This little local spot deserves some recognition. From the outside you wouldn't think much of this Peachtree a city gem. Upon entering Bucks pizza it didn't have much of a decor wow factor, but Lordy I could smell those cinnamon sticks cooking. We were greeted quickly and asked if we wanted any upsells etc. I love when people upsell me it means they know what they are doing haha. I Loved the menu they have gluten free pizzas the whole reason we dropped by. So excuse the language in the video but this is the owner of bucks pizza in PTC according to her and here is our review of the service we got. Enjoy! It's mind blowing. Please understand that this started as a small question about what we were charged and why, but quickly grew larger when we receive the worst customer service we could imagine. My husband and i were absolutely mortified! Absolutely terrible customer service. We ordered 4 medium Stromboli's and we were charged for the largest size, which to them is apparently the medium. Attached is a picture that shows they have three sizes (you'd assume small, medium, and large and it doesn't specify otherwise). So when we called, the owner gets on the phone and tells us that the medium is the largest size. We tried to get her to understand that the website (which is what we used to order) has a "middle" size that was 4 dollars cheaper and what we thought we were ordering when we ordered four of them for our friends who had just had a baby. Anyways, she proceeds to tell me she's been there 10 yrs and this has never been an issue and she's the "f****** owner you dumba**" and then to my husband, "I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to your wife so sit your a** in the background". I kid you not. Then she says we will get a credit so we tell her we won't be coming back and would like a refund (she didn't seem to understand the difference). After all of that is when the attached video started and by the way this was the third time she hung up on us. Absolutely ridiculous. But wait!! After I write this review, they have the audacity to comment this: "Wow, I like the fact that you failed to mention that you were refunded $66 for something that wasn't our fault." This has been our go-to pizza restaurant for many years. The crust is fresh dough, hand tossed, and the toppings are good quality. Buck's is a national franchise but the local owner in this restaurant is usually there and obviously takes great care in ensuring the pizzas are well made, to order, with a generous amount of topping. I consider this to be one of the best pizza values around; not as cheap as the nationally advertised chains but not much more and the quality is well worth a little more in price. I am baffled by the earlier reviews that describe the owner as rude or complain of poor customer service. I honestly wonder if they are describing the same business. The owner, JH, is one of the nicest people I have ever met and they have always gotten my order right, on time, and were very pleasant to work with. read more

Just moved to Brooks and was worried no one would deliver here and if they did deliver that they would suck. I'm 2 for 2. They deliver and the food is good. I have placed two orders in the past couple days. The person taking the order was very friendly. The price for what I ordered was reasonable. The delivery driver both times were speedy and very polite. Today the driver saw that I had dogs and brought 2 big milk bones to the door. The food shows up hot and just as ordered. I had a Stromboli the first time and a large pizza the second. They don't skimp on toppings like some places. We will definitely order from there again and will refer them to anyone we can. read more

They do a fundraiser with the local school so we try to patron them. The pizza is good, but for the money the value isn't really there. This location is consistant with the pizza we have had up in Gwinnett County too. Some people love it and rave it about....think it may be more like Chicago style pizza and that might be why. We love Bucks! We mostly get their pizza, although the wings are excellent as well. Pizza tends to be thinner crust which we prefer. Sauce is very well flavored. We highly recommend Bucks for your next pie. read more

One meat special and one pepperoni with sausage and green peppers. The crust was awful. No flavor, thick and doughy. The topping were low quality.. I really like this place! I normally spend $25 on pizza at dominos because it's conveniently near my house. This pizza is far better than dominos and I got 1 large speciality and 1 large 1 topping for $23. Awesome price!! Kids love the pizza and even ate the crust which they normally don't. I'm not a huge "reviewer" kind of gal, but I must say, bucks did it for me today. The food came so much quickly than anticipated and my husband and I both got hoagies & better than subway. I know subways lame but these were so good. Hint* order the lettuce and tomato on the side so to not get soggy. Oh yea we got delivery. Alllll the way out here to Senoia. I will never return to this establishment. My family and I had a truly dreadful experience a couple of days ago. My mom ordered a pizza to be delivered which was going to take an hour. She immediately called back and asked to have carry out instead. When she showed up, the cashier refused to refund her the delivery charge because "it was already in the system." She then proceeded to wait over 20 minutes longer than first quoted. The pizza ended up being in the warmer the whole time. When she mentioned this, the cashier proceeded to starting yelling at her, stating it was her fault because she changed the order and she should just eat somewhere else. This cashier turned out to be the owner. When I heard this, I was absolutely appalled. No one should be spoken to like this, especially from the owner of an establishment. I ordered a small spaghetti with meatballs and a medium veggie pizza for home delivery. It took close to an hour to receive so needless to say everything was cold. Decided to give Bucks another chance and boy am i glad that i did! They have improved from dreadfully horrid all the way up to terribly awful, big improvement! We ordered pizza and wings and got home to find our wings were actually previously frozen nuggets. I just think they don't care. This place has always delivery very good, hot pizza to us. The staff is very polite. The price in my opinon is in line with the other pizza places in our area. We have tried many different pizzas from here and the pepperoni classic and buffalo chicken are our favorites. One of the co owners always brings our order so he can see and bring our 250 lb English mastiff milk bone treats. He has even stopped by to give Hoss a treat when we didn't place an order f he was in our neighborhood. The customer service is outstanding here. read more

When I first called, they said they did not take American Express cards, so I said, "okay, nevermind" and hung up the phone politely. Moments later they called and it went to voicemail and the manager left a voicemail that said, "Somebody needs to teach you some manners". My family and I actually like their pizza but unfortunately after talking the manager today, we won't be going back. One of my kids' friends has been over to our house multiple times but the last two times we have ordered Bucks... And the last two times he has ended up at Urgent Care or the hospital with a swollen face. We finally deduced it had to have been the pizza so I called and talked to manager who would barely give me the time of day. I told him the situation and just asked if I could get the list of the ingredients. I didn't blame him as it isn't their fault - I was just trying to get an answer for the family.
