I filed my claim with GEICO, and at first my estimate was within the range of repairs. About a week later I received a phone call from this business notifying me that my estimate had gone up double the cost for repairs, which put it in range of a total loss. When I looked over the list of newly added repairs, a lot of the things had NOTHING to do with the damage caused by what I had listed on my claim. It felt like they just tacked on a bunch of extra BS to up the cost and declare it a total loss. I'm very, very upset about the loss of my car, as it was my only transportation. While this may not be their fault entirely, I can't help but feel that I was let down.

We'd picked up a new tire by then, and he stopped by to see if we needed anything and to check out our other tires for us. He wouldn't accept any money. My husband and I haven't experienced customer service and care like that ... perhaps ever. Highly recommend this business to anyone in the area!
