I injured my leg about a year ago and I have never gotten so much relief from a therapy session. I've had about 5 sessions now and my limp is almost totally gone. Kylene got interested when she was injured. After recovery she decided that she wanted to be a person that helped people with injury and dedicated her life to studying ways to heal and maintain good physical condition. She uses the "Rossiter Method". A little bizarre as she massages with the heel of her foot but the results speak for themselves. I am a true believer. Before seeing her I could barely walk. She also offers Pilates classes to keep yourself in shape and she is very reasonable priced. As an extra, she is an absolutely delightful person to spend an hour with. Surprise, surprise the next day I was sore & could tell I had a great workout. It's always good to vary things up & Roe's class was an excellent way to get out of my routine. The facility may be small, but is very accommodating and you don't have to deal with a large crowd. The trainers here are the best I've ever seen and are very effective. They know what they're doing and know your limits and help you to excel and push you to become even better. Even after you've met your goals this gym will make you want to come back and continue to train and set more goals. They teach you how to use the machines and how to get the best workout out of it. Roe has been training me and I can say that she's given me the best experiences and has helped me much more than I could have ever by myself. She has a different outlook than most trainers I've met. She cares more about her clients and their wellbeing than most. She wants her clients to be happy and healthy. What more would you want than that; a great trainer who cares about you and only wants you to be the best you? It doesn't get better than that.

I signed up for personal training at what I understood was a flat rate. After learning about additional charges that were never explained to me when I signed up (80 dollar initial scan fee, 50 dollars a month for inbody scan, 3% processing charge, 80 dollar gym membership) I was very alarmed. I thought I was signing up for a flat rate of 640, but with the additional charges it ended up being 800 dollars a month - none of this was outlined in the contract I signed. When I asked him to send me the contract so I could verify the fees are not in the contract, he refused and said it was all explained verbally to me (which is 100% a lie and if it were true, it's unethical to charge customers based on 'verbal' agreements). He ended up not charging me for two months of the gym - which if it would have ended there I would have been completely fine and not feel the need to write this. I decided to complete my 3 month contract and after that I would not be able to financially support 800 a month and would no longer be signing up for additional months. When I informed Taylor I would be cancelling I received an e-mail with a notice of my cancellation and in the notes "Has been a pain in the a** since day 1" when I confronted him about this he said "oh it's just a jovial joke, you know", didn't apologize! and went on to belittle me saying I am the problem and he never has issues like this. I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to in my entire life. All I was trying to do was understand additional charges that were not in my contract nor communicated to me and instead of realizing there is a gap in his business model he shifts the blame to me "I've never had this problem with anyone but you". Just so disrespectful, I am extremely appalled. I would never ever recommend anyone doing business with Taylor. This is not how you treat someone paying you 800 dollars a month. And to anyone from the gym who is going to respond to this.... it isn't about the money, it's about being ethical with your contracts and how you treated me. Five stars for the gym, equipment, and my amazing trainer. Zero stars for the way they treat their customers.
