I got my lashes done here by Sherin and they look amazing!! My mom and boyfriend both loved them! When I went everything looked clean and the bed I lied in was so comfortable, I kept falling asleep. The process didn't take as long as I thought it would. Only 1 hour! Sherin did a great job. Very fast and professional. I will be coming back for a retouch for sure! Here's my update: I love love this place. It was hard for me to find a good lash place that had good service and reasonable and affordable prices! I had an obsession with lashes but I had to stop cuz it was too expensive. I'm so glad I found this place because now I can get my touch ups twice a month! I always go to Sherine but last week I had the pleasure of getting my touch up by Angela because Sherine was booked. And I wasn't disappointed. She was so nice and professional and just as fast and did a great job! The only thing was that they started falling out about 3 days later. For the price you pay- the quality and service is very poor. I took care of my lashes by not showering for 48 hours like recommended. The lashes started falling immediately after application. The young girl did not pay much care to my lashes. She took extra long pauses between each application which made me believed she was distracted. Very disappointed for the amount charged. read more

I've come here for facials, and Angela is attentive and gentle with my sensitive skin. What I really am thoroughly amazed by is Sherin and the fabulous job she did with my brows. I was really nervous to have them microbladed. I mean, c'mon. It's a face tattoo. And it's on the part of the face that goes unnoticed--unless something is really, gravely wrong. What would happen if my brows were seriously misshapen or way too dark? My fears were pretty much unfounded. Sherin talked me through the process. Since I already had them penciled in, she used that as a guideline, got me all numbed up, and set to work. Not going to lie: I have pretty good pain tolerance, and there were times when it was uncomfortable. But, it's darn well bearable. The result: Perfectly shaped brows that I don't have to worry about for the next few years! On days when I'm feeling lazy, all I have to do is put on sunscreen and a bit of lipstick or gloss and I feel like I'm totally ready to head out and still look like my eyes have definition and framing. Some might say it's a lot of money to drop, but c'mon. Even if it only lasted for one year, that would be less than a dollar a day to not have to do one more step with your makeup! read more

Loving the work that Corinna does for me! I've come in a few times now for refills, and they turn out great every time, and are cheaper, more natural looking, and longer lasting than the salon I went to a couple times in Willow Glen. My lashes tend to last three weeks before the gaps become too noticeable, so at $17 per week that seems like a good deal to me. I wear little to no eye makeup now, except for some eyeshadow if I'm going out, because I don't need eyeliner or mascara to make my eyes pop anymore. Worth it for me, especially for work days. I've had a nice facial here before too, so maybe I'll book myself in for another soon. The business is in my local area, so I'll keep coming back! read more

