I spoke with the owner/manager who advised me that he was ordering the hitch and harness I needed…read moreon Monday he said the harness would be there Tuesday and hitch on Wednesday and the hitch would be installed Thursday morning... that if I can find the parts he could do it sooner... I called Tuesday saying I found a hitch and asked if he had the harness in yet.... he then told me the whole order won't be there till Thursday around 3.... if I didn't call I wouldnt have not known! very poor management and customer service. To top it off he called today and was quite rude!!! No clue how this guy will stay in business

He was not sure how the internet was still showing the location near my house since they haven't been there for a while . The guys I spoke to I believe was the owner and I must say he was extremely helpful with my situation and didn't try in any way to talk me into something I didn't need . He was a try gentleman and definitely cared about doing right by his customers. I ended up going a different route with my trailer but in the future if I need work done I will definitely be going to this trailer shop .
