While we've always thought the prices were high for what it is, this year, the prices for the experience was truly not worth it. They offer various packages, 1 hour, 3 hour, or unlimited. We've done all the options in the past, but this time we opted for the hour wristband as we arrived later in the evening ~ 7pm on a Friday night. We wanted her to have time inside too to play in the arcades. Time doesn't start until your first scan for a race or ride. They conveniently scanned us in for our first race and we were seated, in our car, for a solid 10 mins while they sorted out other drivers and go-karts. We got sick from exhaust blowing in our face as we sat there with all the cars running yet not moving. When we finally started the race, it was less than 5 minutes! Half of the cars were either dysfunctional or set to a slow setting with no rhyme or reason. Our next race, our daughter was so excited she is tall enough to try the sprinter car on her own (58in) so we went to check that out. We waited 10 mins for a race to finish then the worker told us she could only fit 8 racers despite there being 15+ cars. So we had to wait another round. Another 20+ mins gone. Half an hour in, we only had 2 races in. In total, we were able to get 5 races in the hour time frame (one of which was past our time limit, but the worker let us go anyway). We have been going to Mini Grand Prix for years and this was the worst experience by far. The races are shorter, the lines are longer, the wrist bands are more expensive and the facilities have not been updated. Our daughter, on her own told us, it's not the same anymore : (

We took a ride share car from Meow Wolf Omega Mart (Area 15) to Sofrito Rico (cheapest and also the…read moretastiest meal we have ever had in Vegas) and then we had a nice 10 minute walk here. This was amazing! We came for the Family Day Special (three person minimum) and it has been the best value for our money this whole trip! The kids have done VR, the Cirque O show, and arcades, and this has them all beat. They have different cars for rent and all the stuff you need to make your own if you want. The cars they gave us were a little touchy around corners so it does take a bit of skill. I was afraid 1hour would be too long but, as I am writing this, I am considering paying for another hour. They have two racetracks and the kids were on one. Some other adults we didn't know were on the other track and they were laughing and enjoying themselves as much as our kids were. Kids get free toy cars depending on how long they rent cars and the owner let them choose. Chat with the owner to learn more about his history and the history of the shop. He has won tons of awards for his own racing! The lap counter runs on DOS on an old computer and is connected to a dot matrix printer! Check the website for hours and calendar. I am sad that we can't have a birthday party here but it is definitely something worth doing with children if you get the chance. Shoot, if I am ever in Vegas with just adults, I will come back!

I can finally say I've been to the Sphere. And not just seeing it lighted up from the…read morestrip...lol... This wasn't for a concert but for the showing of the Wizard of Oz. Still a little pricey for the movie but it's the experience. We actually walked from the strip which wasn't too bad as we took our time and enjoyed the walk. Which we found out afterwards that you can actually connect from the Venetian Hotel through the hallway straight to the Sphere. Anyway, up the stairs from the sidewalk will lead you to the hallway/entrance. We were a little early which they were already forming a line to get in. It wasn't too long till the line started to move. Also the restroom is located inside which you couldn't use till we checked in. Check in was easy with the line moving pretty easy and steadily. They check your bag if you have one. Scan your ticket and you're inside the venue. It's a couple levels with escalators on the side leading you up. Stairs and elevator are to the side of the escalator. Restroom are located on each floors and scattered. Pretty much all next to an entrance to the theatre. As we're here for The Wizard of Oz, they had a photo op setup on the main floor. As well as single Photo Booth. Line for the photo setup was long but it moved quite fast. Photo Booth was pretty fast. Escalators going up were pretty high as the whole place was quite big. There's also food and drink concessions stands on all the floors I believe. Inside the sphere, the seats are all pretty great as its stadium. They were only utilizing the middle part of the seating for the show. It was actually pretty nice regardless where your seats are as it looks down to the screen. Also the floor seats weren't available. It is an incline so if you're afraid of heights, it may affect you but there's handrails. It could also be the looking down effect that can get people. The show itself was nice. It's the movie but shorten to like an hour and fifteen minutes. But you get the whole 3d experience. Seats shaking when it's a certain scene. The wind experience with leaves falling from the sky. Of course everyone favorite, the falling of the apples which people including my friends were scrambling for them...lol... Found out later that you could also buy them at the souvenir stand. And there was even the snow effect with one of the scenes. They do offer the experience with the show. Overall, the stadium is beautiful and well built and organized. A good amount of concessions stands and restrooms. Lobby area is pretty roomy. Layout of the theatre is nice and all the seats looked pretty good. Seems like the view would be great from every where you sit even the top. Downfall, even when the show was starting they were still letting people in for a good 15 minutes. And the constant getting up and down so people can pass by did get a little annoying as you're bugging the people in-front and behind you. The experience was nice but was it worth the price for the movie downsize. I guess it's the experience. The Sphere itself was great and would love to actually see a concert here next time.

