After taking in a Tball game, was in the mood for chicken tenders so thought TT should be a good option. Good call on my part. Very different vibe than the evening crowd. Very chill. And the tenders? Moist, juicy and great crunch. Fries were so good, they were great even after cooling off. The ranch dip was spot on. Service was attentive, friendly and professional. Cheers!

Friendly staff, great food and great spot to watch a game (football or LA Kings Hockey)! The staff are always smiling and work well together teaming up to make sure you're always helped. The food is always tasty (the Chile Verde Nachos are so good, and their Philly cheese Steak hits the spot every time). And tip: order the Chile Verde Nachos and take the leftovers home, throw them in the oven and top with an egg in the morning (suggestion from our waiter once and now is our thing every time we come). There are plenty of TV's, karaoke twice a week and just a great local place to come to!

So happy that we tried this place out. The food was really good and the service was super friendly. They had a lot of seats and a lot of TVs for sports and it was very clean

Food here is always delicious and fresh. Service is super nice and attentive. They had multiple games on to watch and a good happy hour menu. Always a great place to enjoy with friends.

Torrance Tavern is a lively restaurant in a busy shopping plaza. We were seated near the door and the place was packed Friday night. The food was okay - I had mild wings and grilled cheese (not pictured). Both were fine, but I do with the cheeses were more flavorful considering they were on sourdough. (It just didn't stand out). The Sammy was also rated as okay and the overcooked fries didn't do it any favors. However, the Tamarango drink was excellent - spicy and tangy without being overbearing. Maybe other menu items can be sampled on a future outing. Service was pleasant and appropriate given the sizable crowd.

Cool local spot! TVs are everywhere to watch a game. We arrived towards the end of a Lakers playoff game. Dining area and bar was busy and exciting with fans cheering and sighing when a call didn't go the Lakers way. Unfortunately the Lakers lost in a very close game. We comfortably sat in a booth. The Chile Verde nachos were delicious w/shredded pork, creme fraiche, pico de gallo, beans, and cheese. I tried a bite of my hubby's 90505 burger and that is something I would order. It had beef, bacon, avocado, lettuce, and tomato. Nice and juicy burger. Garlic parm fries were tasty too. The surprise was a cheesecake in a jar-- raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, cheesecake, cream and graham cracker crust. So delightful and delicious! Great service! There were two servers that were kind and attentive despite how busy it was with the Lakers game. There was also a baseball game on and Jeff Corwin's animal show perfect for several families dining in. They have Happy Hour Monday through Thursday 4-7 and a trivia night. They are located in a large strip mall not facing Hawthorne Blvd. Plenty of parking. On another visit or visits, would like to try the fish and chips and the Philly cheesesteak. There are other desserts on the menu that I may share w/the hubby again! Would love to support local biz and be back!

My friend wanted to have drinks and food and the first thing that popped up in my head was Torrance Tavern. I remember having delivery years ago and the food was absolutely delicious, but the items I ordered years ago no longer exist on their menu unfortunately. I thought the place was bigger but it isn't. It's in a plaza with ample parking. You walk in and you seat yourself. There's of course the bar area, booths and high tables. The vibe feels older crowd for sure. I ended up having the southwest crispy chicken salad and I loved the chicken strips so much I ended up getting an order of them with sweet potato fries. I paired it with honey mustard. It was like a match made in heaven honestly. I don't know how they fry it but it was probably the CRISPIEST chicken tenders I've ever had. I try not to be the person that gets chicken strips at a restaurant but this is an exception for sure, especially paired with alcohol PHEW what a combo. I also tried the Chinese chicken salad which was also pretty scrumptious. I ended up finishing my friends salad as we switched 1/2 way through our salads. To drink I tried the Torrance Tai I believe is what it's called. Basically a Mai tai. The first few sips were good, but then after that it was straight alcohol and I couldn't tolerate it anymore. I left half of my drink because of how strong it felt. If I wanted to get a good buzz going I would've finished it, but I'm personally a light weight. The customer service was underwhelming. The waitress had no sense of enthusiasm or friendliness and only checked on us maybe twice over the course of an hour+. I couldn't find her when I wanted to order the chicken strips, but eventually she popped up when I was done with my salad to order them. I'd come back for the chicken strips and sweet potato fries but that's it.

