Visiting my parents last month and realized I no longer had a 24 Hour Fitness nearby. So, checked out EOS and signed up after their free trial. Love that the St Rose location is clean. Especially the lockers. On any given day, while I'm working out there are always employees cleaning the machines, the floors, free weights. So happy about that. When of the coolest things is having a cinema cardio room. When it's super busy or I'm done with my workout but want some extra easy calorie depletion, I go to the Cinema room, jump on a treadmill or elliptical trainer and move while watching a movie. So much fun as the room is dark and theater style, stadium "seating". While I was in town, I watched parts of Spiderman, Ironman, The Greatest Showman, and Jurassic Park. So fun! Also, Ben was a great person to work with while contemplating my membership. Thanks Ben! Excited to workout here again the next time I'm in town. read more

Why isn't there a way to change this on the eos app or at the very least why cant you call in and change. Oh and then when you get there to change something they try and cancel your membership. And resign you up to boost there numbers for the EOS suits. Crazy work. And then you have to pay another annual fee. Great churn for the business. Don't recommend this dumpster of a gym. I've been going to various gyms for the past 25+ years and I can unequivocally say that this is by far the worst. Honestly second place isn't even close. It's extremely overcrowded with packs of kids congregating around machines at all times of the day. I'm having a hard time believing they sold this many memberships to 15 year old high schoolers. More likely the lackadaisical front staff isn't terribly concerned with making sure everyone checks in properly. The air conditioning is either inoperable or the management refuses to turn it on until it hits triple digits outside. Considering the quality of the upkeep of equipment its more likely the latter. To that end a good percentage of the machines and cardio equipment is consistently broken and takes weeks to repair. They've had sewer backup issues in the men's room since day one so there's a constant faint smell of excrement in there. Yum. I was initially super excited to have a gym being built within walking distance of my house but this place is so bad I'm now back to driving to the EOS location at Silverado and Maryland which is a million times better than this St. Rose location. read more

Interesting location for lack of a better term. It appears to generally be busy and feel overly crowded based on the layout but it seems they had to make do with what lot + building size they got. For the layout, when you walk in, kid's daycare is on the right hand side of the desk. Past the check in desk, there is a smaller turf area with ab machines, mats and weights. To the right of that is allll the cardio equipment, so picture kind of just a mass of cardio machines and people on them. The perimeter to the left of that area is filled with resistance machines, the middle has more leg specific resistance/weight machines, then cable set ups, weights by the front mirror and to the right is more leg specific equipment like squat racks, leg press, etc. We went around 11:30a, which seems to be a busy time. The gym floor was quite crowded..Zumba class was bumping along and looked almost shoulder to shoulder and the pool even had a class going on too! The lady at the front desk was really sweet when checking myself and others in. Aside from that, the gym crowd was odd, you know the kind when you (as a woman) just feel eyes on you..not a fan. I'm also not sure if I witnessed a random guy offering another lady "advice" on her form and physically correcting her while doing so. The interaction did not look pleasant yet the guy persisted then parted ways shortly after. This was just my observation though..he might have been a trainer in regular clothes offering notes to others. If not, just a note, if one doesn't ask for help, they probably don't need or want it. This is the second day in a row I've come into the cinema room around 5 pm, and they're playing the exact same movie again: The Bounty Hunter. Out of all the movies they could choose for a cardio room built around watching movies, why play the same poorly reviewed movie at the exact same time two days in a row? And when it's not something like The Bounty Hunter, it feels like it's always Marvel, Avatar, or Harry Potter. There are thousands of great movies out there. Would it really hurt to mix things up and play something like There Will Be Blood, Memento, or literally anything outside the same handful of mainstream franchises? The cinema room is actually cool and makes cardio more enjoyable, but the movie selection seriously needs more variety. As much as I loved going to this gym, an incident happened here on June 24, 2026. My lock was broken into, my keys were taken, and my car was stolen from the parking lot. Somebody was clearly watching me, or it was an inside job. To the EOS community in Vegas, please be careful when putting your things in the lockers. Be mindful that people might be watching and plotting to steal your