The classes themselves are really good. It is the girl who signed me up and took my payment that I had a little bit of an issue with. I thought it was just me and and thought she was being very pushy into me signing up and just taking my payment but I had two people I brought in who are interested in a three day trial and they told me the same thing that she was very pushy and was just wanting a payment. I understand she may work off commission or whatever it is but someone needs to look into this so it does not seem like she is just trying to get money for the company or herself. read more

I was surprised and disappointed that I was rushed to complete my three trial workouts to see if I was interested in joining F45. I went to a class on a Friday, was called afterwards, and told I had only the next day, Saturday to make a decision because they were closed Sunday. Not good marketing. Must not be hurting for new customers. read more

This is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. I am SO happy that I found F45. From the first day I came in to try it out I loved it! The energy, the music, the motivating coaches, the high intensity training, and the quick 45 min sessions. It was everything I was searching for and more. I love that no workout is the same and that they have the lionheart band and InBody scans to see your progress over time and at the end of each workout. F45 is a place you can come to improve your fitness and target weight loss and muscle gain whether you are new to working out or a fitness buff. There are modifications to each workout if you need it to be more or less intense so it can be modified to your personal speed. The culture here is infectious. Everyone makes you feel welcome and smiles and dancing fill this studio between sets. The coaches are beyond kind, welcoming, and motivating. I have always enjoyed HIIT workouts but there's only so many Insanity workouts one can do before it starts to feel redundant. I have gone to over 50 F45 classes now and every workout is different, fun, and kicks my butt! I was very hesitant about coming in and trying something new. Now that I'm about 2 weeks into it, I can say that I truly do love it, I actually look forward to doing it. It is by no means easy, and that's what's it's really about, pushing yourself and running your own race. The coaches are phenomenal and very supportive, they will push you in all the right ways and they're always there if you have any questions or concerns. One coach in particular is coach Kasey, I think she's out to kill me with these structured workouts, but I know it's all out of love and she's great, super motivational/supportive and will push you to "keep going" and do "your best". It's been a little over a year since I joined F45 Murrieta North and I still love, love, love going to this studio. Everyday is a surprise, everyday is a challenge! This place made me stronger. BEST COACHES. They all have a different style of coaching. MAURICIO- He will tell you some modifications, but that doesn't mean you are not gonna be sore for 3 days. I signed up for the trial and it was the best things I've done for myself in a long time. The trainers are very knowledgeable, help you keep good form, and push you a little harder to make the most of your workout. It's a safe environment to work out during COVID. Everything is sprayed between classes, and they keep fresh towels and sanitizer at each station. Get ready to sweat! It sounds cliche to say, but this place is much more that a "gym", it's really a community, or dare I say family. Great staff, workouts are great with no "easy" days. We all can find 45 minutes in the day and this is the most efficient program I have ever been a part of. I've been going to F45 - Murrieta North since they first opened. I did the trial thinking there was no way I'd continue going after that ended because it's a little out of the way for me. Here we are about 4 months later? I did the F45 challenge, and lost 8 lbs and 13% body fat just from those 45 days alone. Brad and Cara are awesome, and make working out something to look forward to! They help you reach your goals, and have an awesome team who does the same. The workouts are brutal, but nothing compares to how good you feel after you've completed one. I look forward to going every time and on days when I miss, I regret it not just because I know missed out on a good workout, but because I miss the people too.
