I had a very nice facial experience here with Mia as my aesthetician. She was really friendly and very careful. She listened thoroughly to my concerns, and she did not try to upsell me with products or services that I neither wanted nor could tolerate with such sensitive skin. They use state of the art technology, and I appreciated that the extractions were less painful with the magnet tech. (I get facials for pampering myself, although I know I am not of the majority.) The facility was clean and appealing. Everyone was masked, which I appreciated. I also appreciated that I was greeted with a mimosa! The only downsides was that the hand/shoulders/arms massage was pretty weak/short, and there was some serious pressure to buy expensive items and packages at the end. I can't see myself getting regular facials, much less cosmetic treatments, but for an occasional pampering, it was not a bad choice. read more

I went to a private girly event here and was so impressed! First off, the waiting area is just posh and beautiful and the staff so nice and accommodating! And OMG, if the sample facial I received was just a taste of the full-service one...all I can say is: be prepared to become a human noodle w/a glowing complexion! From the cleansers (especially the lotus one, which smelled amazing) to the cucumber based mask they put on after the ionic deep cleaning and the Clarisonic buffing to the toner and vitamin c gel and multi-vitamin eye mask...with a light hand massage while the mask was working its magic...it was literal bliss and a girl could get used to this! I was even told they offer late appts so you can just roll on in, grab a glass of vino, lay back, relax, get your facial, and then go straight home to your bed and pajamas and wake up fully refreshed! I visited Face To Face Spa previously for a Yelp Elite event so I was pretty excited to return for my premium facial. I'd never had a facial before so I wasn't sure what to expect but Karly was wonderful. She walked me through the whole process explaining what she was doing as we went and it was so relaxing and calm. My favorite parts were where she used the fan brush to spread cleanser and whatever else all over my face. It just felt so nice lol! My face was so fresh and new when I left. Facials are not exactly cheap so I wouldn't be able to get them on a regular basis but it would be nice to treat myself every once in a while. I've been on the mission to improve my hyperpigmentation from ten years of acne and Face to Face Spa in the Davenport Village is a go to place for me! I had a chemical peel done by Rebecca last week and she was informative, kind, and aware of what my issues are. My skin enjoys glycolic acid so we went again with that medium level peel (where I don't actually peel). I also have super oily and resilient skin so that's helpful. I explained my morning routine to her and my evening routine, and even asked her opinion on how much spf estheticians use. When you go in, you cane even be served a mimosa (which I never turn down those). The gals also tell me each time the post care instructions so I am never not aware of my part to do when I leave. Possibly next time I come in I'll add in the "booster" that they have, which could be a retinol or hyaluronic acid into the peel. Well done on the staff that work there! She manages to have a very tender and caring touch, while applying good pressure at the same time. So relaxing and nurturing!
