Hands down, the best hair cut I have ever had. As a small business, this is what we look for in our community. Forget the "Fantastics", "Super", and Sports" cut places. Come see "My", as in the name. She is a wonderful person and amazing Stylist, who does, men, women, children's, styles. I'm new to the area and so glad I found this shop. The prices are not only competitive, but a true value. I never talked to my stylist before, but it was nice and very easy to chat with My, during my cut. Parking in the back is fine. She may be busy, but leave a name and time and come back. I went to the old building right on Redwood for awhile. The owner does whatever you want as fast as possible. Consistency is an issue. Salon moved and thought I'd try it again, it's in the neighborhood. Lovely new salon with none of the booths filled except owner. I believe after going there for sometime it's her personality. She is pushy and unkind at times. She openly talks of groups of people in mixed company in a negative demeaning manner. It's makes me uncomfortable. I missed two appts due to illness personally and a family emergency. I called and left a message both times. Its just an answering machine. Obviously she does not check her messages before arriving in the morning. I know it's an imposition, however I do not have a way of notifying her otherwise. I am usually there 1.5 hours. Today I went in after missing my last appt due to family emergency. She was not there when I arrived. Not very cheery. Not long after I sat down she asked me my name. She doesn't know peoples names which says alot !!! She does not care. She said that when I make another appt. It has to be the same day I call. I tried to explain what happened...she's rude and does not care. I messed up her schedule by missing my last appt. !!! I said you should have told me you don't want me to come back...oh we can do your hair....essentially but these are the rules. NOT ON YOUR LIFE WILL I GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!. Many other places that are NORMAL!! She is cold, .and uncaring. I am surprised she's made this work...I guess. I have always paid her a $20.00 tip in addition to the $95.00 which was generous and stupid.. She just lost a regular customer.. She's happier with her quickie guy hairs cuts and the elderly population that frequent the place I guess that's all I have seen there. I don't think I have ever seen another person in there getting color, highlights and cut!!. Besides all this she does not listen or I guess understand what I like. Today maybe she cut my hair x-tra short on purpose. No problem it grows....but you've lost cash by being nasty ...and bossy... read more

It was fairly inexpensive. But I got what I paid for, I suppose. I noticed once I got home that several spots were missed, and I've never had such bad razor burn from electric clippers. Heck, I've never even HAD razor burn on the BACK of my neck, let alone bad enough razor burn on the back of my neck to leave blood on the collar of my shirt. If you're just going to get the same length all around, you're probably safe going to the stylist I had (then again you can just get your own clippers and cut it at home at that point). If the length needs to be different, be careful which stylist you choose. My stylist was a blond lady. I wanna say Crystle? I don't get a good look at her name tag, but that name was on the thing around the mirror. read more

Love going to My! She's cut my long hair, my husband, and my 5 year old sons hair. We've all left extremely happy with the out come. She's quick but thorough and very easy to talk to. She only charges $10 a haircut! Yes even for me! Usually it's at least double that for a women's cut. Honestly, I'd pay more if she raised her prices just because she always does a good job and I can trust her. Give her a call to make an appointment and she'll get you in. A couple times we've had spur of the moment time to fit a hair cut in and she's worked us into her schedule that day. I went for color and a trim today. I made an appointment yesterday for this morning. the wait was less than 5 min - not bad at all. I was helped by Aspen. She is really nice and got what I wanted and how I wanted it right away. I really wanted a change on my color and she suggested to go with a dark purple and a hint of chocolate brown. it turned out really, really nice! I loved it. She styled and my hair looks great. I just moved to Utah and I now have a stylist. My husband and my boys went there for a haircut and they were also satisfied with the service and their cuts. I totally recommend this place! Affordable, clean, staff is nice and they really treat you well! They make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. loved it! read more

My brother and dad have tried this salon a couple of times now and they keep going back because of how cheap it is. They finally decided to not go back anymore after today because if they get stuck with the female owner she rushes through the hair cut. She has given my brother multiple bald spots because she tries to go so fast. My dad got tired of going because of inconsistency as-well. read more

Today was my first time trying Mysalon I got my hair done by the owner My and she did a great job and she got my hair to a clean blonde I was looking for making it more natural. My natural hair color is med brown and I had strawberry red, blonde, dark brown colors in my hair so I definitely loved my end results. I'll be returning for sure I locked in an Appt as I'm sure they'll be getting busy once everyone discovers this salon. Price is great too read more

First and last time customer. Walked in for a simple eyebrow tint and wax. My did the waxing first, never had that done before. Most places tint the brow then wax, so my tint was stinging my freshly waxed brows horribly. She had me lay there for only 10-15min while they set (most places have me wait 30+ min) She quickly held the mirror for me to see once finished and ushered me out the door. Once in my car I took a better look. My brows were terrible. Few hairs were tinted and the ones that were looked like dark black Dalmatian spots randomly throughout my blonde eyebrows. Had to come home and cut the hairs of dark spots put of my brows. I guess you really get what you pay for. read more

My at Mystyle Salon is incredible. Definitely the best service that I have received from a Salon. My loves what she does and it shows in the quality and attentive work that she does. It is easy to see that her customers' satisfaction is her top priority and she is willing to listen and help create the latest styles. Like Mark said, I am very excited to see her business in our community after finding nothing but grumps and dumb cuts at other local places. My 7 year old son has fantastic super model hair and after trying virtually every local barber multiple times, we had not been able to find a place that was willing to give him a true style instead of a lazy butcher job. My was excited to serve us and gave him the best do to date. Not only is My a skilled stylist but also a fantastic person. She is easy to talk to, sincerely interested in your well being, and has a genuine concern for her customers. You can tell she isn't being fake just for a good tip. I'm not easily impressed, I hate gimmicks, and I rarely state my opinion on social media, but when real quality service and a fantastic personality come together, that is something I will vouch for. read more

Save yourself the horror and find someone else like I did. Out of convenience and less price point I stuck with this salon for longer than I should've. The owner is a very moody person and her work is rushed and floppy. She also does not shy away from personal remarks which should be none of her business. Overall very awkward. No other booth owner sticks with her for too long for the same reasons. I used to get color done frequently and stopped going 6 months back coz multiple hair will be left gray and if I ask her to correct - she replies by saying oh it's just one hair and at other times will bother to put extra color and get me going without washing the color off. Guess I just paid $40 for being sent home with color on my head coz her next '$10' hair cut is waiting. What a sham! This is what you get for rushed low price service. Very unprofessional! read more

Stylist/owner didn't listen to what kind of cut my 11 yr daughter wanted. Said she wanted a short bob. Showed her a picture too. Stylist said short cuts weren't cute but would do it anyway. Cut it WAY too short and uneven. Then told us that it looked bad and that my daughter should leave it longer next time! And sent her on her way. Didn't even try to make it look cute. She also cut my 13 yr old's hair. It's very long. Down to the middle of her back. She wanted layers. She did the layers ok. They're a bit choppy. Stylist was the only one there. One guy in front of us, two after us. I think she was in a hurry and didn't care. This place is new. Thought we would give the new, small business a chance. Never again. Now I have to pay to get my poor daughter's hair fixed somewhere else. (If she has enough hair left to work with!) Bad haircuts are the worst. read more

Excellent haircut $10 for males really fast got a hot towel it was great really clean salon no hair lying around. Music not too loud. Got my face shaved not with razor but still very good. I would definitely recommend it. It's Saturday and there was no wait. Mai had perfect temperature water when shampooing my hair. They didn't try to sell me hair care stuff I don't need. There is plenty of parking. My girlfriend got highlights done and she did a very good job keeping the highlights even. A++ as they would say.
