I thought I was making a one-time purchase, yet I ended up in this program and being charged several times FOR NOTHING until I noticed it on my CC statement. Zero star if I could. First impression is key to any establishment! Three girls standing at the counter in the corner conversing and none of them greeted us. One quick glance at us and that was it! Lack of any service there whatsoever. Without any hesitation we didn't even give this store or its product a chance. Completely disappointing!!!! Walking out less than a minute later, all three girls watched us leave and couldn't find it in them to even say thank you! Ridiculous! Looks like we were interrupting....management needs to do something quick before this place closes down. We are not on the strip....you have to remember locals shop at downtown summerlin. I really haven't ever been a workout person. Trying to find leggings that fit and don't fall down or create strange body shapes was something that I hated to even think about before I found Fabletics. I hadn't really tried many online only brands because well, ordering online can be scary. My sister was a huge Fabletics proponent, but I didn't know whether their leggings would fit me as well as they fit her until I stumbled upon this brick and mortar version of the store in the Summerlin shops. Their high rise leggings are AMAZING. They are truly high rise, where the top goes up above your belly button, and they STAY PUT. The quality is also solid. They offer each of the styles in a bunch of different colors and patterns, and you can shop here even if you're not a member (though it's cheaper if you become a member). Staff are friendly and the store is never out of what I'm there for, so I always leave a happy customer. read more

My daughter took me to Fabletics to buy her some clothes. These people are sneaky, they have a men's section too. Yes, I ended up buying a shirt for myself. Comfortable, nice color, quality fabric and suprisingly in 2XL. No, I'm not into yoga but I actually do really like the shirt and my daughter was thrilled with the things we found for her. And to top it off, the prices are better than the other yoga store where she used to spend my money. read more

Bra tops were too big, went back to exchange and they were missing a size in one of the tops I picked a different top but it was slightly higher priced and she exchanged it as an even exchange anyway which she didn't have to do. Horrible customer service!!! You can't take back your first impression, it would be nice if every customer was greeted and felt welcomed instead of the associates bothered by the customer interrupting their conversation about what they did last night or when they get off. The customers DONT care and don't like hearing it. This location is in a prime area, if they aren't making their monthly quotas I can guarantee its lack of personality and customer service!!! The staff is very very friendly everyone here is nice and try's to help you as much as possible. Without annoying you asking for their help constantly. They let you know what is going on with their recent sells and they know how to let you know which ones to get and they're honest about it. I go to the store a lot and also shop online. I also refer a lot of people there. Because I wear a lot of lululemon clothes and people will see me at the gym and think that it's from lululemon but it's actually from Fabletics. I told everyone that and even tell them to go to this store. I spent a lot of money at Fablatic. Every time I go to the store , every one are so nice. But recently I had such a worst experience ever with all these new employees. I want to exchange a pair of pant which I purchased 2 days ago. They refused to exchange it for me. I told them that I was going to wear it to the gym but I tried to do squad ( testing it out ) and I heard a rip sound. I found that the thread on the inside is ripped. Thx god that it won't rip while I'm at the gym. I'm a kind of girl that do a lot of squad. I never ever have a problem with lululemon pant ( I also spent a lot of money there ) so after the gym. I took my pant hoping to get it exchange. Miranda ( one of the manager) refused to exchange it. She said " the tag had came off and I can't do anything about it " really!!!!! I didn't even work out on it and it already rip!!!! She also said that people come in here either like it or leave it. What is that supposed to mean??? Quality is so poor. I was so mad !!! After a lot of money that I spent there ( a lot ) , I will never go back to that store ever again. And I will never refer anyone there. It doesn't matter how long you have it , lululemon will exchange it for you because they believe it their quality. I've been a Fabletics customer for 2 years through their online VIP program and was beyond excited to hear a store was opening here in Vegas. I went to the Grand Opening and feel in love! The clothing is amazing with tons a variety and great quality! As a Fitness Instructor and fitness geek I wear athletic clothing daily in many different settings. Fabletics has great options for the gym, Pilates, and for hot workouts like Pilates and yoga. The best part is how affordable everything is! The store is amazing and everyone is helpful and friendly, I've been in the store several times since it opened and always leave feeling inspired with new clothes and ready to come back and shop some more! read more

Stella was so beyond helpful! It was my first time at Fabletics and she really let me know how to get the best bang for my buck! When I first walked in the other girl seemed very bothered, maybe she was having a bad day, so I was so glad Stella walked out from the back with a huge smile, bubbly, relatable personality just so patient and ready to help me down to scouring through the store to find the last top in my size that was misplaced. The sales ladies at the Fabletics store are extremely helpful at the Downtown Summerlin location in Las Vegas. I would definitely recommend stopping by. They are there when needed and do not make you feel uncomfortable. The dressing room is spacious and has plenty of mirrors. If you are a VIP member you can also use your credits at the store, just mention it when you are making your purchase. You still get your VIP pricing. If you don't have time to stop in the store, you still have the option to purchase online as a VIP customer or get your items at the retail price. I love being a VIP member. It's a process trying to cancel your membership. You have to call in and tell a robot over and over that you want to cancel then you get the pleasure of being transferred to a foreigner who asks you 7-8 times if you are sure you want to cancel (worded differently each time). During the broken English conversation you never really feel convinced that you have canceled. Oh...and there is a wait time believe it or not...at least 5 minutes.
