Stopped in because we hadn't been in several years (12+). Started with garlic knots with cheese and a grande size pizza for a family of six (two being teenage boys). The garlic knots were fantastic and we couldn't stop eating them but didn't finish them as there were so many. The pizza was delicious, dough and toppings had great flavor and it was cooked perfectly. The craziest thing was we all had some pizza left on our plate and we only ate half the pizza. Love this place! Artsy, eclectic restaurant with friendly and personable staff. Pizza is so good! I'm originally from NJ, It's been a struggle to find a pizza place that serves a traditional crust and style I grew up on. Fabianos hits the mark! The size, the flavor, the sauce and most importantly foldable tender crust with mozzarella stretching across the table has me going back time and time again. Mouth watering yet?? Delicious pizza, great service, and very cool atmosphere. It's been converted from an old theater. Price was decent. Only downside was that the pizza was very thin in the middle and could have used a few more minutes in the oven to make it a bit stiffer (easier to eat), I don't like having to use a fork. read more

I ordered Fabiano's Pizza delivered to my hotel room thru Uber Eats on my trip to the Atlanta area in early March. I had just landed from my flight and traveling to the hotel, I was tired and hungry and had an early day the next day as I had to go to court. I decided to just order into the hotel, and some nice pizza sounded like the perfect meal. Especially since, I had seen the high ratings for this restaurant on yelp. I got two slices of pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and prosciutto as well as some wings delivered along with a drink. I have to say I didn't really enjoy the meal. The pizza was ok but I think the garlic taste was too overpowering... the wings were standard wings you could eat anywhere... and for $22.00... no don't feel like I got my money's worth. read more

We are from Dothan, AL and were On our way home from Atlanta where we had went for the weekend. We went back through Newnan to find somewhere for lunch. Needless to say, we found a whole lot more! We absolutely loved the food, the atmosphere and service! The garlic knots we're my favorite! We also loved the Quant little town of Newnan! We tried out Fabiano's on a Sunday for lunch. This was partly to try someplace new, and partly because it was one of the few places open before noon in the area. We were able to park on a side street just around the corner from the restaurant. It might be more challenging at dinner time or on a weekday. The overall vibe here is 'Italian family' place with a bit of hipster aspirations (not in a bad way). They are also connected to a performance venue, which you can see off to the side of the dining area. We were seated promptly and our server was fairly attentive. We opted to each get a slice of pizza. We were, uncharacteristically, in the mood for tater tots also. They offered these in either a cup or a bowl. A cup sounded too meager for 2 people to split, so we went for the bowl. Don't think 'cereal', think 'salad'. There was no way we could finish this! The tots were good, though. The pizza slice seemed a bit plain, though it was large. I've notice that sometime at place that offer slices: they aren't representative of what a whole pie is like. The slice wasn't a bad lunch, but I'd be interested to get a whole pie and eat slices of it for comparison. I think we'll likely be back. read more

Some of the best pizza we have had outside of NYC or Chicago. We stopped in Newnan, GA ( south of Atlanta ) and needed to find some dinner. I read several reviews of pizza places, and we decided to give this place a try. We both were very happy that we chose Fabiano's in downtown Newnan. We did order the garlic knots, as an appetizer... hubby wanted cheese added, and this comes with pizza sauce. The knots were hot, fresh and tender ... a delicious flavor and just a slight crunch. Then, we ordered the meaty style 16 inch pizza . Their crust is so fresh and is hand made. The toppings tasted imported, the Italian sausage, pepperoni and other toppings blended very well with the fresh mozzarella cheese . We couldn't have asked for a more flavorful pizza. I ordered a salad, but only ate a portion of the Greek salad. Mama Mia ... this meal was one of our best finds.. this place was slightly retro, with booths and tables. We really love this place, and will return when we stay in Or pass through Newnan again! read more

We were at Fabiano's for lunch and ordered a large supreme pizza. The crust was perfect, thin and crispy with soft edges. Toppings were good, but not many veggies, heavier on the meat. And I couldnt really find much sauce at all. I realize everyone's idea of good pizza is different, but this left something to be desired for our personal preference. read more