belongings. While I used to love coming here, I won't ever return. My wife signed up for the $25 monthly deal and was presented with a screen with print too small for her to read - plus, English is her second language - so when the staff explained what the paperwork she was signing was, they didn't mention they were signing her up for a six month contract consisting of $300 a month personal training lessons. We didn't realize this until four months later when checking our credit card statement that we've had our card repeatedly hit with $150 charges. We've contacted EOS about this repeatedly thinking it was a mistake but have been given the run around with the general manager of this EOS, Antonio Moya, simply lying and claiming my wife hadn't declined personal training when he offered - *after* she's signed up! We've realizing the situation is a scam with Antonio Moya being simply being another con artist in their system as corporate is absolutely zero help. We've filed with the BBB and the Nevada Consumer Affairs Department - the latter has now opened an official fraud investigation into it as of today (8/18/2026). I've had to cancel my credit card as EOS won't cancel the contract because they say we have to fulfill the six month $1,819 contract and *then* we can give them 30 days notice. The best part is after we noticed the charges and contacted EOS, we, with some difficulty, obtained their record/log of her personal training and it showed she hadn't done a single personal training session (she had no clue she had been registered for it or had been paying for it). When this was brought to the front desks attention at EOS, they began trying to daily contact her to schedule sessions. My wife is a substitute teacher and she hasn't slept much in days. It's absolutely disgusting and revolting what these people have done to our family and a friend with 20,000 YT subs has offered to mobilize his social media presence to hit these people in reviews. I also so 3-5 clients daily and have been telling them what EOS has done and about 1/4 of them have had a simiar situation - mostly involving a "short Hispanic man" (the general manager Antonio Moya) read more

EoS - Henderson, NV (located on St Rose Pkwy, same plaza as Costco). We love to visit EoS gyms in different locations and this is the 10th one we've been to. This location was extremely busy!! The showers were busy and there were 3 people in line ahead of me waiting for a shower stall to open (the showers at other EoS locations aren't as occupied as this one). Let's talk about the sauna... I've NEVER been to any EoS where members are able to control the sauna temp. Someone had set it at 160°F!! We were roasting at medium-well in there! All that was needed was steak sauce, lol!! Members, be aware... there is NO CRYO LOUNGE AT THIS LOCATION... booo!!! The recovery room has 4 massage chairs but 2 were out of service. The spray and wipes stations are spaced too far apart (they SHOULD add more of these so they're closer). Overall, happy to have gotten our workout in, while on vacation but might plan to come back at a different time frame when it's less busy. read more

I joined yesterday and had my first personal training session with Corey today, and I can't say enough great things about him. He was incredibly thorough in explaining everything, and his kindness, professionalism, and knowledge immediately put me at ease. Please be aware of the dishonest tricks EOS plays on you. If you get a monthly membership that can be canceled anytime, know that they will try to talk you into personal training because they sneak in a six month contract for that therefore you can't even cancel your personal membership. What a scam. I never was told I was signing a six month contract. I promise you they are not clear about it and sneak it in. Back story... I went in to get a monthly membership just to use the pool because I have physical limitations with my health and I thought the pool would be helpful for me. I signed up for the basic membership of $22 a month and during this time, the salesman along with Albert, the manager Convince me to try personal training with a medically licensed trainer after two days of trying the personal training, I realized it was too much for me. In the meantime, while I was signing up, they told me there were no contracts and I can cancel anytime with a 30 day notice. In the meantime, after I realized, I could no longer do the personal training sessions. I tried to cancel. I spoke to Albert on the phone at least three times over the course of a few months, but continue to get charged. I tried to cancel online, but was unable to be successful with that therefore I called for assistance from the manager Albert. Each time I spoke to Albert on the phone. It was very frustrating because he really couldn't help me but tried to explain how the membership works. Finally I got an email stating they put my cancellation request in. That was six weeks ago I continue to be charged $88 a week. I personally went in today to speak to Albert in person. I showed him my cancellation letter. And this is when he told me for the first time I signed a six month