I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to fit me in after a five minute wait. All I needed was just a nail trim on my left foot and Kelly, my nail technician, did a wonderful service for me. This was my first ever visit to a nail salon and I have to say I was quite impressed. The facility was clean, well kept, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my nails look wonderful. I just can't say enough great things about this place, but rest assured I'm certainly coming back.

My thumb nail chipped and was peeling a day after they were done, but Hannah was quick to get me into fix it the next day. She shaped them nicely and uses a suction box to pull the dust from removing old color while sanding it off. She's gentle and gave me a nice hand massage at the end. My nails look so nice!

After doing some digging here on Yelp, I found Hanna! She has a room inside of an office building in Carmel and works independently. I called her to schedule my appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and she was ready for me with hot water in the basin. I only did a pedicure and was pleased with how gentle and thorough she was. She did a foot scrub and massage for a long time. It was lovely! I didn't have her put on any nail polish today because my toes look so nice without it. On top of the service being such a great experience, Hanna is so kind! She is talkative and friendly and an open book... I really enjoyed listening to her stories about her two sons and learned so much about her. I have a vacation coming up and I have a feeling I will be calling Hanna to get me in for a manicure before I jet off!

He is autistic and nonverbal, and sensory experiences can be very challenging for him. The technician was absolutely incredible. She was so gentle, patient, and intuitive. Before doing anything, she would show him first: she put lotion on her own arm and let him touch it, then slowly introduced it to him. She tested the temperature of the warm towel on his wrist so he could feel it safely before wrapping his legs with it. She narrated each step in such a calm and reassuring way. She never rushed him and followed his comfort level the entire time. Because of her approach, he was able to stay calm and relaxed throughout the experience, which is a huge milestone for us. I am beyond grateful for her kindness and professionalism. This meant so much to me as a parent. We will definitely be coming back!

I wanted to love this place because of all the reviews I read before going, but unfortunately I had…read morea different experience. Upon entering I was rushed in to sit in a chair for my pedicure. There was an older woman that went between speaking to me and another worker in her native language to the point where I thought it would be the person she was talking to doing my nails. It was not. I sat in the chair and she didn't make conversation with me at all. She only spoke to the other workers and ordered them around when someone came in. This would have been an issue if my service had been done right. I asked for the basic gel pedicure. Clipping my toenails she got too far and clipped some skin and I said OW and yanked my foot back and later on she did it to the other side as well. She wasn't too apologetic and kept working. She went to clip around my toe nails to trim any dead skin and pulled off too much to the point where after I left the salon and looked down my toe was bleeding a bit. What really is the cherry on top for me was that the same night my paint on my pinky toe is coming off. It lasted about 6 hours... I'll not be coming here anymore because for $68 I would like for my pedicures to stay on and didn't appreciate the roughness on my feet. I'll go back to my home salon in fishers even though it is a farther drive.

I didn't see them sanitizing the tools. I should have said something but I am too shy. I asked for french tips and they turned out uneven on some nails. I will never get back again. I think when you pay $90 for the nail service should be better.
