Love F45 Heath! It is an awesome workout each time and never the exact same so keeps your body/muscles guessing to improve your overall results. If you are looking for motivation and accountability this is the place to come! All the Coaches are great and always willing to help before, during or after a workout. They are also fun and have created an upbeat/positive community at their gym. We are in some crazy times with "Stay at Home" in place but they have provided their members with taped and or live zoom sessions everyday! It has been wonderful to still be able to participate in the F45 training each day. You can still join now with their online membership or come to the gym to join once it is opened again. This is a great gym! The workouts are challenging and deliver results but can also be modified for people just getting into working out so anyone wanting to try it out for the first time won't be intimidated. The trainers are upbeat and great motivators. They demonstrate all the exercises at the start of a class along with modifications that can be done to the exercises. Not only do I love how the workouts have transformed my body but I also love the energy from the trainers as well as the other trainees! Just finished my first class at F45. I took the 6:30am class and was happily greeted by Taryn. He was amazing. As a first timer in a gym it is very easy to be over looked and ignored. That didn't happen here. I felt at home right away. The classes are designed for all types of fitness levels. No one feels like they are slowing anyone down, or have to wait for anyone. The on screen instructions were amazing. Very simple to follow. I highly recommend this place. I'll be back tomorrow. read more

I've been to a lot of different group style workouts and this F45 location may be the friendliest, most welcoming group I've ever worked with. The trainers genuinely care about their patrons as individuals. The trainers also learn who you are/your name quickly and actually care to have you in attendance and help you with your workout. I highly recommend this place! The workouts are extremely effective. They are constantly mixing it up which im a big fan of because nothing ever seems routine/repetitive. The staff is very friendly and help guide you at your own pace whether you're a fitness fanatic, ex athlete or just trying to lose a little weight. The gym is very clean and has a great atmosphere. I have never really enjoyed working out till I started at F45 Heath - I would get into a routine and break it within a few weeks. I've been coming here for 6 months and try to come at least 3-4 times a week. The pace and intensity of the workouts keeps you engaged and is at the perfect level. probably the most comprehensive workout for middle age groups without getting injured. the staff is very quick to correct bad form to prevent any injuries. you also are only competing against yourself instead of comparing yourselves to others. results happen naturally as everyday is a different workout. read more

This was my first time in today. The two trainers were outstanding. The workout was hard. The workouts were on a big screen but the trainers still walked around to spot check out form.
