Rudest customer expletive I have ever had. Sales rep dahlia ? I believe is her name trolled me in the jeans section ... blocked me from looking at jeans and then told me I as a customer am not allowed to touch the merch .. then when I clarified if that is what she meant she is like "no" lies girl lies... I know trash customer service when it's presented to me. I have worked with ppl for nearly 20 years and would never make them feel like this, as if I was going to rob their store of $40 jeans ... come on???? She is rude and needs a class in customer service , I would not recommend this store to anyone unless they are looking to be treated like garbage. Have a great evening dahlia , I hope no one ever treats you like you just treated me .

    I'm in love.

As a little lady, it's hard to find jeans that are size 24/25. I was told by multiple friends that Lucky Brand was the way to go for jeans that fit. Walking in this place I was greeted by Ralph, who then helped me find the perfect pair of jeans. I love how knowledgeable he is in Lucky Brand jeans and common skinny people woes. He helped me find a pair of skinny lolita jeans that have a waistband that prevent that annoying waist gap (you know the one that happens when jeans aren't the right size). To top it off, the jeans flattered my hips and tush. I swear angels from above were singing. Ralph's personality really helped make my shopping experience comfortable. He wasn't pushy one bit. He was helpful, personable, and even funny. I definitely recommend stopping by here for a nice pair of jeans!

Been coming to lucky for over 30 years. I like their clothing, cool tees, decent quality BUT I know they're losing money cuz they're closing stores left and right. That being said you would think they would be more customer friendly. Bought some shorts and they didn't fit quit right. So what does one do in this case??? In my case, just wanted to exchange. They weren't gonna lose any money on the deal. In fact, typically it's safe to say I probably would've SPENT more money cuz I usually do that. I'll exchange something and find something else to buy while I look. But I guess if you don't have a receipt when you try to exchange, you can't do ANYTHING. Way to be customer friendly Lucky Brand. Who cares that your shorts have YOUR print and tags all over them. No more lucky for me. I'll stick to Nordstroms where they know how to treat paying customers.

The store manager Tammy is the best! She's so helpful!!!

Great customer service, they look you in the eye and ask your name. If you find that pushy you should go buy your stuff at Sears.

I cannot get over some of the designer items I have found here at outrageous prices. I feel like I'm a winner every time I come here because I get beautiful pieces as such great prices. THE NOT SO GREAT: Selling. Their process must be working because their inventory is outstanding. But it's not great to sell here. They take little and the money they give you doesn't cover the gas cost to get there. A waste. Bring your stuff across the street to Uptown Cheapskate (who's shopping experience is...gritty, not in a good way) or up to Crossroads Culver City (the best of the best, in my opinion). Pants. How are the pants and denim organized? Un-discernable. Any method other than organizing by size is laughable. I don't even look at pants here ever because who has time to search for the size tags? Request to management: organize by size and watch how much quicker you move pants!

I went to 2nd Street to sell some clothes, and they do things a little differently. Usually when…read moreyou sell clothes, you get the option of cash or store credit. The only option here was cash. This was also the lowest I've ever been offered for clothes. Places like Plato's Closet, Buffalo Exchange, and Uptown Cheapskate give you way more for your items. They had a $1 pile, meaning items they were willing to pay me one dollar for. And then they had a 10‑cent pile, meaning they were willing to pay me ten cents for certain items. Yes, ten cents. For 10/12 pieces, they offered me around $6.30. It was laughable. Actually laughable. So if you're looking to sell your items for dirt cheap, this is the place. On a lighter note, they did have a lot of nice things for sale; secondhand, some new, some designer, really great quality pieces at good prices. I got a really nice pair of green cargo pants for $12. I recommend for shopping NOT selling.

I usually shop at the other, larger outlet store, but decided to come check this one out when it finally opened. They sell shoes, of course, but they also sell socks, hats and key chains darned with their logo, records, and portable record players. The store is predominantly rows and rows of men, women, and children's shoes. They display each different shoe design on top, with boxes of shoes below on the shelves. Unless the display is up against the wall, then there are boxes of shoes above the display as well. My favorite shoes is the Skechers brand. They have very comfortable soles, so I look forward to wearing them when I'm planning to walk more than ten thousand steps. And because this is the outlet store, shoes are usually buy one get one at 50% off. Staff are friendly. On the weekends, they have free small bags of popcorn. The only problem I had was that it's help yourself, so it's not being monitored. They have their own parking lot, so there's plenty of free parking. There are two exits, however, only one opens up to Crenshaw. The other exit opens up to a neighborhood side street.
