Mixed Burrito (bacon, sausage, ham, hash brown, egg, & cheese) but without the ham!

Ordered through door dash so I didn't have the privilege to eat at this fine establishment. Here are my thoughts: -arrived promptly -it was still hot -it was meaty -it was cheesy -it was as I expected for the amount I paid for -can taste the secret ingredient, love Love this place. Used to come here when I went to Elco

Stopped in the other day because I was working in the area and wanted some grits for breakfast. I order the grits and eggs breakfast with bacon and an ala carte pork chop on the side. First off I have to commend them on their grits. They weren't soupy and they used a generous amount of butter which you don't see often. The eggs were cooked well and they were loaded with cheese. The pork chop was just ok, decent flavor but would have like it cooked a little longer. Now the grits and eggs breakfast was around $9 but after I added a drink, pork chop and tip my bill came out to around $25. Service was quick and efficient. When I walked in there were 2 orders ahead of me but they were able to get me in and out in less than 10 mins. Dining area was large enough to accommodate about 10 tables so I doubt you would ever have a hard time finding a seat if you wanted to dine in. They had quite a bit of different dining options so there is a good chance I might be back in the future but overall it was solid.

On their website their's no mention of a fee

You've misunderstood its not about the quality. It's your front-line employee who communicates directly with the customers. If they talk nasty refuse to allow a customer to talk with or contact a manager/owner in anyway I'd have been fire from my job if a customer ask for my managers name and they rapond for what, I want to file a complaint, she could have said if it's about the fee I can refund your money if you don't choose to pay it. it sounds like you're very interested in the business, making money the reason you're in business. Also, be concerned about the professionalism of your employees when dealing with the public. You should raise your prices rather than add fees. Be upfront and put the sign in front of the cashier not after I pay for it and ask the question and point to a sign at the other end of the counter where you can't see it. Make sense. I don't like surprises when it comes to fees. Everybody is dealing with inflation, that's understood! No one wants to be nickel and dimed to death!

Everything was decent. The only thing was the soggy chips on the burrito but other than that no complains.

I went to fabulous to get an egg and cheese sandwich and large coffee. This egg and cheese sandwich was one of the best I have ever had they also have good coffee. I go to fabulous faithfully for my breakfast every morning before I go to work if you want great food go to fabulous. They also have great customer service and good cooks. you could tell them exactly how you want it you could even bring in a picture of something and they'll make it for you.

Already started attacking my eggs when I took this pic. Amazing bacon breakfast!

Wow. Had a breakfast craving and ordered this through Door Dash with spouse. Everything was perfect and made with TLC! Pancakes were still hot when they reached us, super thick and good flavor. My over easy eggs were not broken and still runny inside. The hash browns are super solid. Bacon awesome too. Extremely recommend!

The service is HORRIBLE . Hire a new cashier with a better attitude she's rude and obviously doesn't want to work here she seems miserable.

I recommend ordering the whole or half chickens so you get different cuts of meat. Personally, I enjoy thigh meat while my husband prefers breast or wings so it was easy for us to split the different cuts. We ordered two different halves one soy garlic and the other was red hot pepper. We both have pretty good spice tolerances and the spiciness of the red hot pepper was just on point. The chicken comes out freshly prepared so it's hot and crunchy. We ordered a side of the corn cheese which is a must for me anytime I get Korean fried chicken. They also give you sides of cabbage and pickled radish which I find provides a good palette cleanser through the meal. The meal was a bit pricy coming out to ~$60 for two people, but I also brought home 4 pieces for leftovers. This place would probably be considered more affordable if you came with a bigger group to you can split multiple orders.

The place is so comfortable and clean. It is not loud like a standard bar and there are places to sit that are super quiet. The service is super nice. They will take goo care of you. I love the music they play. I am so sick of elevator music and they don't do that. I really enjoy that. All of their food is great, but I am hooked on their salads. Their Sartori Caesar is one of my favorites. It has super fresh crisp romaine hearts with freshly grated parmesan cheese, sourdough croutons and house-made Caesar dressing. I love the dressing. Their Big Newport Wedge is better than most is has the best iceberg wedge topped with applewood smoked bacon, balsamic red onion, tomato and a great blue cheese dressing. All the food is great and we eat more than just salad, but their salad is a stand out.

The menu leans into hearty, well‑executed tavern classics with a local twist. Portions are generous, flavors are bold, and everything comes out looking delicious. Whether it's their burgers, salads, or comfort‑leaning entrées, the dishes feel thoughtfully put together rather than rushed. It's the type of spot where you can order something simple and still be pleasantly surprised by how good it is. Service is friendly, attentive, and laid‑back, very Old Town Torrance energy. Staff checks in frequently, food comes out in good time, and they keep the vibe easygoing. You feel taken care of without feeling pressured, which is exactly what you want in a neighborhood tavern. This place has that relaxed, modern‑casual feel that makes it easy to settle in. It's lively during peak hours but never chaotic, and the mix of locals gives it a welcoming, community feel. Great spot for catching a game or sport via the many TV screens they have, or perhaps a casual night out, a chill date, or a weekend bite with friends. Miguel C.

The interior is neat and clean. There are various types of seating (bar; table; booth; high-tops; communal), and plenty of screens to watch sports. On this occasion, I ordered the Tavern Fish & Chips ($22). It is described as "Alaskan cod coated in a tempura beer batter and served with French fries, tartar sauce and yuzu herb coleslaw". The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. Staffing might be an issue during the lunchtime service. Service was okay, but they seemed to be understaffed. It's possible that most of their business is done after 5pm.

Would I say they have the best prime rib around? No. But it is pretty damn satisfying. When here, I always order the Franciscan cut Prime Rib cooked to medium (it's 3/4 pounds), house salad with ranch dressing, and steak fries. They throw in a loaf of sourdough bread with whipped butter. The prime rib is very tender and has plenty of fat. We all know fat equals flavor. The only thing I would change about it, and I keep forgetting to ask the server each time I'm here, is to have it served without the au jus already in the plate. Don't get me wrong. The au jus is fantastic, but when the prime rib is served in a pool of it, the meat becomes soggy. Served separately, I think the prime rib would be even better. In addition to the prime rib, the salad and steak fries are incredibly delicious. The salad is nothing fancy, but very tasty due to the ranch dressing it comes with. Wish I knew the recipe of the dressing. The steak fries pair perfectly with the prime rib. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only thing I would say is pretty average is the sourdough bread. Although it comes out warm, I don't get the sense that they're freshly baked. The service here is phenomenal. The servers are attentive, polite, and efficient. Can't ask for anything more from them. If you're looking for a trendy spot with contemporary decor and pretentious vibes, this place is not for you. This is an old school steakhouse with red upholstered booths and soft music playing in the background. If you live in the South Bay, and you're looking for a classic prime rib experience, this is a place you should check out.
