After my preferred therapist left, I decided to try other therapists to use up my member vouchers. Kim N. is awesome and also does great deep tissue work! Unfortunately, I don't find the membership worth the cost anymore, the price of which has increased for new members since I first joined. The business is great in theory, but some practices are inhibiting it from reaching its full potential: 1) admin is strangely particular about enforcing their therapist rotation policy & share an annoying spiel about "benefits of rotation" anytime a specific therapist is requested. Maybe others can feel the benefit from working with random therapists, but I've only felt long lasting relief with 2 therapists because others are not capable of the massage I need. 2) The new location is a nightmare to navigate in comparison to the quiet spacious office they had in Costa Mesa. The rooms are also tightly spaced with only curtains to block out external noise. 3) For the love of god, please stop with the Amazon teacups at the end of service (unless, of course, someone specifically requests an opportunity to sip their hot tea while staring at the awkward receptionist). If this is to be "eco friendly,"please consider other areas of your business to do so without inconveniencing clients. There are plenty of businesses who now offer buccal massage services in OC, so if you find yourself also unhappy with your FaceCo experience, please keep seeking until you find the right therapist for you! read more

I had been wanting to try a Buccal face massage and started researching spas that offered in the area. It was the day before my 50th birthday party and I decided to treat myself before seeing a bunch of friends and family. The staff was lovely. Upon arrival I was offered water or tea and my therapist was darling. She explained the entire process from start to finish and was so great throughout. She did mention that some people find discomfort with some of the stretches and the massage, I did not have this experience. I loved it so much. It's great for lymphatic drainage and I did in fact notice a nice snatched jawline after. It also seemed to clear my sinuses which was a bonus. The location is a bit tricky to find but worth it. Just give yourself a little time so you are not stressed. If you park in the lot behind the building once you enter the building you take a left and head up to the second floor. From there you walk down a long hallway and you will see a small lobby on your right hand side. It's easy to feel like you are lost but just keep walking to towards the end. The whole experience was quite amazing and I think anyone curious should try it. I tend to grind my teeth while I sleep and hadn't realized the amount of tension I was holding in my cheeks until this appointment! I left feeling so light and refreshed.
