They close at 6 pm on Sat, which is not something I am used to. My gym in Ca closes at 11pm on Sat & 10 pm on Sundays.

People, if you bring your granny, buy her a headset. We have stuff we want to listen to, not her stuff. I'm a granny too, but I don't act like I'm the only person in the world. 2. Also people. Pipe down if you are on the phone. Nobody wants to hear your business. Keep it down Boss Baby, nobody cares you are working at the gym. 3. The hours are meh. It needs to be open longer on the weekend. How am I supposed to work out when I don't even get done running errands until 6?

So my husband went in and talked to Brandon Thurman a 3rd time and now magically he can cancel it??? He lied twice saying he couldn't cancel it. The gym is rarely full, with all the machines and free weights you need to better your physique. The pool is small, but they have a pool which is a extra plus in my book. I am very happy with the staff, always pleasant. The upkeep of machines and restrooms is excellent, and as with other "apex" gyms, there's no waiting for 12 year olds to get off the machines. Hopeful, that Claire might be replaced with someone who fits the role and is more personable. Other staff seems helpful and well informative!

Just left him screaming for 15 minutes!!!!!! They couldn't find me because the information about where I would be working out was on his sticker, which was LOCKED IN THR BATHROOM WITH HIM!!!!! By the time I got to him, he had no idea why he was locked in a bathroom all by himself. He was SHAKING and hysterically crying, snot everywhere, and so confused and scared! I am absolutely appalled that they could do this to a 3 year old child. He had absolutely no idea what was going on. What if there had been a fire? Would they just leave my child locked in that bathroom? What if he had fallen down? Would they just leave him by himself bleeding until they found me?! I have no confidence that Apex Center can take care of children after what I just saw. I will be reporting this to the state. Absolutely negligent! I would never recommend the Kid Care here. Absolutely appalling. He has not stopped crying and has snot in his hair, and in his eyebrows from being left in that bathroom scared and alone. He was shaking and screaming with snot falling to the floor --- that's how I found my baby! No workers near the door, no one checking on my 3 year old! I am appalled and my child was traumatized. Childcare should not be offered here if this is what they do to 3 year olds. Reporting to the state.

While the trainers (Orphan & Alex) were good at trainings when they showed up, they were completely unprofessional on the business-side, missing appointments, not responding to texts, late for appointments or not scheduling me like we had agreed upon. On 5/27/26, I submitted my complaint. On 5/28, I was responded to by Keanu & Rhyian, which I appreciated such a quick response. I was told on 6/1 that there was approval to cancel my personal trainings, but it still hasn't been resolved. I was charged twice for personal trainings since I brought this issue to management's attention, and I continue to get charged, I had asked to freeze my membership until this was resolved, and I continue to get charged for that, as well. I'm beyond frustrated!

However, I was disappointed to find that no additional cardio machines were added (only the broken ones removed) and no fans were installed in the old basketball court, now repurposed as a cardio room. Less than two weeks after reopening, the location closed again due to an emergency utility repair, which may have been related to the leaking pool (clearly not updated during the renovation). Before the renovation, I canceled my membership set to renew in April. With EOS opening across the street, I will definitely check them out!

Then the only three proform machines there, two of them are broken!!!! WTF?! You invested in a ton of weight lifting machines-not all of us uses that, most like to do cardio! I hope all the 24hour locations would get rid of the crappy eliptical machines they have now & return the ones from Proform! And, the treadmill are equally shitty! They have to bounce to them! Then their steam room is caked with mildew! You go to the gym to get fit & not inhale mildew spores and get sick!
