I've been a member of the Face to Face brand for about 7 years. I've been coming to Circle C for the past three or so for waxing solely because of the esthetician Blanca - she rocks. This review is not about that. This review is about the fact that for the second time this establishment has raised their prices without ANY communication to clients and only tells them at the END of a service- and on top of it, does not update their public facing materials to match what the price is. I went for my usual lip/brow combo yesterday. Mind you, I made this appointment on the phone with a receptionist last week. Not when I made the appointment, and not when I checked in, did anyone tell me that the price was being raised, get this...not 10%, not 20%, not 30%...A WHOPPING SEVENTY FIVE PERCENT! 75%. That's right folks, it's now $35 for a combo that's been $20 for years! But we'll get to that in a second. It was only when I was leaving that the receptionist goes "ohhh by the way, we raised our prices just so you know". Well, you didn't just raise them, you shot them into the stratosphere. And no, I didnt know. When I pointed out that the website did NOT display this price change, because I ALWAYS check the website, she didn't believe me and made me stand there while she went online and checked (spoiler alert, I was right, and the website was not updated and still shows $20 for the combo even now). This business has not just our phone numbers, but our emails. I know this, because I get emails from Face2Face all the time. How do you not send out a note to valued customers that you are going to literally price gouge them with a 75% increase? It's not about whether that rate is reasonable overall, it's an absurd price hike that they are trying to hide until it's time to pay. THat's shady and sneaky. And I get it, shit is expensive nowadays, thanks inflation. But the same way costs are up for you, they're up for your customers as well. You want to go to $25, maybe even $28 fine- but 75%?! For a procedure that doesn't even require anything other than a single product (wax). There is no excuse in this day and age not to send a marketing email addressing price change, not to have your staff verbally communicate pre-procedure, and not to have any of your digital and physical assets updated. I will not be back, I would rather pay $35 to a business that is open and honest about pricing (because this has happened once before with them). I'm sorry Blanca- I love you! I went in because there was a 50% new client special for a facial. I am so glad I went in! Front desk was friendly and she offered me wine, mimosas or water. Very clean and inviting environment. Sarah was very informative and the whole process was so relaxing and amazing! Ive never had a facial that was so thorough and I've been to several places all price ranges. I have most issues with build up on my chin and she really cleared it up! I will definitely be coming back and will be referring to them. To finish I bought one of their products and can't wait to add it to my skincare routine. They also gave me information on their monthly memberships which seem like great deals. read more

I went in for a facial/dermaplane before my birthday trip and the esthetician recommended I get a peel too, so I did. She said my skin would be bright and fresh for the weekend but it was not. I reached out about it and they said the results were normal and should fade. Although most of the issues faded (well after my birthday weekend), I still have a scar above my left cheek.