I requested an appointment for eyelash extensions. It was my first time getting them and boy was the glue fragrance strong. It stung my eye so bad during application that my eyes were running streams. I notice the lashes were not single lashes applied to each individual lashes; it was a 3 strand type of lash applied to one lash. The result came out very pretty however the lashes did not last. It took 1hr and 45 minutes to complete. I didn't let my lashes touch water for 48 hours ,but it still didn't help. On the first day, 2 lashes fell out. The next day 3 lashes fell out and so on. I was definetly not rough on my lashes-- I avoided wearing eye makeup because the lashes were already nice. By 2 weeks majority of lashes were already off. My real lashes are full, medium length before the eyelash extension. Now they're damage and are quite sparse. I will go back to using my eyelash serum to help with it. Every time I travel to California I always make sure to stop by & get my eyelashes done. They last for WEEKS & do not fall off fast/quick! Definitely my favorite place for lashes! (Why didn't I know about this place sooner?!?!?) They ALWAYS know what I want before I even say anything. I'm a little picky and require a fill every 2 weeks. They always try to accommodate me and offer other solutions when I'm not able to get exactly 2 weeks (they can get real busy)! I've had my lashes filled by every artist and they are all excellent. Found here from yelp and randomly stopped by in a fully booked Sunday afternoon. Luckily one customer was not showing up, so I got a chance to try the basic facial. Brenda did my facial. She was very gentle and professional. We had a nice little talk. She focused on extraction on my face. And based on my face condition, she recommend me to try the enzyme mask. She didn't push me to purchase anything. Instead, based on my face condition, she asked what kind of product I'm using. Then she carefully checked what are the components of each products. Then she recommended me to try the enzyme mask to help my acne scar, or I can stick with the hydration mask. I decided to try the enzyme mask. Brenda explained to me before she put on the mask, that I may feel a little bit irritated which is expected because the enzyme mask is an active product, and that's the sign they are working. I did feel a little itchy and burning for the first few minutes. But Brenda massaged on my face and used a fan to blow on my face, which helps a lot. After the facial my face turns a little pinky (which is also expected) because of the extraction and enzyme mask. I can't wait to see the result of luminous skin. Thank you Brenda. Where do I start... Sherin is great. She is easy to talk to and was the first one to do my lashes. I have wanted to do my lashes for a while and my friend found this great help deal and we decided to try it. Since I had a wedding coming up which included looking good photo shoots, bachelorette parties, it was good timing. It is high in maintenance but the lashes don't fall off like the other ones I had before. The volume of the lashes are great, I barely notice them anymore until someone mentions it. They do have a 3 week policy to touch up which may be too early for some, but understandable since they actually have to do more work when the natural lashes grows out. I have been going here for about a year. I always book Cecilia because she is super gentle and also very efficient. I go for lash extensions and sometimes other facial services as well. Cecilia is honest about what is possible and tells you upfront, also pricing is very fair. I would be sure to ask the pricing beforehand so that nothing is a surprise after your appointment. This is an review update... I've been here about 5-6 times for lash extensions and I'll have to say my satisfaction with the customer service and actual lash application has gone down. FYI my technician is Cecilia. When I first started coming here, I was very satisfied with how my lashes looked (very clean and fluttery), how long they lasted (refills every 3 weeks), and the price. The last two times I've been there I haven't been as happy. Let's talk about my 2nd to last visit- came to get a 3 week refill and the appointment lasted only 15-30 mins. I say 15 because my technician was on her phone most of the time. Essentially she barely added any lashes. I asked if I had to pay the full $50, but their policy is by weeks since your last appointment NOT how many they actually applied. I was basically ripped off. Not to mention, my technician ripped me off a full week since she's been bumping up my "3 week reschedule" to about 2.5wks since my first visit. That definitely adds up. You should be pricing by how many lashes you apply and time not by weeks since everyone's lashes grow differently. Also, Cecilia kept telling me to open my eyes right after she was done applying my lashes...aka the glue wasn't completely dried or whatever is on your lashes, which meant my eyes would end up burning for a while. After the 3rd time this happened I just refused to open my eyes until 3-5 mins passed. That stuff hurts when it gets in your eyes! Moving onto my most recent visit- I went for my 3 week refill. When Cecilia was removing my out grown lashes i was definitely feeling way more tugging than normal...idk how they remove lashes but it felt like she was either snipping my actual lashes or just pulling on them way to hard. I can usually tag a snag every once in a while but when it happens to about 5-6 of your lashes on each eye it gets painful. Next, I believe this was because she was texting, but she dropped on tool on my forehead...of course I ignored it because people have little accidents. However, what upset me the most is my appointment could have been much shorter than the 50 minutes it did take...Cecilia was texting after EVERY lash she applied...and would spend about half or more of her time on her phone. Not to mention the phone was right by my head so I could feel it vibrating next to me. Then I would hear her text away. It just seems a big waste of my time if you're going to be texting for 60-75% of my appointment. If anything just wait till you're done with my appointment and text away. Very unprofessional. Not coming back. I'd rather spend $10-$15dollars extra at a different salon. read more
