I have been seeing Noelle for about 4 years now, and my skin has improved SIGNIFICANTLY. I used to have bad hyperpigmentation as an Indian girly (around my lips and eyes) and very dehydrated, uneven skin. I have been consistently getting hydrafacials done every 2-3 months with recommendations that Noelle provided, and my skin has been glowing and cleared up drastically. Before Noelle I was using bad products for my "skincare" that was causing breakouts and uneven skin tone, and it wasn't until Noelle introduced me to the Face Reality skincare line and provided me with a daily regimen, that my skin has significantly improved. It's definitely helped my self confidence and I finally feel comfortable in my own skin. I've also gotten lash lifts done by her and they have come out amazing each time!! They last a long time and I have had no issues with them. The location is very nice and quiet with ample parking, and has a cafe inside with a nice selection of drinks and yummy goodies to get while you're waiting for your treatment or as a reward for after. I've been seeing Noelle for my lash extensions, lash lifts and skin care for a little over a year now. I had my lash extensions on for well over 10 months and just recently removed them for a lift. My lashes were in perfect condition! This goes to show that her application process is correct and does not damage your natural lashes. Her sets are perfect and they adhere very well with a 2-3 week retention depending on how full you like your lashes. After getting a lash lift by one of Noelle's techs, all of my eyelashes proceeded to fall out over the next couple weeks. I have naturally long, thick eyelashes, and they have thinned to short lashes that mascara does not help, nor can I curl them with an eyelash curler. After emailing Noelle directly before choosing to leave a review, her email back was patronizing as she told me it's normal for human lashes to go through a "lash cycle loss," ending her email with "I'm sorry you are experiencing a lash cycle loss, your lashes will grow back." Instead of simply offering an apology despite her no refund policy, Noelle proceeded to tell me my problem with her service wasn't a big deal because my lashes will grow back. I will not be getting a lash lift done or any other services with Faces by Noelle. Her customer service was awful and her attempt to placate me was highly inappropriate. To say I am disappointed and upset is an understatement. In her email she did not take responsibility for her tech ruining my eyelashes, and I was not going to leave a review until her email.
