When I fist came here the colossal burger was stupendous well done no tomato hold the lettuce. Bread was delicious:). But today I came in and got a Mickey Mouse Breakfast Plate & Tamales (Chicken) & Colossal Burger no chili it was a solid 5/10 idk the lady wasn't here today pretty rushed pastrami was tender though. Also the bathroom was pretty bad smells like urine the stall and urinal both had unflushed Urine! Very strong I couldn't use it before I ate still tried afterwards couldn't. It was very bland and had no flavor at all. How hard is it to sprinkle some season salt or just some salt and pepper. Stopped in the other day because I was working in the area and wanted some grits for breakfast. I order the grits and eggs breakfast with bacon and an ala carte pork chop on the side. First off I have to commend them on their grits. They weren't soupy and they used a generous amount of butter which you don't see often. The eggs were cooked well and they were loaded with cheese. The pork chop was just ok, decent flavor but would have like it cooked a little longer. Now the grits and eggs breakfast was around $9 but after I added a drink, pork chop and tip my bill came out to around $25. Service was quick and efficient. When I walked in there were 2 orders ahead of me but they were able to get me in and out in less than 10 mins. Dining area was large enough to accommodate about 10 tables so I doubt you would ever have a hard time finding a seat if you wanted to dine in. They had quite a bit of different dining options so there is a good chance I might be back in the future but overall it was solid. read more

Ugh, first and last time I will be ordering here. Food was mediocre at best. The fries were mushy, undercooked and unseasoned. No amount of ketchup or other sauce could have saved them. You've misunderstood its not about the quality. It's your front-line employee who communicates directly with the customers. If they talk nasty refuse to allow a customer to talk with or contact a manager/owner in anyway I'd have been fire from my job if a customer ask for my managers name and they rapond for what, I want to file a complaint, she could have said if it's about the fee I can refund your money if you don't choose to pay it. it sounds like you're very interested in the business, making money the reason you're in business. Also, be concerned about the professionalism of your employees when dealing with the public. You should raise your prices rather than add fees. Be upfront and put the sign in front of the cashier not after I pay for it and ask the question and point to a sign at the other end of the counter where you can't see it. Make sense. I don't like surprises when it comes to fees. Everybody is dealing with inflation, that's understood! No one wants to be nickel and dimed to death! read more

Wow. Had a breakfast craving and ordered this through Door Dash with spouse. Everything was perfect and made with TLC! Pancakes were still hot when they reached us, super thick and good flavor. Yup. When I hit the 2 Stars, yelp shows the translation of the 2 Stars into "Could've been better." Got lured into ordering from this greasy spoon via Door Dash's coupon. Shortly after placing the order, the app mapped out Fabulous Grill at this location which I already see that two of my yelp friends have rated 1 star and 2 stars. My review consistent with my yelp buddies. Had the cheese omelette and kinda odd how my eggs did not have that fluufy quality like how other cafes do them. Hash browns and soggy toast that I had to resuscitate in the toaster over. Got pancakes and bacon for my mom and nothing special. I went pretty late last night, I think it was around 12 in the morning. Very surprised they were still open, super glad they were. The lady was hella chill, and I got to watch my food being made. It definitely really good, the cheese sauce was a bit over powering (will ask them not to put so much next time), the meat was delicious, fries nice and crispy. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! If I can give a negative 100 stars I would. This place steals from their customers. In November I went to this establishment with my family. I ordered my food and the cashier said that the price was $40 which I thought was strange but just thought it was because of inflation. When I swiped my card, I saw my receipt and it said $51 and change. I asked why was it that price the cashier said the system doesn't show her the full price until the card is swiped. When I looked at the receipt, she charged me for the combos that I ordered al la cart. I told her that's a lie and I want a refund immediately. The cashier then said they don't do refunds. There was no sign that says no refunds so that's lie #2. The security guard advised they do give refunds and he was going to call the owner. He contacted the owner of the restaurant & she said that she will do the refund and contact us. She did not contact us.
