This is my second review for Fabletics. I am once again on the phone with customer service trying to get my refund from this TOTAL SCAM. I originally cancelled my membership in August of 2017 when I was told I would receive my refund of over $600. I have yet to receive that refund. Never in my life will I ever recommend Fabletics. I went to the store and bought 3 items and my total came out to $51.07 but I was actually charged $170.22. Kerri and Brigitte helped me out that day and seems like they pocketed $119.15 . I called customer service and mysteriously, on their system, they only see a charge for $51.07. After sending them a screenshot of my bank statement, they agreed that the manager AND employee stole my money. I went back to the store to get an explanation from the manager and surprisingly she "doesn't work there anymore". How convenient!! She stole my money and disappeared. Now I have to go through the trouble of calling my bank to get my money back. These people are scammers. After calling customer service many times, they decided to open an investigation against the store, manager, and employee but haven't heard back. I've never experienced this with any other store, seems like this manager got comfortable with stealing money as you can see from other reviews. I bought my items on Sept 19 and noticed the overcharge on Sept 20 but decided to wait until the charge finally processed because I thought it was a mistake only to find out that I had been robbed. After being coerced into signing up as a 'VIP' member to receive a promotion of theirs, I waited 3 weeks for my order to be delivered, but to no avail. I initially approached customer service with an open mind, but it turned out to be shotty at best. Truly truly awful. I mean, I honestly felt like I was running head first into a brick wall over and over again. Not only were they unable to deliver my package, but once I called to resolve the problem they informed me I would be unable to receive half of the items I ordered because they were now out of stock (and would never be in stock again). Not to mention this is all largely due to the fact that they wouldn't allow me to put my PO Box as the shipping address, hence it being undeliverable (even though they claim to use fedex??) I love Fabletics. These reviews are interesting to me because it's clearly stated, and labeled that after the initial purchase you will be charged $49.99 vip member fee unless you skip the month by the fifth. I have skipped almost a whole year before. When you skip you press the skip button and then again it asks if you're sure....pretty damn easy if you have any patience. Also I also returned and exchanged sizes with Fabletics and everything was easy peasy. I cannot speak to canceling with the company as I've been a member since 2015 but I've had a good experience with them so I'm hoping it'll be just as easy. read more

I place an order using my membership dues and the order never shipped, twice. They created shipping labels, twice, but never gave a package to Fedex. They kept claiming the tracking info on the Fedex website that says "label created. anticipated ship date..." meant it shipped. I spoke with a live person at Fedex who said that simply means they created a label. No package was ever received by them. I finally got them to agree to refund me, but it must be done by check. And, get this, the check takes 8-12 weeks. Weeks!!!! Also, when you cancel, make sure they cancel your account completely and not just switch you to a guest account keeping all your info on file. . . . *update* So, how do I "contact you directly" when you gave no contact info, yet you are asking for my contact info? I was never contacted for assistance via email as stated. I am going to drive to the physical store today and will post my update after doing so. Update: it is Jan 2nd 2021. I ordered a very large order of 27 items on Nov 15th 2020 and received a total of 2 items. Long story short...customer service was abominable. I was so angry with this company after weeks of hours on the phone and email. I decided to go to the nearest Fabletics store which is about a 45 min drive. The Fabletics in Woodland Hills and their store associates are the only reasons I am turning my prior awful review around. I felt I had been scammed and when I arrived at Fabletics, both Cheyenne and Angelique were absolutely amazing. They looked up my order, saw the number of contacts I had with what I would assume was outsourced representatives and immediately rectified the situation. They were apologetic and helped we work out the store credit from purchases I never received. The quality of the clothing is awesome and I'm so happy I went into this store. I had sworn I would drop Fabletics and never order from here again until today's experience. I still will not order online after the headache with my prior order, but I would drive 45 minutes for purchases. Thank you again to both Cheyenne and Angelique for clearing up all the issues that no one on the phone could accomplish after 6 weeks. After a package went missing I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. After calling multiple times they would say wait a little longer everytime then if it doesn't come we will give you a refund. Well it didn't come and then when I wanted my refund I was told I couldn't get one just a credit to my account which I didn't want because I wanted to delete my account after how they had handled everything. I am very unsatisfied with the credit membership and purchase policy that is cleverly done to ensure maximum profits.Having $50 come out your account every month unless you run to cancel by the 5th is very annoying.I could not cancel on month and got my account charged (as expected) the $49.95. My frustration was in trying to use the credit as I had to purchase items surpassing the value of my credit in order to use my credit..forcing me to spend more just to get the actual item I needed ($36+). Worst customer service experience ever. I bought two pairs or leggings from fabletics which basically deteriorated. I sent them in to exchange them a month and a half ago and I still have not received a replacement. They have my leggings and are refusing to ship the new leggings out they say because they are low stock but i ordered all the new leggings when they were in full stock. I have spent a total of about 5 hours on live chat plus currently an hour on hold on the phone waiting for ANYONE to help me. I am a fitness instructor and will warn all of my clients to stay as far away from fabletics as possible. read more