The only reason it's not 5 was slow service (salads arrived BEFORE flatware). This little gem is in the heart of the Newnan Square. The atmosphere reminds me of the Original Mellow Mushroom in Sandy Springs. Cool, eclectic vibe and food was great. Our waitress was great (but they were VERY BUSY). Greek Salad and Caesar was good. For the food, I wouldn't go out of your way, and the service I can't help but feel they were young adults playing restaurant. The menu at this location was a very limited. My wife wanted to try somewhere new, so we decided to go to Fabiano's. When you walk in, it is a cozy hole in the wall restaurant. It's a casual kind of place where you can come as you are. The garlic knots were warm, fluffy balls of cooked dough. The texture is similar to a warm brownie that just came out of the oven. They come in a shallow bowl of garlic butter that is perfect to dip your pizza crust in. We noticed the menu stated that their meatballs were made in house, so we decided to give them a try. The meatballs taste like they are made with seasoned beef instead of your traditional beef/pork mixture. The flavor reminded me of a southern meatloaf. The amount of seasoning they used overpowered the meatball. Fabiano's has many toppings to choose from when ordering your pizza. You can order a 12,16, or 20 inch pizza. You also have the choice of ordering by the slice on most varieties they offer. When you order by the slice, the cheese pizza slices are prepped in the morning and toppings are added as you ordered them. The pizza had that wonderful soft crust. The simple cheese and sauce are not overpowering leaving the crust and the toppings to speak for themselves. read more

Went to Karvelas but they had a wait so we walked up to Fabianos. We used to eat here all the time but felt the quality for price had gone down bc they were the only local pizza joint. It seems they have stepped up their quality game bc our dinner was fantastic. You have to enter on the Alamo side bc Covid. The hostess asked if we had a seating preference. I asked for somewhere quiet and a both. We got the front window on the Fabiano side, the best seat in the house. Our waitress, Brittney J, came over and took our drink orders. We went ahead and ordered the whole garlic knots with cheese... it's always been a favorite. We got our drinks and ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza and 10 chicken wings. I like how you can remove a topping from their specialty pizzas bc they are made fresh right when ordered but we just wanted those 2 toppings. Everything was delicious and we felt like we got what we paid for. The pizza was so tasty and the crust was perfect, it's been hit or miss in the past with way too much crust compared to where toppings start. The chicken wings were very good too. We like to frequent this establishment on Tuesday nights for trivia with our favorite trivia host DJ Erok. The servers are super attentive (you will often find more than one helping you) and we often find sitting on the Alamo side to be more our style without the ruckus of children from the pizza side. My personal favorite pizza here is the Loaded Baked Potato pizza. It has a white sour cream based sauce, potatoes, bacon and loads of delicious cheese. If for some reason I'm not getting a whole pizza, I opt for a calzone or their yummy Greek salad. My husband can't get enough of their loaded tots and their Mighty Meaty pizza as the sausage they use has a nice kick of flavor. read more

Terrible pizza - too expensive for what you get as a pizza. They took too long to bake a pizza that should be out in 10 mins and 45 mins later we were disappointed with a 23.00 pizza that didn't have the toppings that we were paying for 1 slice of chorizo on the special of night whole pizza. When I first moved here there was no pizza shop could not understand when where I am from there is a pizza shop on every block. Really good pizza! I like the thin crust and there's no yeast odor or taste to the pie dough. Ordered a slice with lots of toppings and a cup of the "Jerk Chili". I figured if Guy Fieri featured it on his food series Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives I'd probably like it, too. It was great! Okay pizza. Usually underdone. On busy nights, expect the pizza to take up to 40 minutes to cook. They use the Wolfe Easy Bake Oven model with two 60 watt bulbs to really crank out the pies. By contrast, Antico in Atlanta is twice as good, and takes about three minutes to cook. read more

We were filming a movie two stores down for this trendy little pizza place on the Newnan square. Instead of eating catering we decided we would finish out our work week with some Italian. About 12 of us went over at 6pm on a Sunday. The place was packed. Partial good news is that we went over at 530pm and gave them our order so that our food would be ready at 6 when we broke for lunch. At 630 were just getting our food. We order an assortment of menu items I can only really speak for the items I tried but crew had no complaints except for the wait. I ordered a pepperoni Stromboli which was of average size. There was a decent amount of cheese and pepperoni in it. The sauce on the side was pretty good. I did try the pepperoni rolls and cheese wedges that someone else ordered. Both were really good. They do serve alcohol and the bathrooms are clean. I can imagine that weekday lunch traffic would really limit the parking. read more

Was here nearby so we decided to give it another try. I Ordered at 5:32, was told 30 minutes. It's 6:25 and I'm still waiting. WTF? Fabiano's is a small joint on Newnan Square attached to The Alamo Bar. You wouldn't tell from the exterior or interior, but this place puts out the best pizza I've ever had. Everything is made to order and fresh. Service is good and never had a bad experience. They are local folk's with local pizazz. Very festive during holidays like New Years and Halloween.
