Got a hamburger and man it was DELICIOUS. Exactly what I was looking for in a charbroiled burger. My gf got a cheeseburger combo and her side of fries were more than enough for both of us to share. Placed the order to go and I saw them put the meat in the grill and I could see that the meat wasn't frozen. Service was quick. Will be going back again to try more of their menu read more

This was the best random spot we have ever chosen! best service from cashier to food pick up! Came here looking for chili cheese fries and they did not disappoint! The portion is HUGE for the price. I love it!! It tastes really good too! Not salty at all! Many years ago, the food was delicious now it's disgusting. I was trying to lose weight and stayed away for a couple of years came back twice and was heartbroken of how nasty the food has become. It is true certain customers they would charge more money for different things that they wouldn't charge other people. It happened to me years ago, but I thought it was a honest mistake until I talked to some other people, and that happened to them. Some of my Caucasian friends were treated differently and not in a good way if you are Hispanic, you get your food good other Race of people you take a chance. read more

HORRIBLE!!! So disappointing a small business would do this. My family and I have been long time customers at this place and they scammed us! We paid with card for an order of $77.35 and they imputed it in cash for $97.35 and kept the $20 change. The food prices had been going up which would have been understandable due to inflation if their quality haven't gone down. I had been an avid customer for their chicken tenders and noticed the quality and size of their tenders going down. The food is greasy and the chips I got with my burrito yesterday were stale and disgusting. They had previously messed up our order several times and we had to go back for them to fix it. We will not be returning back. There is nothing fantastic about this grill. read more

Used to be my favorite place for chicken salad! I'm pretty picky when it comes to food, especially chicken and this place HAD it down. Not sure if the owners or products changed but the chicken is no longer flavorful or of quality. Tastes and looks different and I think it was more expansive? This review is about the cheeseburger special only, I haven't tried anything else here but I'm pretty sure that pastrami & that Greek salad is absolutely delicious. This new potato bun is A1, I love it! Always get the cheeseburger special with iced tea. Today my fries were a little soggy/underdone but they always get you with the seasoning salt- I ate every single one of those fries! They also have Heinz ketchup & I appreciate it because that fancy ketchup Keillor serve ruins my fries. The burger is always 2 thumbs up for me. I guess they don't have chilis right now & it felt so weird to eat my burger without my lips burning but I still appreciated my burger, my favorite food! Service is quick & attentive. I appreciate that they bring your food to your table, gives me a little bit more of a dining experience. The restaurant is always clean & I always see someone attending to the FOH. this is honestly the most sad review I'm going to do of 2024. I ordered a chicken salad my favorite chicken salad from my favorite chicken salad spot and what a disappointment as I am consuming the Salad with nothing but love and pure joy in my heart with the ranch dripping down the side of the lettuce I look over to my left and I see a moving object instead of jumping and acting like a wild maniac, I calmly look and what do I see a huge bug OMG I was so sad so I called the establishment in hopes that they would understand how sad and disappointed I was and they honestly did not care. They advise me to bring the salad back and get another one now. I like these type of joints. Had the bbq cheese burger and asked for some bbq on the side and was given a small bbq like you would have gotten from one of those franchises so be sure to ask for maybe 2 or 3 more but overall yummy! read more

This is absolutely frustrating to see this place go downhill because of how long I was a fan. The prices have gone up considerably which would be alright if the food had not gotten worse. I bought a pastrami sandwich and a patty mely for $23 !! And the food, especially the Patty melt, was horrible. How do you mess up Patty melt. I come here very often and the food as well as the service is as the name says "fantastic" today I got the turkey sandwich and it was great. Other times I get there French toast breakfast and it's good. I love how every dish is served with fruit and not to mention there coffee which is self serve, they have different brews to choose from which I think is fun. The seating is great they have booths as well as tables and great windows that create a cozy ambiance. The service here is always great and I would definitely recommend coming here! read more

Stopped for breakfast the place is clean the staff was nice, the breakfast food not so much. Ordered a Denver omelette the egg was burned and not whisked well or aerated. Typically its served with some type of shredded cheese like Monterrey or similar, what I got was triangle shaped kraft single cheese place on top which was not even melted. All i could taste was oil as I cut intontye omelette with my fork. The hash brown same deal it was drenched in oil. Took one bite of each and it went straight into the trash. read more