I must start by saying that I LOVE the clothing I purchase, and find myself living in my Fabletics gear. However, this store location (the only one I've visited) is awful. As long as you enter prepared, then you could still enjoy the shopping experience. Most of the associates need additional training and social graces. I don't know if it's just because it's the ritzy, Topanga vibe, but they are often snooty and less than genuine. My advice: only visit the store for special events, or to try on a particular style. You also can get a good idea of fabric comfort, but don't expect too much in the way of service or you may be disappointed. read more

I signed with Fabletics a couple of years ago. The introductory outfit price ($25) is definitely enticing. I've even bought clothing beyond the $25 because I liked the quality (particularly the leggings) and uniqueness of some of their clothing. However, it's gimmicky. To get the intro outfit price you have to sign up for VIP, which will charge you $49.95 monthly if you don't go in every month and "skip." I forgot once and unfortunately had the surprise charge on my card. However, in the past three months I've been charged TWICE. Both months I SWEAR I went onto their site and skipped However, the multi-step process to skip is not that intuitive, and who knows, maybe I missed a final final confirmation step. That was enough for me. I used the credit and cancelled my membership. No more unwarranted monthly charges for me. If it were easier and I had not run into these problems, I might still be a customer. The customer service lady told me I should have contacted customer service ahead of cancelling, and they could have refunded my money. But I actually did reach out to customer service and received no response. (Yes, I have email proof.) And the final annoying gimmicky note, you can't use your member credits for clearance items. So a $13 clearance top will suddenly be its original price, say $49.95, if you're wanting to buy it with your credits. Yes, I just tried this with my order. Sale price or use your member credit, but not both. I'm not providing this review because I don't understand the rules. I'm providing this review because I'm annoyed all around. "Skip a Month" means nothing to this company as I continued to be charged. Not only that, they would charge different credit cards I have used in the past. First time I called in June, I was assured this glitch would be fixed and that I was to receive an email confirming the skipped month in addition I would receive a refund. Only today did I discover that they processed half the refund on one credit card and the other half on another - for no reason and with no explanation. Because I believed that this would never happen again, I maintained my membership - I WAS WRONG. Today I learned that 2 credit cards on file were being charged EVERY month AND they would only refund one charge. I received $200.00 gift cards for my birthday and Christmas, and decided to go and spend them at a Fabletics store in Woodland Hills. I walked in the store and was not greated by a sales person or asked if I needed any help, I was picking items off the racks, I had about 4 items in my hand, and still no asked if I needed any assistance Hmm! So I asked the sales person if I could try on, she looked at me as if I was bothering her! I was dressed fairly nice too. I really didn't get the warm and fuzzies.. True, customer service at Fabletics has not been quality since I became a member. However, this review is about a recent news story that leads me to give Fabletics feedback. Unfortunately, their only source for feedback is via social media. Since I don't participate in social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), I'm posting here. Fabletics introduced a "Demi Lovato" line a while back. Not impressive if you're a true athlete and/or fitness professional (which I am). However, today (7/24/18) news is reporting Demi Lovato was rushed to the hospital because of heroin overdose. Does Fabletics really think it prudent not only to associate with but endorse through a separate line of clothing someone who engages in illegal activities? I've been a VIP member for years. I have always enjoyed my time here however on my last visit I encountered a very unpleasant (maybe new i have never seen her there before)manager.I think her name was Jess? She was rude, short, and very condescending and made me feel like everything was beneath her. She wasn'T helpful and wasn't doing anything other than sitting by their computer. The other two girls seemed very nice but I will not be coming back if this person is in the store. They should be approachable and nice however I felt completely unwelcome and have a horrible taste in my mouth now. Naturally, I called the company and after begging to a robot to let me talk to a real human on the phone for 10 min or so, I finally got to speak to a real live customer service rep with an almost uncomprehending accent. I wanted to be sure about the terms of the Gift Card and make sure that my USMC daughter, who is on a very limited income and who could be deployed, would not get scammed by a millionaire or billionaire, whom my daughter is protecting. I do not wish to purchase a gift that will make my daughters life hell; and I almost did. The foreign service rep was very vague and only wanted to provide me unclear information about the questions that I asked. All I wanted to know, is if I buy her the $250 gift