I found facelogic through this awesome website called groupon. The last time I used groupon was at Maximum Image Salon & Spa in Riverside and had the most unpleasant time so naturally I was cautious and prepared myself for the worst. This location was hard to find but the helpful receptionist navigated us and we arrived at the spa 15 minutes prior to our appointment. The place was packed so we had to wait a while. I don't mind waiting but since there was no real seating area, we had to stand and wait. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, my aesthetician, Dena came and led me to the dressing room and instructed me to change into a robe. She then led me to the chair furthest from the door. Like Lena B.'s review for the same spa at Tustin location, there are no individual rooms. However, BF and I were the last customers so we had the spa area entirely to ourselves. My girl Dena is incredible. She calmly listened to me whine about my face problems and based on her recommendation I decided that their Peter Thomas Roth®Radiance Oxygen Facial plus Peter Thomas Roth Brightening Glycolic Peel would make my skin feel pretty again. She took her time massaging my face and was gentle when extracting disgusting gunk from my face. She even massaged my shoulder, arm, neck and back area and it felt so good. I almost passed out twice because of sheer pleasure. I kid you not. I've had facials many times before but none as relaxing and satisfying as this one. When Dena said she was done, I felt good and energized like I just woke up from a wonderful sleep. BF who is usually not interested in facials was very satisfied and said he wouldn't mind having a facial once a month. I guess that means we have to become members. Along with no one answering my calls in normal business hours because they decided to close early. Quite ridiculous. They also keep there front door locked so no one can come inside. These ladies not only give you VIP treatment with the facials and massages but will educate you about the importance of the after care you need at home as well. MUST!! If you saw my skin before and after that would speak for itself. Just had a facial after years of not taking the self care time and I am so refreshed, glowing and confident in my own skin. Krystle is THE BEST. She genuinely cares for you and your skin. I did a basic facial and added a turmeric exfoliate scrub mask (sorry if I named that wrong) -- dead skin -- eww.. gone. The only negative was having to leave. The environment is quiet and relaxing. A little slice of heaven. Their products are clean and I purchased from their organic line and everything smells fresh and fantastic, no questionable ingredients or hidden chemicals. I initially came in to Facelogic because I was having trouble with acne and I could not get it under control. I had an introductory session by the owner who was very knowledgeable. I was not pressured to join their monthly program which I really appreciated. I decided to go ahead with the six month subscription as a way to help alleviate my acne. My regular esthetician became Bella and I love her! During my initial visit with Bella she really took her time analyzing my skin and developing a plan for my future visits. With her monthly facials she helped me decrease my congestion and decreased the size of my pores. JB these months she recommended great products sold at Facelogic. The items are on the more expensive side but are worth it. If you would like to try the items out they are more than willing to give you a generous sample. During a signature facial you also get treated to an amazing upper body massage. Bella does a phenomenal job! The upper body massage targets your hands, arms, shoulders, neck and scalp. I always look forward to the massage and it relaxes me so much . Thank you Bella! Overall the facility is very clean and the staff is helpful and sweet. I never feel forced to buy a product and the estheticians always ask if you are willing to pay the extra fee for an additional treatment. read more

Had a really good experience, got a Groupon deal (microdermabrasian with upper body massage)- they were very friendly, and explained every step of the process. In case you've never had a facial before, the extraction process is the worst part- the pain is almost unbearable, but I was able to bear it thanks to Marilyn's (sp?) nice attitude, and we joking the whole time. Just be honest with your esthetician , I barely take care of my skin, and she gave me some straight / honest advice in basic skin care- I appreciated that. Also, at the end, they didn't pressure me into purchasing a package or follow-up appointment, some places are really pushy about that. I have been an off and on again client of facelogic for years and have seen great results however the real story is the work they do on my teenage son. I have seen such a huge change in his skin and improvement on his acne. I am so impressed with the patience and attention to detail from ReAnna. I have been going to FaceLogic for their microdermabrasian treatments for a while now. I truly do feel great after receiving a facial. However, I do have one complaint. This is something that really irks me every single time that I have gone. They push push and push to upgrade my mask during the facial. Throughout a 60 minute facial, I have probably had to deny them 3-4 times for various upgrades. "Want us to use the pumpkin peel? It's a better exfoliant and only $25 for today" "Want us to use this thing, it's much better than the standard thing blah blah". This makes me feel two things: #1) I am already paying a lot of money for my treatment, so is the normal mask they're about to use subpar to the potential "upgrades"? and #2) I am assuming they are on commission, however, I am not at a Best Buy or an appliance store where I would like to hear about XYZ options to upgrade during a time when I am supposed to feel relaxed. If they want to give us the option of a stronger, more powerful mask treatment, then they should discuss that in the beginning of the facial (when doing the paperwork or purchasing the facial). I know they offer these upgrades during the paperwork, and if I wanted it, I would tell them prior to starting my facial. Overall, I do love receiving facials here. It is something that Iook forward to whenever I have time and can afford receiving one. The continuous sales pitch is just a bit much for me. I would give this place 5 stars, otherwise. This trivial detail is something I want to make known so that they know that clients are coming here to be relaxed and there are many other opportunities to discuss "upgrades" other than when the client is on the chair, attempting to escape from reality and be relaxed for that one hour. read more

I had an appointment with Reanna. She was nice, knowledge, and great at extractions. I told her my budget and then she evaluated my skin. She found a treatment that was affordable, would leave me with walking around money and still managed to make such an impact on my skin that my co-workers the next day noticed and complimented me on. My mom used to tell me your skin is just a reflection of what you eat. So when she gave me pointers not just on how to handle at home skincare but gave me great recommendatins for healthy yummy products that would help me overall in health I will be eternally thankful.
