Opening to 0700 is a good time to go if you want to avoid the busy times. Recommend this place for weight training and fitness. When there is a small crowd in the facility you can typically get your workout done in a good period of time.

On my out , I stated my concerns with the manager on duty, he stated that they don't have weekend cleaning staff during the day like during normal hours, and on sunday it's nonexistent . It was like going from an a Honda to a Rolls Royce. These people actually know me and treat me like family. Better yet, they're actually CLEAN! I actually look forward into coming in. I train with Kevin sometimes and love working with him. I actually feel like he knows what he's talking about, instead of most trainers that just parrot phrases at you. He pushes me, but not so hard that it's discouraging and makes me hate him - just enough that makes me feel like I got a good workout without wanting to die. 10/10 best gym ever!

I was given the mat and towel, but not the foam roll and band(s), so I had to improvise. They have a month-to-month package ("paid in full" not commitment/enrollment fee) and a 6-month package with an enrollment fee. The packages include all the classes; however, the isometric classes require a mat and towel purchase ($100) or daily rental ($5/use). I didn't want to commit to 6 months, so I chose the PIF for one month and only did the HIIT classes. There is also a special membership that allows access to other locations. Their website (hotworx.net/workouts) has previews of each workout, which is helpful when booking the classes. I love the app as members can book their own sessions and as many sessions as desired. There aren't any booking, cancellation or late fees. I was able to book 3-6 HIIT classes back to back, and change them at the last minute. The rooms are meant to fit 3 people, except for Hot Blast, which only has 2 rowing machines. Luckily, most people just book their own rooms and don't double book in a room that's already occupied. The HIIT classes are each 15 minutes long and the isometric classes are 30-45(ish) minutes long. There also a separate workout section in the back with free weights, TRX, etc. The vending machine includes snacks, hydrating beverages and miscellaneous items including blue tooth earbuds, towel, etc. They are open 24/7, but staffed during the daytime. Members can enter any time with a code that is provided upon signing up. There is also an app that grants access. Would I return? absolutely!
