F45 is amazing! I attend the classes at the Hinsdale location. I hated working out, and I can honestly say, I enjoy going to F45. F45 challenges you, they help get you out of your comfort zone, but still help you modify, if needed. The coaches are fun, helpful and helpful. I feel guilty when I miss a class. I love trying new places to workout so I was intrigued to try F45. I was a little nervous at first, but the second I walked into the gym Dion and Kristin made me feel like I have been there since day one. They explained everything to me from where I come in at, what time I should be there before each class, what to expect from each class and how they are structured. (Jeff is another exceptional trainer!) Everything inside is clean and looks nice. The equipment is wiped down after each class by one of the trainers. They also provide a free sweat towel. (Which you will definitely need!) Each class has an awesome name, MVP, Panthers, West Hollywood, Monte Blanc, Foxtrot, Angry Birds, etc etc. 45 minutes. And thats all you need! Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays are more cardio based. Tuesday and Thursdays are more strength training and Saturdays are a mix of strength and cardio. They show you each workout before class starts, but it's also up on the TV incase you forget. You start with a warm up and you end with a cool down and stretch. (Which I love because most places don't take the time for this and it's just as important as the workout itself) The trainers are phenomenal and experienced. Dion filled up my water bottle for me in the middle of an exercise because she saw it was empty. She hands out sweat towels when she sees you need one. Her and Kristin encourage you when they can tell you are struggling. "Don't give up!" "10 seconds left!" "You got 1 more rep!" And every exercise can be modified if needed. (They will show you how) Challenging! This place will push you and motivate you. The other members are nice and everyone says good job at the end and high fives. I am a workout junkie. I love trying new gyms and when my friend invited me to partake in the two week free trial of course I jumped on it. First I love the concept of a 45 minute workout- in and out with plenty of time to do other stuff. And boy oh boy 45 mins is enough time believe me to get a killer workout in. Cardio and lifting together. The trainers are very motivating and with the music pumping I could not recommend this gym enough. I wish this gym much success!! read more

Cheap equipment, dirty gross floor, other people's sweat on mats, horrible owners with no experience, how many burpees can you do before you're bored, don't waste your time or money. Don't use the toilets. No showers. No childcare. read more

Best training and facility I've experienced in the area. Great workouts, variety, and support. The workouts will kick your butt but you can modify and build over time. The trainers are prepared for you; they set up and break it down - there's no numbers, wipes or work in it for you. And they are actively watching and fixing your form and adding tweaks to challenge you when you're ready. Worth the investment. I accomplish more in 45 minutes then I have in many hour-long workouts. read more

Having been a member to several different gyms over the last 20 years; Bally's, Lifetime, La Fitness, Experity, I was looking for a new class to try. The focus of F45 is form and I love the all of the tv's with demo's of each exercise. Then you have the awesome trainers observing and motivating you through each exercise/rep. Hinsdale F45 was a great, exhilarating and challenging workout. Today was my first day and we did the Foxtrot which was a cardio based workout, and let me tell you it was nonstop! The trainers were high energy, very motivating and beyond friendly and welcoming. This week is bring a friend to workout for free; if they sign up you receive a complementary week for free. I've been with F45 HWS since the beginning! I signed up for the membership without even trying a class, to personally challenge myself, bc I knew I could do this & I'm so glad I did! I love the different workouts & that people of all fitness levels train together! It's not an intimidating place in the least & the trainers are amazing! They make sure to moderate your workouts if you need it & they push you if they know you can do it! The music definitely makes everything more fun & DJ Michelle on Saturday's is the best! Great work out great staff all very engaging. You definitely get a great workout in a short span of time.

I've tried many different group training classes and this is my favorite thus far. It's fast paced and can be intense but the trainers will show you modifications if you're a beginner until you build your strength and endurance to do the exercise full out. Each class has different workouts everyday so you never get bored and they go by quick. The trainers here are the best. Always helping you with your form, cheering you on, working out with you, and just fun and energetic. Saturday's are the best because they have a live DJ. read more

Fun yet challenging workout! Very easy to follow videos of the exercises augment the demonstration by the staff at the beginning of the day's circuit. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff (I'm new but had the pleasure to meet Kristin, Dion, Markee, Lauren and Jeff in my first week).
