When we had a major leak, Rick showed up the next day--on a Sunday--and quickly discovered the issue was far more involved than anyone had realized. We've had plumbing problems for over 15 years that no one could properly diagnose, but Rick and his crew tracked it down. They opened up the ceiling, rerouted pipes, cleared clogs, and replaced sections that were rusted and corroded. For the first time in over a decade, everything works exactly as it should.
The leak had caused significant water damage, so we had to bring in a restoration company. We were leaving town the very next day, but Rick completely handled the situation. We trusted him with a house key, and he coordinated daily visits with the restoration crew, keeping us updated through frequent texts. His communication was exceptional.
Rick also personally showed up to the appointment with our insurance assessor, explaining everything, and sharing videos and photos.
