They overcharge. So pay attention to your receipt. Their menu prices are different from what they charge you. Ex. an order of pancakes they have displayed on their menu lists at $8.49 and they charged me $8.99. Claimed to the lady in blonde hair and she claims they haven't updated their menu prices YET. Then proceeds to say "well it's taxes". They cannot charge differently from what they have displayed. Then she proceeds to talk her crap when we walked away. Telling the cooks "these customers don't want to pay taxes." Fix your menu prices and your attitude!! read more

I've been going to Tam's Burgers ever since I was a kid and I've always gotten their Chili Cheese Fries. They definitely changed their portions from when I was a kid cuz I stopped by to get their chili cheese fries again. They don't have medium or regular, it's either small or large. Their small portion is literally small, kinda like a kids meal. And their large is about 3-4x the amount of a small (better for your buck as it's only $2 something to upgrade). The taste of their chili cheese fries hasn't changed and I love them; I've never had a bad experience eating them. The staff inside are friendly and quick with your orders! The inside used to have more dine-in tables but not as much anymore. One last thing I'll say is that, usually your food tastes different when you order it online and delivered and I've yet to have a bad experience, tastes the same to me and it's great. read more

Terrible service from the staff today. This is my second time that I have come in, but this time I asked if they had asada fries. Assuming they would come with the usual guacamole, cream and cheese topping. The lady said yes but they did not communicate that asada fries is not the usual. We usually prefer coming here on weekends since the owner is in and very amicable but we come here anytime for their chili cheese fries and omelettes. This place deserves 5 stars. I really thought I would be disappointed with the recent poor reviews but from service to food to cleanliness of the place, they earned the 5 stars. Walking in, we were welcomed and because it's raining there were only around 5 customers. The customer service was great. They were nice, accommodating and the order was correct. They seemed to be full staffed. The wait for our food was minimal. The food was so fresh. I asked for extra cheese and dressing on my cheeseburger and it came just as I asked. The fries weren't over or undercooked, they were perfect. I was charged 50 cents for the thousand island sauce for the fries. There is a sign that says they charge for it as well. The hubby ordered a pastrami sandwich which he said was a solid 7.5. He said the meat was delicious and that maybe the mustard threw it off a bit to make it a 7.5 and not a 9. The soda machine gave good tasting carbonated soda. Lately we've met a couple of soda fountains that had no syrup but all carbonation soda. So we were glad to have a nice soda pop. Just a thought... for those having issues with phone orders, make sure to check your order before you leave so that you can bring it home the way you ordered it.
