My usual lash person is out of the country AND her place is 30 miles one way from my home! I chose this place for several reasons: 1. It was highly recommended by Yelp; 2. It was closer (even though it is closer in miles, time-wise there is traffic all the time from my house and it is not freeway-accessible; and 3. All the other places I might have tried did not have appointments available or I would've had to phone to get one. They had a special if you made an appointment with one of two people (I think they are new to the location and trying to build a client base); however, I am a little picky so I chose accordingly. Based on Yelp reviews, I made an appointment with Hoshimi, the owner. The primary reason I chose her was that reviews said she did a great job in a shorter amount of time. This was so true! I also liked that I could make an online appointment, that there was a confirmation e-mail, and a reminder text. They charge a little more than I am accustomed - about $10 - $20 more than my regular person, but I figure that it evened out with the cost of gas I spend to go 60 miles round trip. I am happy with her work. It was $80 for a volume fill (it's $60 for a classic fill). I like half way between the two. The salon is nice and private. It is a little tough to find (off the main street in a small strip mall) but worth it! read more

Everyone is nice & it's very clean, but DO NOT buy a Keratin lash lift EVER (from this salon or any other) if you have very straight strong lashes - KERATIN LASH LIFTS DO NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE STRAIGHT STRONG LASHES!! DO NOT DO IT!! I don't know why, but technicians will always think they can do it, and they cannot - the formula is completely ineffective if you have this lash type. Leaving it on longer, etc., does not help you at all. read more

Location and Facility are excellent. I thought I had found the perfect place. Scheduled my appointment with Miki! She is a very nice girl but it doesn't make up for the horrible experience. I knew I should of got up and left when she was having a difficult time applying the tape! So as she begins applying the eyelashes it was painful, I must have pulled back each time because she kept saying she was sorry. At this point I didn't think it could get any WORSE... until she attempted to remove the tape.. well it was completely stuck on my lower lid. I was starting to panic, asking what is going on and she said keep your eyes closed! Talk about painful! Finally the tape was off, but my lower lids were sticky. Every time I closed my eyes they would stick together! I asked her what I could do to remove the GLUE and she said "water". I paid for my lashes although I was extremely UPSET!!! and away I went thinking, well I will never go back there. I am writing this because to TOP IT OFF, my lashes fell out by the second day! Not all of them just enough to notice! I was on vacation at the time and called around frantically looking for someone to remove them. Thankfully I was able to have them removed with no damage!
