I was in desperate need of a same-day appointment and this was the only place that would take me (I was very thankful), but after texting with them for two hours, as I was on my way to my appointment, they said that I would not be able to get waxed, even though I met all criteria that is standard to every other spa. When I explained this, they responded with "Ok" twice - so unprofessional to be texting anyway, and poor customer service. After moving from Florida, I am very disappointed in the quality of customer service from this place. I was also sent via text the terms and agreement, which I don't think serves as a formal/legal agreement. Unfortunately yelp let me down on this one. :( read more

I've received Brazilian waxes from numerous estheticians at various salons, and I can say hands-down that Brenda is the best. She's warm and genuine yet also very professional. Most estheticians will go over things with tweezers afterwards, but they usually leave some strays. Brenda doesn't leave any strays. She's the only esthetician I've visited who uses a giant magnifying glass attached to an extra-bright light during the post-wax tweezing to make sure she doesn't miss anything. Also, visits are quite discreet. Her suite is located in an office building that houses numerous businesses, and her suite has a sign with her business' name of "Facials and More." So if someone were to see you entering that office complex, they'd have no idea which suite you were headed to; even if they saw you waiting outside Brenda's suite, you could be there for any number of services. I've been to other places that screamed BRAZILIAN on the sign facing right to the street. To me, that shows a lack of respect for their customers' privacy. Overall, Brenda combines amazing expertise with an attitude that makes a potentially awkward service feel as commonplace as a pedicure in a comfortable setting. Five stars! read more
