We hosted a corporate team event at K1 Speed on June 12, 2026, and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. The biggest issue was the lack of functioning air conditioning throughout a large portion of the facility during a 106°F Las Vegas afternoon. Staff informed us the AC had reportedly been broken for over two weeks prior to our event, yet this was never disclosed during the booking process. There were also no apparent backup cooling measures, such as fans or portable units, which made the environment uncomfortable for both our team and the employees working there. Additionally, appetizers included in our event package were never served. We brought this to the staff's attention during the event, but the missing items were never delivered. Only a portion of the food we paid for was provided. What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of follow-up afterward. We reached out multiple times to our event coordinator, Courtney, in an effort to discuss the issues and find a reasonable resolution, whether through compensation or another form of customer service recovery. Unfortunately, our communications went unanswered, leaving us feeling completely ignored after the event. While the racing itself was enjoyable, the overall experience suffered from poor communication, lack of transparency, failure to deliver contracted services, and a complete lack of responsiveness once concerns were raised. For a corporate event, these are significant shortcomings. Based on this experience, our team will not be booking future events at this location. We recommend that other companies carefully verify facility conditions and event package details before making a reservation. read more

I threw a surprise party for my boyfriend and the team ruined it. We told them it was a surprise and when walking him back they yelled at us saying we couldnt go back there even though we communicated it was a SURPRISE. During our race we split our groups into girls vs boys and the team running was just making fun of us saying "this is gonna be the slowest race" was just uncalled for. During one of our races one if the team members was on his phone; just overall not paying attention and two members of our party were backwards on the track and because he was not paying attention it could have caused an accident if I hadnt yelled to get his attention. When karts were dying they were moving with zero effort and only one worker was genuinely trying to help out getting things done during our races. As for the manager on duty he was very professional and understanding of my frustration. The manager and cashier were the only ones being so accommodating and understanding. Overall, the experience was not what I was expecting. I will definitely be taking my racing experience elsewhere as this was just beginning to end a horrible experience. read more

Absolutely awful experience at K1 Speed. Walked in just trying to get INFORMATION and William immediately went into full salesman mode before even answering a single basic question. It was pushy, condescending, and honestly uncomfortable. He kept insisting we start registration and sign waivers before even clearly explaining pricing. Sir... why would I sign my life away before deciding if I even want to race? The entire place was EMPTY, hot as hell, and somehow felt more stressful than fun. William was standing there twirling his little ID badge around acting completely nonchalant while talking over us every five seconds about "pricing pricing pricing." Zero professionalism. Zero customer service skills. Just arrogant and dismissive energy the entire interaction. Then comes the actual joke: almost $70 for TWO races that are literally around 7 minutes each. Absolutely not. Maybe if the building didn't feel like a warehouse with the AC broken I would've considered it. It was genuinely hotter inside than outside in LAS VEGAS. When I asked why it was so unbearably hot, this man casually goes, "Oh it's Vegas." Excuse me? You have a giant indoor facility with what looks like 10+ AC units on the roof and THAT is the response? Couldn't even enjoy ASKING QUESTIONS here, let alone racing. William seriously needs training on how to speak to customers without sounding irritated, pushy, and condescending. I was just a spectator while my husband raced. I have been to a handful of K1's and this by far is the nicest location. This facility has a large seating area to hang out while waiting to race. There are comfy couches, tables, and bar style seats available. There is also a game area in the front. The main attraction....racing the track. This is the cleanest, most well maintained track. The staff was even cleaning between races when we were there. It wasn't crowded at the time we went, so it was nice to see. This track had lots of turns and looked quite technical. The karts looked new and clean. My husband enjoyed his races here. We were there during off times so there was no wait to race. However, like all the other locations we've been to, you can wait hours to race. A race lasts 12 laps and are limited to "x" carts per race. It's a popular activity so expect to wait a while during peak times. read more

Dooope, loved coming here. The place was very clean and so was the track. What I normally find is pieces and parts of the old tires in the seats and they stick to my clothes after I leave. But not here. Watt who works here was very helpful. They have very well maintained karts and are very responsive. The turning is heavy but is perfect for karting. Such a letdown. Took my team here for a teambuilding experience. This place is horrible compared to Dublin Ca K1. Night and day. I second everyone's comments regarding the AC. Total sweatbox yesterday with 108' temps outside. We specifically picked this place as its advertised inside with AC. The process to race inside was total chaos. Supposed to be 1st come 1st serve however it was more like 1st come, last served. Some of my kids completed 2 races and others hadn't raced even though they were 1st in line. Such a let down. Make sure you call ahead and ask "What's the status of the AC?". Plan on lots of chaos and waiting. read more

