Were able to find a pair that was a darker color for half the price online. Went back to return the white ones after our errand there's a different guy there. He's like umm did you wear these in a rude way. Needless to say I'll be going elsewhere for our soccer merch. Also there's only metered parking out front which is annoying. All the other businesses around have a lot.

I also looked at their sunglasses since I saw they carried Oakley brand here. They carry Nixon watches here as well if you're interested. I had a good experience here this morning and didn't have any issues.

I do a lot of online shopping, and I am totally understanding of the fact that things happen, and sometimes products are out of stock and it's ok. This was a whole other experience and I expected a lot out of Kate Hudsons company. my first order (at 70% off) never arrived - I was finally informed THREE WEEKS LATER that the product, which id paid for, was out of stock. I was offered another order, but only at FIFTY PERCENT OFF. So I called the company, and after arguing with a lady who was VERY hard to understand and communicate with, I finally got another outfit ordered at the original 70% off and with expedited, two day shipping. A WEEK LATER I called them as my product had not arrived. I was told it had shipped the previous week so maybe it was a problem with fedex who knows not their problem anymore basically. Another week goes by, I call again - this time I'm told oh no, that outfit is also out of stock, but would I like store credit to order a different outfit?? I COULD NOT get a straight answer as to whether this had ever shipped, as I was assured TWICE that it had, or that it was actually out of stock the whole time. At one point the rep (who also had a very very hard time speaking English) told me maybe it had shipped and been returned to the warehouse, maybe it had never shipped at all, either way I just cannot have the outfit and i basically needed to move on. I have been promised a refund, that was three days ago and I have yet to see that happen, so we will see what kind of a nightmare it will be to get my money back. read more

DON'T SIGN UP! I I took the chance three years ago. The quality is subpar. I called their customer service a year-and-a-half ago to cancel, due to it being the only way to cancel your membership. Long story short, my husband had asked me last month, when he was doing bills, if I was still receiving Fabletics merchandise? "No, I cancelled it awhile ago, why?" We were still being charged monthly. I called the Fabletics Customer Service again and learned I had over $800.00 in credit. Well of course I wanted it back. They only agreed to put $350.00 back onto my credit card. I'm not done, I will now be calling The Better Business Bureau. Now here's the topper; Six $49.95 credits were applied to my credit card, which equals $299.70 not $350, and then the same day the credit posted, they turned around and put a charge of $49.95 back to my credit card. I've called the bank to stop the charge and then Fabletics "again", but their systems are down. Go figure. Learn from my experience, don't use the membership. Update: Thank you for the return from Fabletics of $699.30 $49.95x14 = 699.30. However, I am still missing $49.95 charged to my account for the month of July, after I had cancelled my Fabletics "Twice" account. However, I am also still owed $99.90, plus $49.95 for the July charge. read more

EDIT: Customer service got back to me in a very timely manner which I really appreciate and helped resolve the issue. I ordered a bra top and leggings which shipped. I received my bra top and never got the leggings. I waited a week to see if maybe they shipped separately but they never came in. Finally contacted them to be told that part of my order was cancelled. I never cancelled the leggings and when I asked why they were, they said they were out of stock. I never received an email saying they were out of stock, wasn't given the option to choose something else. Wasn't informed they ended up not charging me for the leggings when I thought they did. Over all very annoyed with this company. I called to reach a representative and through the automated machine, it still told me that I ordered leggings.... Will not be ordering from this company again or recommending it. read more

I agree with all of the one-star reviews - would give less if I could. For the second time, I did not get any email to "skip the month" and was charged $49.95 -- did not order anything and asked for a refund. The online chat agent "Faye" said it was a "member credit" and could not be refunded. What a scam - it is a CHARGE on my card. So after she would not refund or give me to a manager, I asked for the account to be completely cancelled. Faye told me she would make it a "guest" account. Took 15 minutes of my day that I won't get back to finally have her cancel the account, but still no refund. I'll work with my bank to dispute the charge, but like I said, this happened TWICE. Don't sign up as a VIP member unless you want to be charged even if you don't order (or receive) any product! read more

I have same complaint as most everyone else in that this company has cheated me out of $350 which they are refusing to refund me. Very shadily they sign you up for a $49.95/month VIP membership when you buy your initial "discounted" outfit. After I filed a complaint with Amex they immediately, I think within hours sent Amex "proof" that I had signed up for this service. Completely deceptive and dishonest business practices. Seriously unprofessional company in every way. Update.. The staff at this store is very friendly. It is a small store so the selection is limited. What you see online in the latest collection is what you can expect to find here. I went on one of the last days of the month, so right before they change the selection, and couldn't find a single item in a Small. If you need a small or X small I think you have to go early in the month. The one thing I found confusing was that the prices were retail pricing and you had to ask them to scan the item to get your VIP member pricing. You can use your credits here but not your points. The next day we go to return the items, because they were both too big (either too long, waist size was wrong or color not accepted) and the woman "manager" told us that the only returns they do is for store credit or an exchange, and accused of of "stretching" them out. They didn't have our sizes in store and so we wanted the refund to our original card so we can purchase another pairs in the future online. She refused to do the return so we took our items and left. I contacted customer service and explained the situation. She was finally able to contact the store near where we live after two weeks and confirmed WITH the manager at the Arden mall (Sacramento) that we will be in to return the items. She called us four days ago to confirm accepting the return EXACTLY HOW IT SAYS ON THE RECEIPT , which is to the original firm of payment. We go today to the Arden location and Regis tried to give us the same excuse that we can only give store credit or exchange. I told him that we already contacted customer service and they spoke to the manager at this location and she said we can. He denied, and said that the manager said YESTERDAY that they can only do exchanges or store credit, so I called customer service. Alejandra L. , the woman I spoke with on the phone and e-mail was very helpful. Liz, the supervisor, I spoke to on the phone today was very helpful & she spoke to Regis and told him to give me my refund to the card I used and he did! It just blows my mind that it took damn near two weeks to get this finally resolved and it took over 5 people to make one return!! I would never buy from this store ever again due to this experience and I think it's something to consider before making such a big purchase like these $100+ jeans!!!

Either way, I have certainly been burned by that a few times. To the point where if I am going to come here for something specific, I'll give them a call to confirm before I drive all the way out here. Prices are great here and selection is good.