I have never had a better experience at a rowdy packed bar. My drink was never empty. It was akin to Michelin Star Service at a Torrance Bar. When someone takes that much pride in their job, it shows. He knows who he is. Thank you brother for your attention to detail, a seemingly effortless ability to manage a full bar, and your hospitality that was profoundly appreciated. #34 Valenzuela.

We were thrilled to see a few menu options that were marked as vegan. Bonus points for being affordable! I completely missed their attached parking lot when I arrived and ended up parking across the street in the neighborhood, where there was ample free parking. When we arrived, the restaurant was about half full and there was live music occurring on the patio. We opted to sit inside where it was a little less noisy and there was a comfy and cozy booth calling our name. The vibe was great, with fun and eclectic decor. The service was really upbeat and friendly and our server was so kind and helpful. We asked him if the espresso martini had dairy in it (which I just discovered that is a thing at some places) and he double checked with the bartender to ensure there wasn't my dairy in it! I ordered that alongside a falafel wrap I must say, both of these worked so well together. The espresso martini was light and refreshing yet still had a bold flavor. The falafel was nice and crispy with a delectable inside and the tahini sauce was so rich and creamy. The meal felt indulgent yet hearty all at the same time. I left feeling so uplifted and relaxed all at the same time. Despite it being on the noisier side, I was still able to hear my friend well and it was such a great place for us to catch up. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return the next time I'm in the area!

I ordered the pastrami on rye (basically a Reuben) which was good. I wish it had more meat and it was half sliced, half chopped. Theirs seems to be all chopped up and crisped, which gives it a nice texture and almost bacon-y vibe. Messy but good. I had a side salad which was also good. Overall our meal was great and there were TVs visible from anywhere you sat, which is perfect for a sports bar. My big gripe is being charged $1 for pickles to go with a sandwich. Maybe you get more if they put them directly on the sandwich, but they forgot mine so the pickles came in a ramekin. 6 pickle slices for $1.

Water was not refilled, server rarely came around, couldn't answer our question about an item on the menu and forgot when we asked for the check. Not sure what the problem was because the restaurant was not busy. 2.) Asked for burgers medium and they had no pink. Decided to order another burger and asked if medium rare would get some pink. Server off-handedly reasoned that that should help. It did not. The burger was cooked the same as the others: well done. 3.) Torrance Farmhouse burger was not good. 4.) $0.69 "use fee" on the check???? It's only 69 cents, but I saw no mention of it on the menu and for what? I got to visit Keegan's again recently when a friend was visiting from out of town. We had just grabbed dinner and boba and headed out here to hang out for Saturday night. We came close to 10pm and there was a bouncer at the door checking everyone's IDs. The place was relatively packed with several different celebrations and birthdays in their outdoor area that has all the fire pits. They had waiters coming around the outside tables but one could also go straight to the bar to place drink orders. There were several tvs around the bar area and I spotted a pool area towards the back of the outside area. Most of the fire pits seating was taken by large parties but there were some smaller tables, that my friend and I were able to sit at. We didn't get any food but I got to try my old favorite Lemon Drop - which was a nice, refreshing sweet treat for a Saturday night. I did quickly scan the food menu and it's a lot of traditional bar food like burgers and fries. The music for the night consisted of old school rap songs from the 2000s. It seemed perfectly catered to the crowd for the night that seemed to consist of folks in their 30s and a few folks in their early 40s. Overall visiting here took me back to when my friend celebrated her birthday. It's an overall chill spot . The crowd wasn't overly loud or rowdy and everyone was just out enjoying a Saturday night.
