While my accident was very minor, Tesla being a Tesla needed extra work and parts to be replaced, and these parts don't come cheap. CMS is a Tesla certified shop, so I believe they only replace your parts with OEM. Thankfully, the other party's insurance was paying for it, but Angel Robles is the absolute man. He was very accommodating and helpful and got me in and out in very little time. Marisa at the front desk was also a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with the insurance companies. My repairs were spot on, but on top of that they washed my car and vacuumed the interior back to the condition it was in when I drove it off the lot. Since it was only about week after I got my car, I had to get my dent fixed for me to sleep at night as it would catch my eyes every time I walked to my car. Everything from reviews sounded like this would be the place that I want to take my car to so I decided to stop by on my way to work. Andy, the owner, came to me when I walked in and from the moment the experience was great. Everyone was on top of their duties and their attitudes were very welcoming and Andy spent a few minutes evaluating the dent and spent additional time with me explaining what has happened and what will need to be done to get it repaired.
