammo. They have both new and used firearms for sale. Allan is very knowledgeable about guns and he does have definite strong opinions about what he likes and dislikes. One reviewer said that Allan made him feel stupid, I'm sure that wasn't Allan's intent. As I've gotten to know Allen a little bit, I've learned that most of the time he just likes to joke with people and have a little fun. Their prices are generally inline on guns and ammo. I was intrigued by the radio ad "a different gun store experience." Store was slow mid-afternoon. Two employees and two other customers in the store. I never heard a word from either employee. One of whom went in the back and never came back out - after working with someone. I made two passes around the showcases. Guns had prices on their tags but i didn't see any caliber info. To be fair, i am new to the CCW and gun shop world although i have been to several other stores. I am in the market for a few more hand guns and long guns. But with prices as they are I have to feel good about my purchases. I can only rate based on my very limited experience with this store - but as such for me it is definite "this dog don't hunt" experience. read more

This place is awesome. They really are super considerate and they treat their customers with respect and compassion. I fell behind on a pawned item, they called me up and said to me that I was a valued customer, and because I have never lost anything before they said they would allow me some extra time to get my item before it was pulled. They didn't have to do that, they could have easily pulled and sold it off. This place has earned a customer for as long as I live here in Vegas. You guys truly rock. This has been my go to gun store for years. Staff is helpful & I always get a pretty good deal on items I want. They are also my only source for FFL transfers for all Gunbroker or other FFL to FFL transfers. I have been a customer for at least 12 years or more, no complaints., I even liked Alan LOL, the 'know it all' guy some peeps were talking about on these reviews; he isn't working there any longer however. Called us a dick for bringing a gun back they shouldn't have sold. Without asking, he told us were getting a refund, excluding the background $25 fee. We weren't even given the option to have it fixed, just a refund, so... we wanted it all back considering it was their error to being in with. Thankfully, he "didn't want to hear it", so we got back the $25. read more

On Wednesday Sept 9, 2015 I called to see if they had a particular firearm. The rep on the phone said they did have it and gave me an unbelievable price for the gun. I then asked if it was the old or new model ( the old model had lot's of problems). Their rep said that the gun was the "new" model but that it had been shipped to them in the old style box from the factory. With the price and description I was given, I'd be a fool not to go right down there and buy the gun. I made the trip there expecting the gun I was looking for. Instead, when I got there the gun was clearly the old model. What a way to do business. Are they just hoping that their customers are stupid? Won't go there again. read more

I had an old gun appraised by a very professional individual sorry I did not catch his name. I can only speak for myself but I think that at a location like this with the constant flow of low class human being clientel that I observed entering this facility on a constant basis may have part in the attitude experienced by other patrons. I used them for a transfer and it was easy. I called about 10 times to see if my rifled had arrived yet and every time they were friendly. Same when I was at the store. That is good business as because they did the transfer for me and were nice I purchased a pistol to boot. Every other place I called was rude or did not care about doing a transfer. It amazes me that these other gun places don't care about the transfers or will not do them. This place is one of the few pawn shops that sells firearms....actually I think that's really all they sell. They have a pretty good selection and the prices on some of their used guns are really great. Now the staff may not be the friendliest or sociable, but hey if you want a gun and are serious about purchasing it rather than window shopping they'll talk to you. I myself went in and didn't get much as a hello. I saw a used handgun I'd been looking for that was priced very well. I tried to talk to the old gentleman behind the counter but he didn't really pay me any attention until I mentioned that I wanted to buy the gun and give it a look over. It wasn't until then that the guy gave me his full attention and we hashed out a deal. I got the gun I want and he got my money. If you are looking for a shop that will make you feel welcomed and be buddy buddy with you, this ain't it.
