I have gotten many facials from other places and nothing compares to Facelogic! All the girls there are amazing, from the wonderful ladies in the front to all the wonderful estheticians. After the first time here I fell in love with the services that they offer and began coming monthly. I even take my daughters here and everyone is absolutely AMAZING. I recommend taking advantage of the Monthly specials instead of becoming a member. It is cheaper & you avoid late fees, cancelation fees, etc... You can only make up 3 missed monthly facials but life happens and if you miss more it is your loss. I have been to many spa's over the years- the facials here are some of the best I have received. My esthetician's name was Bella and she was sweet, really listened to my concerns, avery knowledgeable with all the products she was using on me during the facial (Anti-oxidant facial). She recommended me a skin care line from start to finish just for my skin, she wasn't pushy with her sales which made me enjoy my experience. (All though I did buy everything she recommended lol) I hardly drink water and she noticed from my skin and she gave me great at home tips to help better my water intake. Beware if you buy a Groupon! I bought 2 Groupons for me and my sister. I called to schedule microdermabrasion appointments for us before my sister had surgery. I asked Tish if they had 2 appointments availability at 10am. She said they only had one appointment at 10:15, but two appointment at 11. Another option was for one of us can take the 10:15 and another can come in at 11. I told her I'd check with my sister to see if 11 would work cause we wanted to do them together. I called Tish 15 minutes later and told her we can both come in at 11. I also asked her questions about my procedure and my sister's due to her upcoming surgery. Tish was very nice, put me on hold to talk to an esthetician and answered my questions. When we arrived for our appointments, we were told they only had us down for 1 appointment. The receptionist said there was only one esthetician and 2 appointments shouldn't have been made. I explained my in depth conversation with Tish about me AND my sister. She said she wasn't surprised as Tish was just covering someone's break and has done this before. She told me the only thing they can do is for me to come back at 12:15 when my sister was done. I had no choice but to come back, but before I left, I gave her our microdermabrasion Groupons and tip cause I didn't want my sister to pay. I told her our Groupon had expired and I knew it was no longer valid for the microdermabrasion, but it was still good for the $59 face value and I would pay the difference. The receptionist told me she'd take my Groupon after my procedure. After my procedure, the receptionist told me she couldn't take my Groupon because the $79 microdermabrasion was a special price and using the Groupon face value would be considered using 2 specials! I explained again I was okay paying the $20 difference (in addition to the upgrades I was sold during my microdermabrasion). She absolutely refused to take my Groupon. I asked her why she took it from me for my sister and she said because they messed up on the appointment. I said okay, but you messed up on both of our appointments and I'm willing to pay the difference. She said the only way they would take my Groupon is if they charged me $110 for the microdermbrasion instead of $79 as advertised for September. I pointed out the Groupon states "Don't worry - Even after the promotional value expires, the Groupon is still worth what you paid for it." It doesn't say anything about the merchant having the choice to not honor it when they so choose or penalize you for using it by upcharging you on the back end. I asked to talk to a manager and she called Judy the owner who was in the back room. She told me Judy would not honor it. I guess Judy is too busy to talk to a customer. I have been to Facelogic many times and unfortunately, I will never go back and neither will my sister. I've told many friend in Chino Hills of my bad experience. I am disappointed that they are willing to lose a customer over $31! read more

So it was my first time here and first facial. Vanessa was amazing!!!!! She was very accommodating to my needs! She was extremely helpful and she made it a very relaxing environment for me. I am picky about my massages and she gave me the most amazing massage and I was very happy with it. She gave me an antioxidant facial and it made my skin feel so refreshed. I would give no stars if I could. Very dissappointed. I signed up for their yearly program for signature facials. I was not consistent on using it every month, however they honor the amount charged on your card for services. I had made an appointment for a facial finally, and sadly the night before came down with a virus. I called the next morning and got a machine. I chose not to leave a message as I was fearful they would not check their messages and charge me a cancellation fee. I called back 1 hour later and spoke to a receptionist, who then informed me because I did not give 24 hours notice I will be charged $25.00 cancellation fee. I explained I have a fever and am willing to reschedule, She said she would have to have the manager phone me back. The manager phoned me back, and was very combative on the phone. She said she would not charge me a cancellation fee as a courtesy but wants me to be a courteous customer next time by giving 24 hours notice, and they call to confirm their appointments 24 hours ahead. I then explained they did not phone me 24 hours ahead, and secondly I did not get a fever until the middle of the night. I understand policies are in place for customer's that take advantage of programs, but I was not trying to be difficult just trying to be fair. She became very heated and continued to lecture me, and I said to her I did not appreciate her tone, I just wanted to reschedule for a facial. However at this point she was so worked up. She kept saying my name and telling me she was not being defensive, or combative, and her tone was fine. Normally I would get upset, but I started laughing and just said, all I wanted to do was reschedule for a facial, However I said I wanted to cancel my membership which of course is a $50 cancellation policy, and I have 2 months of services I have not used. Very dissappointed. I do not reccommend this location at ALL. Unless you want to be lectured like a child by the management team. Services are average nothing special. read more

I was contemplating about leaving review or not, i hate bashing on businesses but to improve this place needs to hear my experience. I was here about 2 months ago with my mom, i bought a groupon microdermabrasion for myself and a peel facial for my mom. The booking process was great, they accommodated all my change in schedules, which was great. At the desk The friendly girl on the phone does not smile, or say hi. Nothing like youre invisible. I prt slide. I asked if they do extraction, girl said yes. So they take us to a recliner chair, no rooms here, its all separated by a small divider. My esthetician likes to educate me on my skin, which is good. They used a clarisonic brush on me and this is where it went downhill. I own a clarisonic brush and i know its a personal tool, if they dont use a different brush for every customer then its not sanitary. The brush is about 30$ so i doubt they change it with every guest. This i think is the reason why I broke out, i have never broken out after a facial. Second, she said they do extraction. When i thought it was time for it cause she already cleansed my face. She took one blackhead off my forehead, I asked can you do more, she said " if you want your pimple off then put a hot tea bag on it, it will come out on its own! "... So What about my blackheads?? Nothing. It was such a blah facial, and i left feeling dirty then this is when i really started breaking out. Im still trying to fix my skin right now. The best thing about my facial was the massage i think, thats why i gave 2 stars. My mom said she didnt like her experience either. At least my girl was friendly, my mom's didnt even smile at her or offer her water after. I was looking for a good facial place where I can be a member off after i disentolled from massage envy. This place is not getting my business. Just In case you're interested though. I just tried spa xanadu in Arcadia and the facial was awesome, i signed up membership for that one. read more

My skin felt amazing after my microdermabrasion and she helped me find the products needed to keep my skin healthy after treatment. Ive used department store brands for so long and always struggled with my skin not feeling and looking how I wanted it to. However now my skin is healthier and brighter.
