Above all, Mike is honest and stands by his work. For example, in the Fall of 2018, Ronk replaced my brakes and rotors. This Spring, my brakes squeaked consistently during the rain, and Mike inspected them and explained that the brakes are good and function well; and that sometimes they squeak when constantly wet. He is certainly right because it is summer now, and my brakes no longer make noise. Lastly, Mike the owner is friendly and jovial. His customers and employees enjoy his jokes and outgoing personality. I highly recommend Ronk Auto for your routine maintenance needs.

With Hondaman, every visit has been incredible. If you need something fixed, they'll make it almost new. They're very honest with their work and will confirm with you before doing anything additional, whereas other places I've been to will do what they think is "important", then charged me for it after the fact. Hondaman will advise you of anything that needs to be done after they finish what you went to them for. Plus, their prices are reasonable and affordable. I've never felt like I had to break the bank during my visits. In short, they are my wife's and my go-to mechanic and I absolutely recommend them.

They usually have three or four full-time A class technicians while other shops most of the time have only one. Excellent place if you have a problem that no one wants to help you including dealerships. One time I had a problem in 2014 with my fathers 2012 Toyota Rav4. The break pedal was soft with engine off and felt weak. I went to two Toyota dealerships since the car had a warranty and they said it was normal while I knew that there was a problem. I finally went to Middle Country Automotive. They confirmed that a break pedal can not be soft with engine off and diagnosed the problem to be ABS pump probably needed bleeding since it was probably not done at the factory. They connected the diagnostic computer and activated the ABS solenoids to bleed the trapped air in the pump. After 15 minutes the brake pedal was nice and firm. I filed a complain at NHTSA and I think it triggered a recall that Toyota hid under some other problem with the ABS pump. At Toyota dealership when I went for the recall the dealership techs only connected the computer the same way the Middle Country Automotive techs did!

I took it back and they lowered the tank slightly so the valve could open. Not long after my check engine light came on and codes P0442 and P0446 popped up. The mechanic admitted they put the gas tank on too tight, which led to the solenoid malfunction. They offered to fix it for $500! I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle here. They have a pattern of creating more problems for their customers than solving them.