contract. I was never told this I was tricked into this if I indeed did sign a six-month contract. There is no way I would sign up for six months at $88 a week $352 MONTHLY for training I didn't ask for. I just wanted to use the pool, but their sales team is really good at what they do. SCAM people. They are so nice and so convincing that their personal training will really, really help you even with your physical limitations that they were very aware of. I can't tell you how beyond angry I am at this point. I just wanted to use the pool. I made that very very clear when I went in there. I guess I am a sucker to say the least. I will tell you I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, with EOS corporate and filing fraud with my bank. Like I said, I do have a cancellation letter dated 03/18/25. Albert tried telling me today that they did not email me until 3/26/25 even after physically seeing my cancellation email. What a terrible terrible way to run a business. They get you with the month-to-month and no contracts and sneak a six-month contract in under your nose. I am sure for those of you that utilize personal training, this is a great deal. But for those of us who are new to the gym, it is a crime. Please don't be like me and the obvious and the others who have posted very similar situations. If you just want a membership, don't let them talk you into personal training. That sounds really great but is truly unrealistic for your situation. Albert seems like the nicest guy and I am sure he's great when it comes to basic customer service, but when it comes to cancellation, his hands are tied. He doesn't seem to have any empathy his final words to me were "you signed a six month contract". I even told him today that I wanted to cancel my basic membership and he told me I couldn't. Because I am still tied into the six months of personal training. I have attached my cancellation email along with a screenshot of them continuing to take my $88 a month out. Disappointing Experience at EOS Palm Desert, But Excellent Support from Henderson Location I recently applied online for EOS's free 7-day pass while visiting Palm Desert for work. I received immediate confirmation and follow-up calls encouraging me to come in for a tour. But when I arrived, the General Manager, Gabriel Alejos, denied my pass, claiming I wasn't eligible because I had toured the gym with my husband nearly 10 years ago. I've never worked out there, never received a pass, and only wanted the promised tour. To make sense of the situation, I contacted the EOS Fitness on St. Rose in Henderson, where my husband is a member. Karli Moore, an experienced sales associate, was professional and genuinely concerned. She contacted the Palm Desert location for clarity and was initially told that I had refused to sign a liability waiver on an iPad. That never happened. Gabriel never even mentioned it. After following up again, Karli was given a new excuse--that I didn't have a California driver's license. Also, untrue. He never asked for ID, and had he done so, I would have gladly shown him.  Thankfully, Karli Moore at the EOS in Henderson, NV, was professional and apologetic. But what happened at the Palm Desert location was disappointing and reflects poor management and a lack of alignment with EOS's values. Corporate should take a closer look. read more

I really wanted to like this gym. The facility is nice but can get pretty busy. Did a class with friends, came a few times to workout and trained with a personal trainer. But after numerous phone calls and emails for months trying to settle a refund, it just got too ridiculous. Kept getting the runaround to talk with customer service and fitness manager. Still getting charged after contract ended. After reading other reviews and how many others had to deal with the same thing, I wonder if they ever got anything settled. If you are joining to use the massage chairs, don't! Just assumed that they won't be working. There are only four chairs here, and none of them work. Sure, they power on. But they get stuck in the shoulder, high adjustment so the back mechanisms never kick in. I've been complaining for months And even wrote down things for them to understand, but they just don't care. So if you are joining in anticipation of getting a chair, massage, you're going to be disappointed! Added: I just went to a pool class Monday night. I hadn't been there since Friday morning. The guy couldn't answer so he asked me if I just want to cancel so of course I said yes. Guy says hold on I'll transfer you to my manager. I asked to be transferred to corporate billing to figure out what they are doing and the lady there confirmed that my account was current, that I was NOT being sent to collections since I owed ZERO DOLLARS, and she cancelled my account on the spot (well, started the 30 day notice to cancel) AND provided email confirmation. The sign up is very easy, but to cancel has been nothing less than stressful. Paid an extra month even though i just paid the membership fee for Nov. Paid on time but was given a late fee anyways. Paid that. Spoke with member services they were helpful but also suggested