This is one of my favorite places to grab local fast food from. The food is pretty good and what you would expect. Before COVID-19 eating inside was nice and clean and the staff were really nice. I will say, their Postmates page needs a copyeditor. They're selling snakes and most burger categories are plural when they shouldn't be. Hit me up and we can clean up the writing, Fantastic Grill. Unless they started selling snakes, I love this place and recommend it. Although, I'm sure if they sold a strawberry snake, it would be delicious. Five star food, one star copyediting. read more

I would give 0 stars if i could ! I made a yelp just to do this review i asked for milk and they gave expired milk ! I didnt want to make a big deal so i just asked for it to be changed , when i got my food i noticed there was a HAIR in my food, right away we got an attitude once we asked if we could get our money back ! After going back and forth i finally got my money back but they refused to fix me another plate!!! How are you going to give me Expired milk & give me a plate with hair on it and expect me to pay for it and not have the decency to even give me at least a courtesy meal for the trouble you have caused me. If it weren't for the very loud music playing, I would not have known this was a Mexican restaurant. We ordered Fish and Shrimp Ceviche tostadas, but it was ok not the best I ever had. Tostadas had more Cucumbers and Tomatoes than Fish or Shrimp, and to make it worse, it was soaked in some kind of unidentifiable watery juice which made the hard Tostada soggy. What prompts M E Perihuete to soak a hard Tostada shell with water? unbelievable! The Chilaquiles were bad. They were so spicy I could not taste my food. Overall, the service was bad the lady who served us was busy laughing and giggling with the male customers instead of attending to her tables. I have to say the obvious about the waitresses here, to be as nice as I can put it, their lips stand out as plungers, the chest, and behind well, so obvious they were not normal... The service was bad and the food was not the best. Pricey. Plenty of parking.

For example, when I noticed my order was wrong, I told her and she immediately contradicted me to the point that I had to move the meat aside to prove to her that there were no beans on my order when there should've been. Instead of then fixing and apologizing she blamed the chef. When my spouse pointed out what was wrong about her order, she asked us what she wanted her to do with it? Maybe take it back and fix it? It was almost like she was blaming us and expecting us to just take what they brought us even if it was wrong. NOBODY IS TRYING TO PAY FOR THE PLEASURE TO FIGHT WITH THEIR INCORRECT WAITRESS. If you are going to be arguing with your paying clients, the least you could do is be right. They still tried to bill me for incorrect food returned and uneaten. Owner started brining up her video, but failed to address the countless problems and issues that were all over that "video". Eventually the food that was wrong and that was returned uneaten was refunded but it pales in comparison what the afternoon cost me. Please consider going elsewhere and their health code is a C which I did not know.

I knew they had a Paramount location, so while I was in the area waiting for a movie to start at the drive in theater, I decided to stop by and get their infamous cafe de olla. A couple of things I really like about this location that the old San Fernando spot lacked: there is plenty of space to sit down and relax, and the store itself is huge. They also have a good selection of merchandise and food options, plus a drive-thru, which I think is really convenient. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed in the coffee. It tasted very bland. I thought adding more sugar might help, but nope. I honestly think it just needed more cinnamon or a stronger overall flavor. Thankfully, it was only $3.80. I'll probably come back another time and try something else on the menu. I do hope they improve the cafe de olla, though, because that used to be the reason I visited their San Fernando location almost every day on my way to work.

I normally don't do reviews specially on places I like to eat but this time I must write this awful experience I had, twice already I have seen this cook name FREDDY get in the girls face and just talk to them trash in Spanish maybe even cussing them but honestly seeing this lack of professionalism from this cook doesn't really makes me want to go back and eat there. I hope management or the owner has enough balls to fire this guy because he wouldn't last 1 more day in another place. The girls are always doing their job and giving everyone a good customer service. It's not RIGHT for this cook to be treating the girls he's way. Hopefully everyone sees this bad review about this bad environment this cook is creating around the restaurant, I even noticed other customers shaking their heads and whispering about the way he treats the girls.
