The men's bathroom!! You know when you go to a gas station bathroom and you feel dirtier walking out than coming in? Thats how I feel going into this bathroom. And it's been like this for years. Training with him has been a transformative experience--I feel better than ever. He designed workouts tailored to my lifestyle, and my knee pain is now gone while my strength continues to improve. Cons: This is THE DIRTIEST gym I have EVER been to. It's wild! I've attached two photos of the bottom of the treadmill but the entire workout area is like this. I understand that the equipment isn't going to be cleaned constantly but it looks like the machines haven't been cleaned in MONTHS. When I used to exercise at PF, it was very common for me to see staff members cleaning machines/restroom during the duration of my workout. All I could think about were the germs and build up of sweat! Also, there is only one type of class here at this gym which was a little disappointing. I'm assuming that's because of the space issue? I'm not sure. The gym is pretty small and feels a little cramped. I can't imagine what working out here is like whenever it's super busy. It's also pretty hot in here. I contemplated bringing a portable clip on fan for when I was running. Pros: I do want to say that the staff members are relatively friendly, approachable and ready to help with any questions or concerns that you might have which was nice. Despite the workout area, the restrooms were clean! Lastly, as far as I know, I also didn't have any issues with canceling my membership which was helpful. All in all, not a terrible gym. Could definitely use some improvements though I guess. FOR ME, it wasn't what I was looking for. read more

My husband is currently going here. He's been enjoying it and hasn't had an issue...but an earlier open time or being 24 hours would be soooo helpful! My husband has to be at work early and we like to rotate going to the gym in the mornings vs later in the day...I've been wanting to sign up myself because I've been doing more of a group fit thing and my membership ended with them. But we feel rushed to work out because they don't open till 5, and sometimes don't open on time. There are several fitness 19's further away that are 24 hours, but why should I have to drive further? This is the only gym by us and even opening 30 min earlier would be nice read more

I am so bummed to have to write another bad review. I love coming here but every time we get a new manager the place gets disgustingly dirty. I want my friend to join here but I can't bring her here because it's so gross. The sinks are stopped up again so they are full of gross liquid and it smells like sewage. The pictures are of things that have stayed in the exact same spots for over 3 weeks now. The Bobby pin on the floor in the bathroom, the urine B gone spray bottle on the back of the toilet and the half of a cockroach/ water bug body on the floor next to where you check in. :( Can't wash your hands and there's no paper towels to wipe your machines down with. read more

NO STARS FOR THIS GYM!!!! They totally ripped me off for almost $2000 I signed up as a Silver Sneakers. I am 69 years old. What I thought was a $599 package for a personal trainer was not that at all. It was a monthly fee for training. who on earth would pay that? and at my age???? I went to one training session and then got Covid. My trainer knew of my situation. He called and informed me he was quitting. I asked then if he could check to see if I could get a refund. no response. Unfortunately after I finished the paxlovid for covid I got hit with Rebound Covid and became sicker than the first round. I hadn't looked at my credit card bill because i got so sick. When I did look, I saw $599 taken just the day before. So I looked in previous month and they took the same amount. I was ok with losing the first month but I called immediately. I AM RECEIVING NO REFUND WHATSOEVER.!! you would think when someone joins a gym and there is a no show for 3 months you would get a phone call. NO COURTESY CALL. apparently there is no real genuine honest business here. BEWARE! They dont care about people. its all about their wallet. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I went in today to look into getting a membership and one of the workers named Claire was very rude to one of the other clients that were sitting near us at the other desk, the woman sitting at the other desk said something quietly into her phone, as if she was sending a message. The worker then looks over slowly at her and starts yelling at her to leave and that she was causing a disturbance when i was not disturbed whatsoever. I felt the worker was a disturbance at that moment more than anything and i ended up not going on with getting a membership because of the way i seen she was treating the clients. read more

Equipment is old and not functioning well. Treadmills and bikes need replaced. For the past 6-8 weeks the gym has been very dirty. Same Trash was in the bike cup holder for days. Machines are never clean. There are elderly people that workout there in early am. No excuse the machines are filthy. Someone should be doing a walk through and picking up and or cleaning hourly. Instead most front desk are on their phones. Only employee I ever see cleaning is the opener in the am on a daily. He is so pleasant in the am working to get weights and equipment back in order. In the AM there have been a couple times gym hasn't been opened. If it wasn't for the Trainer Al, I would be finding a clean gym. Al is very professional and knowledgeable. read more

I started coming here when my son was 5 months old. Any time he would cry they would immediately call instead of taking care of him. which is ridiculous being that I paid so much for the kids club that they couldn't take care of him. I canceled and started going to a different gym instead. With my (now) 2 year old and 5 month old it's still HALF the price PLUS they actually take care of my kids. If you're looking for a gym and have kids that need to go to a kids club, fitness 19 isn't it. I even tried a different location and they did the same thing. They don't take care of the kids or even care. Glad I changed gyms because I can actually enjoy my time at the new gym with trust my kids will be cared for. read more

Amazing gym and super clean. The staff is super nice and the manager Luke is very helpful and resourceful. They recently cleaned up and added turf which made the gym so much better. The closers are always cleaning too which makes me feel better about using the equipment. read more

I felt very welcomed by the staff working in the front, they showed me around & its very nice they got a NEW turf area which looks very clean and sleek. Definitely was pleased with what machines they have, all seem new and updated equipment. I signed up for this membership because it was the closest gym to my house but I realized that it's so small & you can't do much working out when there's so little equipment so I called them to cancel & they said there was no rush to cancel because I was going to have to pay for that months membership anyways since it was close to the pay period, so I decided to hold off & go after the pay period since there was nothing I could do & then they told me that I would be charged for the next month as well since it "every 30 days" so not only am I paying a total of $60 for two months that I'm not going to be going but I also paid a $50 cancellation fee. I think Fitness 19 will do ANYTHING to continue billing customers whether it's ethical or not. You need to start at the gym level and audit correspondence from customers and require employees to keep a phone log. Looking at the amount of complaints online involving the same issue I find it difficult to believe you are not aware of what's going on. read more

When I first signed up for personal training here I had tried out a few of the personal trainers, for me they didn't fit the wants and needs I wanted in a personal trainer. I felt like I was getting a little ripped off with the quality I received my first couple weeks. Then I got pointed into the direction of a person who I absolutely am happy to spend my training sessions with.