card and cancel my membership (because I do not want one), will she still get the prices at VIP rates. The service rep evaded my first question, trying not to give me the answer for like 10 min, and trying to confuse me. I continued to press her for a real answer, and of course they will require my daughters banking info if she wants the VIP pricing, so that they will have opportunities to bill her $49.95 each month if she misses the 5 day window to shop. The other option- she will have to pay over-inflated prices, and not get 5 outfits that is clearly stated on the Gift Card. So then I asked if she could sign up for it for the VIP Membership, but use the company would use up the $250 gift card so that she can get VIP prices (and the 5 outfits that is clearly labeled on the Gift Card website link), before they start charging her bank account the monthly fees, if she missed the 5 day shopping window. Of course the sales rep was vague again, not answering my question, trying to run circles around me and confuse me again. But I continued to ask the same question until she answered it properly. And again, of course they will require her banking info so that they can charge her account $49.95 monthly if she misses the 5 day shopping window if she wants to receive VIP pricing from the $250 Gift Card . My next question.... How does she get to spend the $250 credit ever, if you keep charging her bank account? The run around response from the customer rep was that she could spend the $250 immediately after becoming a VIP Member, and she would select 5 outfits as the Gift Card clearly indicates. So I thought this could be a good solution and what I would advise my daughter. The Customer Sales Rep immediately began to ask for my bank acct info so that she could get me as a VIP Member, so that I could buy the $250 Gift Card, but I told her that I could do that on-line after I review the website. But she wanted to be helpful and secure the sale and tried to get me to purchase the card on the phone. I declined her offer and went to the website, but before I checked-out, purchasing the $250 gift card in my shopping cart, I browsed so that I could also find an outfit to purchase as well. To my surprise, I could not find a single cute outfit in her size. NOT-A-ONE!!! My daughter is super tiny; x-sm and small, yet there was not a single outfit available for me to purchase for her. WOW!!! is all I can say and what a total scam. I AM SO HAPPY THAT THIS PURCHASE DID NOT WORK OUT, AND THAT I WAS NOT TRICKED BY THE TRICKY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. My daughter, who is a corporal in the US Marine Core, would have gotten screwed over by millionaire or billionaire Kate Hudson. Would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on July 5th and was told 5-7 days for shipping . It is August 26th and I have not received my order. The tracking number provided has said my order has been sitting in a warehouse states away for over a months. Their customer service line is a joke - they can't do anything to speed up your shipping or anything. I tried to cancel and was argued with and offered a 20% off coupon for the inconvenience. They tried to fix the solution by giving me 500 points on top of what I had already had to get me to keep my account and I said no because I will get caught up in life and forget to click this dumb option I was under the impression that the fee was only charged if you had used there services that month. I'm just glad I found out about it before the charges got to high. I would like my money back but I don't honestly know if I'll get a refund because I hadn't known this was happening. When I called to discuss it, the woman on the phone wasn't actually answering any of my questions she was just reading responses off a sheet, finally I got her to delete my account...or so I thought. They don't actually delete your account, they just change it back from VIP to guest while still retaining ALL your information, address, credit card # etc. I was so happy when I received my first outfit, I thought this has to be to good to be true, today I was proven that it was. Now I'm stuck with a store credit, and everything is priced ridiculously without the VIP membership so I can't even use it without paying extra money. I saw a deal online for their leggings, 2 for $24, and jumped at that opportunity of that great deal. When I went on their website, I immediately started shopping at their amazing selection of leggings and sportsware. When I chose my two leggings, NO WHERE clearly stated I was signing up to be member. NO WHERE! After I ordered, it was the next month that I saw $49.95 taken out of my account. I panicked, I thought there was somewhere using my debit card without my permission. I was shocked to find out this was done, ON PURPOSE by Fabletics, I was outraged. I had a delightful experience at this store today. My mom bought me a bunch of items from the website and I brought them all into the store to exchange sizes, colors, styles, etc. A tall order, to say the least! I was met with nothing but good attitudes. There were multiple employees who were eager to help me at every step of the way. They were knowledgeable about which articles of clothing might fit me best and be versatile enough for my fitness needs. I was able to take my time and left beyond thrilled with all my new clothes. Extremely rude people working at this location( The Village)! They didn't acknowledge I was standing at the register because all three of them were talking. One of the workers decided to come in her pjs! After a while she said do you need help? I said yes! She gave me my gift card. As I was walking out I saw something I liked. As I was checking the price holiday music was playing in the background they started making fun of the song in a very loud and obnoxious way. I had to leave the store immediately because I felt so disrespected as a costumer and my ears hurt as well due to their obvious childlike mannerism. It was my first and last time in Fabletics.
