Also I went to cecilia for eyelash extension and left with amazing , long beautiful lashes , I mostly like the fact that she really does take her time to perfect your lashes exactly as you like them , and she took her time with me and was very personable in the same time . Angela is great when it comes to eyelash extensions, but Cynthia, whom I've only talked on the phone with, is completely rude. I've never talked to someone so rude before and this is the second time. I basically do not even want to reschedule another appointment because of her. I've recommended most of my coworkers to come here because of Angela. I've been coming to Cecelia for several months already and she encompasses everything I could ask for. She is straight forward, understands what and how I like my lashes, very sweet and honest. I hate to review this place because it is so good and I worried one day it will not be as easy to make an appointment as it has been. I have been going to Face-N-Body for a year and over now (been there 10+ times). It is one of the best place I found in the South Bay area. They don't have the nonsense policy of "no shower for two days etc..." because they are very good at what they are doing. It's easy to make an appointment, the lashes last a while with proper cares and the price is reasonable. I have worked with all three girls and they each have their strength. I definitely have my favorite but they are all great overall. My eyes are very sensitive, and there were once or twice I felt discomfort from the extension and they were very professional about it. They tried to fix it and make sure it doesn't happen again. I also wear my contacts while doing the extension and I rarely ever felt the sting from the glues (very different experience from other places I've been to). I did the facial once in the summer and really enjoyed the technique as well. If you are looking for a place to get your extension, this is the place to go to at south bay. read more

But I have to say I had a bad experience, I came in to get my eyelashes filled with Cecilia and my eyelashes were uneven and too close to my eyelids which made it very painful. Although I have been using yelp for years, this is my first review ever so this should speak volumes with my personal experience here. Came in for a facial. I was completely unsatisfied with my treatment. It was anything but relaxing. I cannot speak for any of the other "estheticians," but I had Brenda and she was the worst esthetician I've ever had. Her extractions were super painful that my nose is still red and swollen 5 days later. Ive never had extractions this painful before. All of my extractions were gentle. Before beginning the extraction, she placed this very warm to hot steamer, blowing it so close to my face that it made it really difficult for me to breathe. When I told her I had a hard time breathing she still left it there and didn't make any adjustments. She told me that it was actually supposed to make it easier for me to breathe...wtf. Not when it's that close to my face. Not only that but my treatment was only 20 minutes or less...not even a massage which I get at all the other facials Ive been to. Worst experience ever and a complete waste of money. She's lucky that I even tipped her. read more

Since I had a really bad allergic reaction to the eyelashes extension at some other place last time; I asked a lot of questions to Le (the professional who only did eyelashes extension at Face-N-Body)who was patient enough to answer all my questions. She was quick and very detailed oriented. The eyelashes were done in about 1.5 hours. AND I absolutely LOVE how natural and full it looks. The eyelashes were so easy to be taken care of. It has been about one month since i had the extension; and the lashes were still there and pretty!!(it will slowly fall out after 10 days but even with that, it still looks natural). Cecilia is hands down THE most patient and meticulous person. She does a wonderful job putting lashes on one by one. It is very clean, calm and relaxing in this salon. I went and had my "basic facial" done and was offer the one-time promo of "Microdermabrasion Facial " package. It was my first time ever getting the Mirco treatment done, but I have to say that Angela did a great job on my facial. She made it a great experience for me. She didn't talk during my treatment except for the next steps of the treatment, which I didn't mind. Places I've gone to, the Aesth's talk too much and it's supposed to be a quiet, soothing and pampering experience for met, of which Angela at Face N Body was for me - she was great. I felt like she worked on my entire face when it came to extracting. The place was clean and I like that the everything she needed to do was in the room without having to step out unless necessary. This is for the microdermabrasion facial. 10 things I love about getting my facial here: 1. Easy to schedule appointments (I call) 2. Clean and quiet 3. I love the meditation music and it is the perfect volume. 4. I love the warm bed, it is so relaxing. 5. Extractions are thorough and I actually like the feeling does that make me weird idk. 6. Very effective technology using the microdermabrasion machine and the zapping machine which I believe is called high frequency. For me it feels good and relaxing too lol. 7. Angela does really great work- so far in my facial history I have been to about 6 other estheticians at other places and she is very good, thorough, works with care, pleasant and considerate. 8. I have been to Face and Body twice now and both times Brenda was the one who did my eye lash extensions. The first time I walked in she was there to greet me with a pleasant smile. She walked me back to her room and she was very courteous. The bed in the room was heated and very comfortable. Brenda explained the lash service and explained everything that she was going to do. She asked if I was comfortable. As she performed the service, explaining each step. She took her time and was very gentle. When she was finished she ask me how the lashes felt on me. She handed me the mirror, and I was pleasantly surprised, the lashes look so natural and beautiful. I came back three weeks later to have a touch up. My lashes were still in good condition just a few needed to be touched up and filled in. This time was just as nice as the first time. I love the lash Extensions and I will continue to go back to Brenda, she is very professional and I trust her fully. Thank you very much for the service and I will continue to come back to see her. Really disappointed with the service. I got an Acne facial including microderma abrasion and all of my face is now full of rashes and blemishes. Either popping of the acnes did that or the products used on my face were not the right ones. Its been 3 days and am still struggling to go out of my house coz of the bad rashes on my face which gave me more scarring and pigmentation. I am trying to treat them by my own by ultra moisturizing cream or glycerin but looks like long way to go. I really don't recommend the Acne facial service as they don't brief you on the after effects of it. read more

Do yourself a favor and ONLY have your facials with Angela. The first time I came here she did an amazing job, was very delicate, made sure you were relaxed, explained every part of the process, did a great deep clean and discussed your skin and how to treat it (5 stars!) The three stars now is for my second visit and unfortunately I called for a last minute facial appointment and I was squeezed in to Sunday morning, I didn't ask with who assuming it would be with Angela. Cecilia seems to be great with eyelashes according to reviews, but I did not enjoy the facial she gave me at all unfortunately. She was pretty rushed and my face felt like she was playing with a rag doll. She was also managing the front desk and used the same gloves to go out front, touch the door knob and do who knows what and then came back and rinsed the gloves quickly, and continued to rub product all over my face, not ideal at all. $110 for a rushed facial that was not relaxing at all and my skin doesn't feel clean as it did with Angela.
