These were pretty large, 75-100 year old trees. It was a two day job but it went off without a hitch. They cleaned up nicely after themselves too, leaving fewer branches than were on the ground even before they started and they also swept them off my roof for good measure. While it's not ever going to be a cheap job, I think the price they charged was fair for a full two day job of dangerous work. (I don't even get on stepladders, these guys were 40 feet in the air! We work with master gardeners and designers so we don't generally hire LJ for landscaping. The total paid to LJ including labor and supplies was approx $30,000. And would suggest Ro anyone engaging them to walk everything down - grading, elevation, proper footing, dimensions, methods TWICE. Go over everything twice.