I've always been a fan of car racing and this is probably the closest I'll ever come to being a professional race car driver. After a safety briefing, I was assigned a car, strapped in and directed to the track, where the fun began. The car drove much faster than I had anticipated and the size of the track was larger than I initially thought. The track wasn't crowded, which allowed drivers to pass slower drivers. I found the car extremely easy to maneuver and very comfortable. The facility is clean, well organized and big enough to accommodate large groups. Guest safety is definitely a top priority, which, I appreciated. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and understands the importance of providing good customer service. This is definitely an activity that can be enjoyed by the entire family. I'd recommend visiting on a weekday when it's less crowded. read more

I think it's a little crazy that even though we paid full price we are not allowed to finish all 12 laps just because a bunch of try hard men finished faster than us. We came here to celebrate our friend getting married and thought it would be a fun experience. It wasn't super busy on a Saturday we waited about 20 mins for our race. We did notice the same 3 guys kept racing in every race. They had all their own helmets and gloves and kept telling the workers "I don't want to drive that car. I want that one" and would switch until they found the one they liked best. Fast forward to our race and it's these 3 guys, us 4, and a father/son. By the way the steering wheel can be adjusted and so can the seat. Just ask for help. They let everyone on the track very slowly until everyone is out and moving and then the cars are then switched on and you are now going full speed compared to 5 miles before. The track is small so it's mainly tight turns and the wheel is not light; it takes effort to turn it. The issue all 4 of us had was these 3 guys and the father of that duo kept slamming into us to pass us yet we would get flagged telling us we had to allow passing. We would try to pull over to the side and go the speed we were comfortable with but the guys would then pass on both sides ping ponging us and yet we kept getting flagged. It was not enjoyable and just frustrating. The guys obviously finished before us and they then slow the cars down when the race is ending but if you're far from the entrance back to the rows they speed you up to get you over to drive back into the rows. Once we got back we were emailed our race results and that's where we discovered we didn't get to do all 12 laps and only 9. I can somewhat understand that you need to get the next race going but it just seems unfair to pay full price and not get to race all 12 laps. Also that these guys who obviously take the racing very seriously are grouped with regular drivers and first time drivers. If anything you should be told you may not finish all the laps if everyone else finishes before you do you don't expect all 12 laps. read more

I went a few months ago doing the group racing package. Overall it was 2 races (prelim and finals) and you get a racing car trophy. Checkin was easy and the race was not bad. You get a sheet outlining your race results after the race. The carts were fine. I think the helmets probably need a good cleaning as that's the gross part of racing. Terrible experience here. Waited an hour while the managers kept letting some YouTube influencer and his buddies go ahead of my kids. It was so hot in there I thought I was going to pass out so I went to wait in the car while my husband finally asked for a refund. Do NOT go here. We visited yesterday on a Tuesday so it was the week and it didn't seem that busy or many people there. We were told at purchase it would be 20-30 min wait to go out. We waited 30 min and then my kids went up to ask when they were going to get to go and were told 20-30 more minutes. After 20 min my husband asked and they said we were next. Guess what... we weren't next. It was two more groups after that we decided to ask for a refund. Went to a birthday party here and while the kids seemed to have fun, the place is in absolute disrepair and the staff is just not courteous or efficient. About half the arcade games are broken and it's not exactly a big arcade to begin with. The bathroom reeks of urine and is in terrible condition. The races were delayed over an hour and the party area was delayed a long time so it went for nearly four hours when it should've been two. The racing was okay but there was no recourse for kids bumping each other (one of the kids thought he got extra points for hitting other cars). I'm glad we didn't pay for this party because I would never pay for the experience but some of the kids seemed to have a blast. read more

This place is a blast. Super fun and enjoyable but the customer service is lacking big time.The girl who helped us today Porsha was not the friendliest. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there and was not the most welcoming. I understand the team on the track having to be more strict due to the racing and bumping but the team at the desk could be way more nicer and more welcoming. It's such a bummer coming to these places and the team doesn't make you feel welcomed and makes you feel stupid. We're from a state that doesn't have K1, so this was good for my kids. The staff were friendly and the kids really enjoyed it. Jr go kart was great because it wasn't so busy when we went, giving the kids a chance to learn and enjoy the drive. The food is quite decent, too. It's fun, if you can get on the track in less than 2 hours. The first time we went, we were celebrating a birthday. We bought 2 races each. We were called for our first race rather quickly, then when we asked about our second race, we were told we wouldn't be able to race for another 2 hours. We decided to leave and just come back another time. We went this past weekend and immediately we were quoted a 2 hour wait time, so we decided to leave and try the following day. We called in the morning and they quoted us a 2 hour wait time again. So we decided to look for a different go-kart location. We went to Speed Vegas and had so much fun! They have a reservation system and overall just a much better experience. I do like the small arrangement of arcade games & the VR experience, but it's not enough to cover a 2 hour wait time to ride. read more

