This place hasn't changed. I went in today and the first thing I notice was this African American girl on the phone chatting about who knows what. Blah blah blah blah. I recently started shopping at Lucky and am in love with their skinny jeans, although they don't carry them in store, the hard working young lady, was able to direct me in the right directions. Lucky for me I purchased straight from the website and had no issues processing an exchange in store when I brought in the receipt that came in the box. Long story short, Issas was very knowledgeable, clear spoken and super nice that I've been coming back for more clothing, you can't beat the quality and customer service. As a little lady, it's hard to find jeans that are size 24/25. I was told by multiple friends that Lucky Brand was the way to go for jeans that fit. Walking in this place I was greeted by Ralph, who then helped me find the perfect pair of jeans. I love how knowledgeable he is in Lucky Brand jeans and common skinny people woes. He helped me find a pair of skinny lolita jeans that have a waistband that prevent that annoying waist gap (you know the one that happens when jeans aren't the right size). To top it off, the jeans flattered my hips and tush. I swear angels from above were singing. Ralph's personality really helped make my shopping experience comfortable. He wasn't pushy one bit. Been coming to lucky for over 30 years. I like their clothing, cool tees, decent quality BUT I know they're losing money cuz they're closing stores left and right. That being said you would think they would be more customer friendly. Bought some shorts and they didn't fit quit right. So what does one do in this case??? In my case, just wanted to exchange. They weren't gonna lose any money on the deal. In fact, typically it's safe to say I probably would've SPENT more money cuz I usually do that. I'll exchange something and find something else to buy while I look. But I guess if you don't have a receipt when you try to exchange, you can't do ANYTHING. Way to be customer friendly Lucky Brand. They wouldn't accept a simple return with a receipt stating that they can't take a return if purchased using Pay Pal. Later, I called customer service to verify and Lucky Customer Service stated that is not policy and a store can accept a return if purchased using Pay Pal. But then Customer Service wanted to charge me $8.00 just to ship a return label, no exceptions, even after being lied to at the store. No wonder why this brand is tanking. My review is an average of 2 back to back visits to the Del Amo store. I would give 5 stars for Wednesday and 0 stars for Thursday. Yesterday, Wednesday 7/26, I popped in to take a look at your jean selection. To my surprise, I didn't realize there was a store in Del Amo, the store at The Point in El Segundo had closed. Yesterday the store was bustling inside and your manager was pleasantly interactive and informative. Today, Thursday 7/27, I made time to come back to try on a few jeans with the intent to purchase 2 pairs. Upon entry into the store, there were 2 sales women behind the register looking at their phones. This was about 3 p.m. I found and pulled my sizes from the wall, tried them on, came out of the dressing room to exchange sizes and went to the register to pay. The 2 sales women were still behind the registers on their phones. No one asked to help me find sizes or ask if I needed anything while I was in the dressing room. Other than cashing me out, it was 100% self help service. I thought those who would care would like to know. read more

Tried to shop here on Saturday. Waited fifteen minutes behind the lady currently checking out. When she finished, I went up to pay. The cashier waved over someone else who had been standing off to the side who had come after me. He said that was line. No one ever mentioned there was a specific line. The layout of the store does not make it obvious that one particular spot is the area to form a line. No one was waiting when I began standing there to get in line. Two people came after me and stood off to my left a distance away from the cashiers. But apparently that was the line. Despite me being there first and waiting for a long time, I was somehow not in line. The cashier had noticed me waiting and never said anything. I was waiting a foot directly behind the lady paying, so I'm still baffled by this. Left without buying anything in amazement at this terrible customer service. read more

Horrible customer service. Was waiting in line For almost ten minutes. Then someone else starts forming a line on the other side of the rack. 5 minutes later for a total of (15 minutes waiting for a register) the guy asks who's next and we say we are since we were waiting longer. Then the woman on the other side says "you said the line was over here" which pissed us off since he had seen us waiting and waiting forever. Then he goes and says "that's true...sorry" and motions us over to the back of the line which now had about 5 people in it. I put all of my clothes back after about 10 more minutes of waiting since the line hadnt moved and was fed up with the horrible treatment. I am solely reviewing my horrid customer service experience with Daisy. This attendant worked 9' 9/7/18 at 1:45pm. Do not come here if she's working. She was unwelcoming and very stuck up. Every time I attempted to gain her attention she walked the other way. When I attempted to ask for my size in a item she gave me a snobbish looked and stared we don't have that size without even checking. I then picked out a shirt on sale and attempted to pay for it then she stated that the shirt is not on sale and the sticker is incorrect. She was non apologetic and gave me such a bad attitude. I've never had such bad customer service and I've always shopped at lucky jeans. She should not work at Lucky if she hates customers or her job. The perfect jeans are a long term relationship. So...What happens when you loose 33lbs and you don't know quite what size you are or the fit/cut you want and shopping overwhelms you because the mirror isn't your reflection and you're not plus sized anymore? This place is horrible with their sales! They have a sign right outside, "Labor Day Event, 40% OFF The Entire Store." I spent about an HOUR trying on jeans in a jeans store with two sales people and not one of them told me that regular price jeans (which is almost all of them) are not 40% off. Then they tell me when I was about to buy the jeans that they were not 40% off. "40% OFF The Entire Store" in a jeans store where the jeans are NOT 40% OFF??? WTF! Bruni spent a long time picking outfits and helped me rediscover my style! What incredible patience! I'm very grateful for that! She has an excellent sense of what to find for you as she just nailed outfit after outfit for me! Consistency is key when it comes to customer service. Every time I visit, the staff has consistently been friendly, helpful and accommodating beyond expectations. I had an amazing experience tonight that I am compelled to share. I didnt realize they closed earlier on Saturdays and my husband and I showed up at 8:15. I had finally decided I wanted a pair of jeans and was eager to get them. When I saw that the doors were closed, with one slightly ajar, I felt deflated because I realized I had missed their business hours. I saw a few customers inside and decided to pop my head in and ask if it was ok to get my jeans. Karla welcomed us and said "come on in!" Nneka then proceeded to help me find the wash and size I wanted. A pair of jeans, t-shirt and 1 belt later, we were happily walking out of the store at 8:35pm. They were so nice and patient. They were never pushy and made us feel at ease, even though it was after business hours. I was blown away by the service I received.