Staff throughout the property were friendly and helpful. The whole building looked brand new, with cool F1-style decor, awesome race cars to take pics with, and nice blasting AC (much needed in July!) Went downstairs to see about their go karts but they were sold out for a private event that night. Looked fun though, will have to go back to try it out!

Tickets were bought online. When we arrived at the Plaza, we signed our waivers and finalized our tickets at their kiosk. They offer free lockers so you can stash your gear before you hit the track. Pre-Race Briefing: The racers in your heat all watch an instruction video together for about 8 minutes. Afterwards you get your neck brace and helmet before you head out to the track. Qualifying heat: This is your chance to get the lay of the track and learn how to use the ERS button. Your fastest lap for this heat dictates your position on the starting grid. This heat was 8 minutes. Race: After one positioning lap, you pull into your designated starting spot on the grid. That first turn is a guaranteed wreck as everyone is jockeying for position. I believe we the race was 12 minutes long. This was a blast! Karts: The Karts are electric and somewhat quieter to gas powered karts I've raced in before. The ERS and Overtake buttons are a great feature and don't forget to use them during critical parts ont he track. Track: The track is half outdoors/indoors and has plenty of turns. It's pretty tight which makes passing very challenging. Every pass I had resulted in some kind of contact with the other racers. Indoors, the aesthetics are great as the walls are lit that give this Tron type feel. Merchandise Store: This was very dangerous for me. They have some merch that I haven't seen before. If you're a fan of the Malbon Golf Club and F1 collaboration, warm up your credit card! Overall, we had a blast and I'm sure I'll be back for another run. Drive Safe!

Located inside Neonopolis, this indoor go-kart track delivers real racing energy -- fast-accelerating electric karts, a tight technical track, and racing that gets competitive almost immediately. It's incredibly convenient if you're already downtown. You walk in, get a quick rundown, and suddenly you're racing while all the Fremont Street action is happening just outside. It's a great break from the usual bar crawl and something genuinely interactive. Definitely a spot I'll be recommending to visiting guests.

The biggest issue was the lack of functioning air conditioning throughout a large portion of the facility during a 106°F Las Vegas afternoon. Staff informed us the AC had reportedly been broken for over two weeks prior to our event, yet this was never disclosed during the booking process. There were also no apparent backup cooling measures, such as fans or portable units, which made the environment uncomfortable for both our team and the employees working there. Additionally, appetizers included in our event package were never served. We brought this to the staff's attention during the event, but the missing items were never delivered. Only a portion of the food we paid for was provided. What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of follow-up afterward. We reached out multiple times to our event coordinator, Courtney, in an effort to discuss the issues and find a reasonable resolution, whether through compensation or another form of customer service recovery. Unfortunately, our communications went unanswered, leaving us feeling completely ignored after the event. While the racing itself was enjoyable, the overall experience suffered from poor communication, lack of transparency, failure to deliver contracted services, and a complete lack of responsiveness once concerns were raised. For a corporate event, these are significant shortcomings. Based on this experience, our team will not be booking future events at this location. We recommend that other companies carefully verify facility conditions and event package details before making a reservation.