The staff working on the track were very unprofessional. Before racing, everyone had to sign waivers and were supposed to agree to the rule of not bumping into other drivers. However, it seemed like there were staff members' friends or family members racing with us, and they completely ignored these rules. They were repeatedly bumping into others and specifically targeting my boyfriend and me during the races. It was also noticeable that some of the people on the track had their own helmets and appeared very comfortable with the staff, which made the situation feel unfair and unregulated. The way we were singled out made the experience uncomfortable, and at times it even felt racially motivated. The only reason I'm giving one star is because: 1. The process was quick and we were in and out. 2. The staff behind the counter were friendly and handled our concerns professionally. Unfortunately, the behavior of the track staff completely ruined what should have been a fun experience. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a fair and enjoyable time. read more

I came here around 5:35pm on a Monday afternoon with my friends to do the virtual reality experience. This is a part of a 3 day all inclusive attraction pass we got. It wasn't busy at all. We had to register first, which was pretty quick. One friend needed to use the restroom, so we had to wait a bit. However, the VR thing wasn't working and they had to get it fixed. We didn't officially check in until 5:50pm. We were told to sit and wait u til they finished fixing it. It was done and ready at 5:59pm. The experience itself was really good. I liked how you're really emerged by having to move in real life to move in the game. You have several game options with some people co - op and some being versus. Cons: The tutorial was really quick and so was the game. The game we did was Elite Force. The tutorial was on how to walk, which was difficult to do. The game was broken up into two halves. We spent the first half learning to walk and get used to it. Once we did, the second half went by extremely quick! While it was fun, there needs to be a practice round and/or longer tutorial along with the game itself being longer. The staff person seemed to not be in the best of moods read more

I took my entire team to K1 Speed in Las Vegas as part of a company outing, and unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. From the outset, the facility felt disorganized, and the way they handled group races was downright strange. Despite thinking we had reserved a closed track for our team, we were bundled with other groups, which was not what we had planned or communicated. This alone set the tone for a frustrating experience. The go-karts themselves were a constant source of issues. Nearly every race had at least one or more of our team members dealing with malfunctioning karts, and I personally experienced problems that prevented me from competing fairly--I'm confident I would have placed first if my kart had been operational. It's clear that their electric karts aren't maintained to the standard one would expect for competitive racing. Perhaps this is a sign that gas-powered karts, with fewer battery-related headaches, are still the way to go. To make matters worse, the catering we had planned was equally disappointing. The food was dropped off in a haphazard manner with no utensils, no paper towels, and no real consideration for how a group was supposed to serve and eat it. It was an unprofessional setup that added to the overall disorganized feel of the day. On top of that, the race results, which are a central part of the go-karting experience, took forever to be printed, further delaying an already frustrating event. To top it all off, the bathrooms were an absolute disaster--dirty, messy, and completely out of line with what one would expect from a facility like this. While I will say that our team managed to have fun despite these setbacks, the experience was far from what we envisioned for a company outing. I strongly recommend K1 Speed invest in better go-kart maintenance, improve their organization for group events, and provide clear communication on what customers are purchasing. Additionally, their catering services need a serious overhaul to meet even basic expectations, and the cleanliness of their facility--particularly the bathrooms--requires immediate attention. Sadly, we'll likely not be returning, as there are far better options in Las Vegas for both go-karting and corporate events. K1 Speed has potential, but until they address these glaring issues, I can't recommend this location. read more

We utilized our GoCity pass to check out the VR which allowed you to play for a total of 8 min. The biggest bummer was that they only had 4 stations and there were 5 in our party so we had to split up our group. My bf ate it by slipping on the platform and went down pretty hard. The track was fun. The wait, not so much. We were misled by the ladies that the wait would only be an hour and 20 minutes but it was 2 hours!! The legal waiver was also very disturbing. Added a star back on for the gentleman at this location who gave us another race around the track to make up for being misled by the lady workers. I drove 3 cars in total.