I call the gym itself to assure my memberships were cancelled through their systems. Did that. Spoke with the young man that signed me and my son up, he got help from the manager, She got on the phone assured everything would be cancelled and then put him back on the phone. I wanted to keep my sons account active but the young man assured me no be a I am the primary it will close eventually. I said well let's close it now to save me the hassle. He said well what we could do is close his now and then reopen it as a new account. I said won't I have to pay the annual fee again. I just paid that 2 months ago. He says yes but he will be able to access all of the amenities. I said no i want to cancels his right now, i don't want anything els to do with this gym until im ready in the future. He put me hold says he needed to make sure everything was good to in my sons account. After checking or pretending to check he said okay Ms. Williams everything is in order and you will not be charged anything else. You will receive the cancelled agreement via email. I did receive and still i see EOS attempting to take money out of my locked account so it didn't go thru. So they added 15- s vice charge. This feels like a stressful nightmare. So glad this gym is 10min away from me lol. It's a pretty big and clean gym that can get packed AF depending on what time you go. I personally like to go after waking up or past 9PM due to more machines/equipments being open to use. I also love how they got an outdoor area if you don't feel like working out indoors and a "cinema" where you can watch a movie while doing cardio. Front staff are friendly. In December, shortly after joining EoS, I was charged for a personal training session that the trainer cancelled. When I reached out to customer service to have these charges corrected, they refused. This was my first warning about the shady billing practices of EōS. Since then, I've been trying to get EōS to accept and process my cancellation, and it still hasn't been resolved. The first step was calling customer service, where I was repeatedly transferred and given incorrect explanations about the charges. Representatives claimed the disputed charges were for a different service than they actually were. After clarifying what the charges were for, I was transferred again without resolution. Eventually, they connected me with the front desk of my local gym. The front desk gave me contact info for the personal training staff and the manager, but said neither of them were available to speak to. I then emailed both of them, and only heard back from the personal training manager. His reply ignored my question about the cancelled session. He sent a generic explanation about recurring billing and rollover policies that had nothing to do with the charge I was disputing, and the billing error remained unresolved. To get it corrected I had to go through my credit card company. When I went in person to try and resolve this, the front desk staff would not allow me to speak with either manager. I emailed the manager about these issues and received no reply. Even after cancelling in writing, billing continued for services I never received, and I've had to file chargebacks with my credit card company over and over again. I'm currently in the process of having my credit card company block them. The most egregious problem is that reaching management is impossible. The front desk will deny you access if you go in person. Phone-based customer service just bounces your calls around. Emails to management are ignored. When I signed up, the manager told me he'd be happy to assist with any issues I had if anyone gave me any trouble about cancelling my membership. That was not true. Instead of getting help, I've ended up in a maze and their billing company has begun harassing me for services I never received. Don't ever let this company have access to your financial information, they are an absolute nightmare. They charge your accounts for services you never received and insist that you can't cancel anything. Short of hiring a lawyer, I have no idea what more I can do to end my association with them. read more

I've suffered from chronic back pain for the last 10+ years. I've been an avid Pilates goer for a year and a half in hopes that it would help, but found it only made it worse along with developing new femoral nerve damage between Pilates and my work. I decided to change it up and go to EOS and invest in a personal trainer in hopes that my workouts would be more tailored to the needs of my body and my specific chronic pain. I was placed with Ethan who I found suffered from some of the same conditions which has allowed him to not only tailor my workouts based on his extensive knowledge but based on tried and true workout from his personal experience. I will say that after so many years and multiple (failed) courses of action (PT, acupuncture, chiropractic care, massage therapy, injections) my back has never felt better than after just three short months with Ethan. I work as a server and am on my feet for up to 9 hours at a time, and since starting at EOS the lumbar pain has been practically non existent.
